Extremely disappointed with Jayhind Sweets, Naranpura (Stadium Char Rasta) branch. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience was shocking. First, I waited in a long coupon line and then another 45 minutes for my number — only to be told Coconut Laddu was out of stock. I accepted the refund patiently. But when I opened the Soan Papdi box I bought yesterday, it tasted completely stale and spoiled, even though the expiry shows 01/12/2025. That’s unacceptable for such a reputed brand. I understand it’s the festive rush, but selling spoiled sweets is a serious health and quality issue. This isn’t the Jayhind standard we trust.

Great outlet with so many varieties of sweets and dryfruits.. staff is also very polite and caring.. they also maintain good hygiene by wearing gloves.. cleanliness is upto the mark at their store everything is organised.. overall good experience

Horrible horrible experience! I went there to buy sweets and all the men in the shop are just staring at me. No one is there to help me. I am asking them how many pieces would I get of Mango bite in 150 gms and they just told me to get a bill first before helping me. I got the bill and realised that it was more than I could carry in my travel and asked them to cancel it and they just started shouting at me. I didn't know who to talk too cause no one was helping me. And the old guy at the counter is so rude and arrogant. Who knew one could have such a horrifying experience buying sweets! Please focus on the customer experience cause this is not how you treat your customers!

Did not fulfill my online order worth more than 4000 rs . No response, Update , Received product after more than 12 days. Packaging was ok . Weight was way less than I ordered . Ordered 250gm boxes of sweet , the weight with box was 210 gm, so sweet was less than 200 gm. Cheaters.

One of the best jaihind branch in Ahmedabad. Many varieties are available here and you cam order sweets in bulk also. They guide you very well for big budget orders. The interior is also superb and well organized shop. Many space available in shop so if customers are more then no worries.

Jay hind sweets , the name is enough to describe hhe authenticity, sweetilicious taste and the quality they provide, their purity and freshness of each and every sweet , is unmatchable, authentic sweets like motichoor, Mohan thal, penda and what not And the delicious bites of different flavours , their sugar free introductory new sweets, everything we find there does describe their legacy since decades And now 1 leap forward, Jai hind has stepped up in the new business of catering , and I know they would be legend there also 3,4 functions , I attended, in which they catered, and taste, service, food everything was superb 2vof those were pure jain And still quality and taste was mind blowing Must say , Jay hind , name is enough

I have ordered sweets from this shop from Zomato and food delivered was full of ant and older than a year and it was gift warped and it was not asked to do so, please first see the quality and then pay as we pay more and they are playing with are health😠😠😠🤬🤬...

Not happy with centralized number, I required mava cake, I called on centralized number, they told, they are not making such type of cake, when I called on branch, they are making mava cake, which create confusion. Correct answer should be available to employee who deals with customer.

This may to be the in-store review but it's from this perticular restaurant so writing this. Ok. It's Dushera today, i ordered 500gms fafda and Jalebi. 661 Rupees order came without Kadhi and Sambhara. When called the restaurant, Mr Kirit Sir responded to my call and after listening to my complaint he deliberately cut the call. I complaint Zomato but didn't get any support as usual. I again called the restaurant again because my festival excitement was already ruined bybthese twos and demand for kadhi and sambhara which Mr Kirit Sir told me to deliver. It's more almost and hour since I made the call and nothing came and nothing will come. Something unexpected from such old restaurant whose name was famous. Shameful.

Nothing fresh, all stale sweets, don't know why so many ratings. Bought rasmali(0/5), Rabri basundi(3/5), Malai chaap just okay Ghewar (-10/10) yes negative rating. Worst ghewar every tried. Sohan halwa (2/5) Pastry was all bread again bad.

It's located near Navarangpura area on busiest route , street parking available, very nice and decorative shop, Great Taste of all products special mentioned the all types Bites, Bangali sweets, the Namkeen everything including cookies all very well made. Their packing and online delivery system is also very good. The inside shop service is also amazing and very good in nature. I think everyone must visit this sweet mart.

Sweets are Highly priced compared to quality. Very poor customer service. They need to improve quality of sweet.
