آرامش هتل و میزبانی و احترام پرسنل عالی بود. حتما باز هم دوست دارم که در هتل شما اقامت کنم. تنها مشکل کمبود تاکسی در اطراف هتل و معطلی قابل توجه بر ای آن بود. ضمنا امکان رزرو مستقیم از ایران وجود ندارد و ما از این امکان محروم هستیم.

This is my favourite hotel in Dubai, and it is top rated for a reason. The culture in this hotel is second to none. The staff are super lovely all the time and really well trained and supported. The staff turnover seems quite low and we always come back to the same friendly faces at each visit. It is really consistently good. We've been staying here for winter sun since 2022 and you can feel the consistency every time you visit. The food in the Imperial restaurant is superb with great variety across the week. The staff are very flexible, and listened to our request for a quiet room, and the manager Kamilla Chakir helped us overcome a personal difficulty with exceptional skill and kindness. Also a special mention to for Jose, who provides free of charge life advice by the pool! There are lots of perks round the pool from the person who cleans your sunglasses, to the fresh fruit that comes around in the afternoon. The pool is big but do not worry, the little ones will be safe, with at least 5-6 lifeguards on duty at any one time. One more thing that I really like is that they have stopped offering day passes, so the hotel feels quiet and restful, without filling up with day trippers at the weekend, a really nice touch that puts guests first. I can't fault it.

Stayed here with friends and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is very luxurious, well maintained, and beautifully designed. Rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish – staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. The location is great with a private beach and relaxing pool areas, perfect for spending quality time with friends. Food quality was very good with nice variety and good presentation. The atmosphere is calm, classy, and not crowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only minor issue was some nearby construction, but it did not disturb us much and the excellent service made it easy to overlook. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful weekend at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The hotel is absolutely stunning, from the beautiful interiors to the relaxing atmosphere and exceptional service. Every detail made our stay feel luxurious and memorable. They allowed early check in and late check out so we enjoyed every moment. They also provided cake and balloons for my son which was very thoughtful. Another amazing thing is the spa, which was incredible and relaxing. A very special thank you to Yasmeen for her kindness, hospitality, and for making our experience even more special. She truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the weekend. We can’t wait to come back again!

Our 25th wedding anniversary at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai was truly the best experience of our lives. My wife and I have traveled all over the world, but nothing comes close to the luxury, comfort, and genuine care we experienced here. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special and welcomed with warmth that felt truly personal. They gave us the best spa day we have ever had and guided us through everything to see and do in Dubai, making every moment effortless and unforgettable. The hotel is beyond stunning, with world-class service, beautiful design, and attention to detail that made us feel like royalty. Every meal and every interaction were filled with kindness and professionalism. I would rate this experience 10 out of 10, and if I could, I would rate it even higher. Thank you to everyone at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray for making our anniversary so memorable. This was more than just a stay, it felt like being part of a family, and we will cherish it forever.

На самом деле один из самых роскошных отелей во всем Дубае, хотя и далеко не самый новый. Однако, спустя столько лет, все еще остается любимым и актуальным, никто его не смог перебить. Очень приятно видеть арабский колорит в арабской стране, отель презентует лучшие традиции арабской архитектуры и дизайна в своих стенах. И не смотря на роскошь, отель не перегружен деталями, оставаясь изысканным и величественным. Всегда приятно его посетить. Отдельной роскошью являются номера с мраморными купелями и окнами, открывающимся прямо в спальню. Отличный сервис! Который год отель также сотрудничает с Amouage, предоставляя мыло, гели, шампуни этой фирмы в номерах и местах публичного пользования, что, безусловно, отдельный уровень удовольствия от пребывания - божественные и глубокие ароматы. Помимо всех прочих достоинств, при отеле имеется небольшой театр. Ямы не имеется, сцена близко к зрителям. Балет или пьесы было бы видно хорошо, но отсутствие живой музыки, безусловно, минус. Зато буферное фойе сказочно красивое, немного даже напоминает небольшие европейские театры. В любом случае, при возможности советую воспользоваться этим и театр посетить, он стоит внимания.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and well taken care of, and we had a fantastic experience overall. The true jewels of this resort are the people who work here. Every single team member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. This applies across all departments — the service level is outstanding. A very special mention goes to Ajed, who took care of our room during our stay. His attention to detail, dedication, and warm attitude made a real difference for us. We truly appreciate his hard work and effort — thank you, Ajed! The resort itself is stunning, with a wonderful pool area and a beautiful private beach that invites you to relax and unwind. The restaurants within the hotel are also not to be underestimated — we enjoyed excellent food and great variety throughout our stay. All in all, we had a great experience and would happily return. We can’t wait to see the new rooms. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality resort with exceptional service and a fantastic atmosphere.

Hotel was OK. It is currently going under renovations and I’m sure once those are done. It will be beautiful. We stayed in the villa with our three kids for two weeks. What really was disappointing was the lack of things for the kids to do. The only thing that was available for our kids who are 1213 and 14 was to go swimming. And the lifeguards would not allow them to play at all. Even slashing was prohibited. Which was very annoying. We were under the understanding that this was a more family friendly hotel, which was definitely not the case.

My stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray was truly unforgettable. The hotel’s Ottoman-inspired architecture and luxurious interiors create a unique and elegant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable, with attention to every detail. The private beach is stunning and well maintained, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes. The Talise Ottoman Spa is absolutely world-class and a must-visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, and highly professional throughout our stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Had excellent stay , hotel is beautiful and had a relaxing stay , staff were very good. Jose had pool looked after us , breakfast was best ive had at hotel. Dinner could do with more variety and water should be included with dinner . The hotel was apparently under renovation but we never heard any disruption. Would definitely return

We had a wonderful staycation for two nights - our second stay at the wonderful Zabeel Saray. The staff are so lovely, kind and helpful - special shout out to Eduardo in the breakfast restaurant - but all staff were fantastic. The pool is beautiful and the spa is amazing. Great food and coffee everywhere. The rooms are spacious and opulent. It was the perfect getaway in Dubai and we'll be back.

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday staying here. Our stay was fabulous in every way. From the moment we arrived at 2am we were greeted by smiling attentive staff. All of the staff are fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Our room was kept spotless by Ajith and Karen. Shoaiban looked after us on the beach, Bucky, Parmi and Abhbav were wonderful in the restaurant. The chefs made us little cakes and puddings with messages on. I needed to go to hospital during my stay and the hotel even has a paramedic on site who could not have been more helpful. No one could have treated us better. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Our stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable — everything you’d expect from a luxury hotel. What truly stood out, though, was the room cleaning service. A special mention to Spanthosa, who did an exceptional job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. His attention to detail and professionalism made a big difference and made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch service.

We’ve stayed in lots of hotels in Dubai and on the palm but this was our favourite stay ever. Even though the room was a little tired and in need of an update the service we consistently received throughout our stay was exceptional. However the bed was very comfortable, huge bath was amazing and the room in general was huge! The service was where this hotel truly stood out. From the happy friendly room cleaning team, to the beach team to the service in the restaurants at night, everyone we encountered made us feel cared for with their exceptional service. We loved little touches like water being immediately brought to you at the beach/ pool in a cool bag with ice. The spa was without doubt the best hotel spa we’ve had in Dubai and I would return for this alone. However I have learned that it is no longer included in a stay with the hotel which I think is a huge shame as it’s why I booked in the 1st place. It’s separated out as men and women but there are several different amazing areas such as 2 saunas, steam room, SNOW ROOM, hot tub, warm pool, chill out areas and thallaso therapy pool we could use it every day which was such an amazing option to have included. All of the food we had from the breakfast to the Indian and Lebanese restaurants on an evening was delicious and well priced (we just had b&b but chose to eat in these as we’d heard good things and they didn’t disappoint. Oh and even the room service was excellent food and never took too long. The final thing is the other guests. We stayed in the W palm last year and paid more than the ZS but the clientele was not great. However, at the ZS, everyone was respectful, not drunk, not loud, classy, tasteful and respectful. We will be returning to the ZS for sure

Customer care called me to ask if I preferred a specific check in time and they wished me a happy birthday in advance 🎉🥹💛 That simple call made me smile and feel appreciated before I even reached the hotel. The moment I stepped into the lobby I was greeted with warm smiles and beautiful energy 🤗✨ Nothing but pure professionalism kindness and genuine care from everyone. I honestly felt like the entire team had been waiting just for me. At the reception Dania was incredibly sweet patient and understanding 🌸😊 And the guest relations team Gea, Babita, Lina, Shova and Avng were absolute stars ⭐️✨ Every one of them made me feel supported spoiled and truly celebrated. Their kindness felt so sincere that it actually touched my heart 🥹🤍 The room felt like a dream come true 😍✨ The bed was unbelievably comfortable the kind that hugs you the moment you lie down 🛏️💛& the bathtub was huge magical and perfect for a long relaxing soak 🛁✨ It felt like staying inside a fairy tale with every detail carefully thought out. The half board offer made the whole stay even more exciting. Afternoon tea was simple cozy and comforting ☕💛 Dinner at Amala was absolutely delicious full of flavor and honestly unforgettable 😋🍽️🔥 And breakfast the next morning was perfect and filled with so many tasty choices 🌞🥐🍓 I loved being able to choose from 4 amazing restaurants which made every meal feel like a new adventure 🤩✨ The spa experience was another level 🤯.The mineral swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ felt healing. The warm pool 🏊‍♀️ was incredibly soothing. The two jacuzzis 🫧 melted every bit of stress away. The saunas 🧖‍♀️were relaxing, & the ice room was such a refreshing surprise 🧊💙. I spent three full hours ⏳in total peace and relaxation 🧖‍♀️ It felt like time stopped and the whole world went quiet for me. Walking into my room and seeing the beautiful flowers 💐 the mini birthday cake 🍰and the fresh fruits 🍇 honestly made me emotional 🥹 It was such a thoughtful personal touch that made me feel truly special and celebrated. From the very first call 📞 until the moment I checked out everything was perfect. Every smile every detail every gesture made my birthday unforgettable 😭💛✨ I cannot imagine celebrating it anywhere else and I will forever be grateful for this beautiful experience. I am already planning my next visit because this place touched my heart in a way I will always remember 🤍✨🌟

I had a lovely experience at the spa. The service was excellent and everything was very relaxing. Rabia and Sushmita were always available, very kind, and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommended ♥️

Great stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray from 21st Feb to 10th March. Upon entry all staff made us feel welcome and issued us a complimentary room upgrade which had a lovely pool and sea view. We extended our stay a further 9 nights due to the current conflict of the Iran war, in that time we received complimentary laundry, massage and chauffeur services. Each staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and amazing. Special mentions to Parnita, Jose, Sunday, Omelette Chef, Parmi, Ashok the shuttle driver, spa team and thank you to the housekeeping and laundry team. Love the service in this hotel too, you can't beat a jumeirah hotel, the service is always excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. Mr and Mrs Mehta

Struttura affascinante e accogliente, peccato perché ci sono diversi particolari che richiedono manutenzione (non si può ad esempio siliconare di bianco e sbavato punti di un bagno così bello). Pulizia non curatissima, diversi punti hanno polvere stratificata. Colazione deludente e che richiede migliorare la qualità. Staff accogliente e disponibile ma in un hotel a cinque stelle non si possono mettere in prima linea ragazzi ancora da formare (ovviamente erano pochi ma si notavano). Da una struttura come come questa ti aspetti sicuramente di più.

Ein tolles Hotel. Wir waren Gäste in Jumeirah Emirates Tower Hotel und haben Zabeel Saray 3x genutzt. Da wir keine Zimmer hier hatten wird , erfolgt die Hotelbewertung ohne Zimmer. Mega freundliches Personal, unkomplizierte Abwicklung und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Überall sind Rettungsschwimmer. Die Pool sind mind. 1.6 m tief und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das gleiche gilt auch für die Liegen. Man kann sich auch Essen und Getränke unkompliziert am Platzt bestellen. Direkt am Strand liegend, gegenüber Atlantis und Atlantis The Raffles. Mit Taxi waren es 30 min von unseren Hotel ca. 80 Dirham. Empfehlenswert!
