Over allI recently purchased a Kia Syros, Overall, my experience was good. On my first visit, the explanation about the car features, differences between models, test drive process, and delivery was handled very well by Mrs. Neeru. However, I did face a few issues later. My mobile number was not mapped to the FASTag and insurance policy, and even my surname was missing on the insurance document. Since I usually check everything online, I caught it in time and got it corrected. If I hadn’t checked, it could have created problems for me in the future. I would still recommend buying your car from here, but make sure you double check all documents and details yourself. experience is average as
