I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by the main restaurant at Sharm Dreams Hotel. The team consistently exceeds expectations and always finds ways to pleasantly surprise guests. The food is delicious, with a great variety and quality, and the service provided by the restaurant staff is truly outstanding. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel completely at home throughout my stay. A special thank you to Nada , Ali and Bassam from the restaurant service team for their exceptional hospitality and dedication. They played a significant role in making our dining experience memorable. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and warm welcome.

Ho avuto un’esperienza meravigliosa in questo hotel a Sharm El Sheikh. Tutto era perfetto: camere pulite, vista bellissima, cibo ottimo e atmosfera molto rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale alla dipendente Dina, che è stata estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre sorridente. Ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale con il suo aiuto e la sua attenzione ai dettagli. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile a Sharm El Sheikh. Sicuramente tornerò!

Non è semplicemente un hotel, ma una vera e propria oasi di comfort e bellezza che lo distingue nettamente da tutti gli altri hotel che ho visitato in passato. Ciò che rende questo posto unico è l'estrema attenzione ai minimi dettagli: dall'atmosfera incantevole e rilassante, fino a un livello di servizio di classe mondiale che ti fa sentire come a casa, circondato da una grande famiglia. Desidero rivolgere un ringraziamento speciale e di cuore a Dina El Sayed. just want to say a huge thank you to Ayman for the amazing cocktails and the great energy every single time. Honestly, he is one of the most talented bartenders I’ve ever met. Every drink is made with passion, creativity, and perfect taste. Not only are the cocktails absolutely delicious, but his attitude, smile, and professionalism make the whole experience even better. You can really tell he loves what he does, and that’s what makes him special. Thank you, Ayman, for always giving us the best service and unforgettable drinks. We stayed in this hotel last week and I must say everything was amazing. The rooms are super clean and the balcony view was so nice. I’m normally very picky when it comes to food, but the food at the restaurant was amazing. Everything was so good and they changed up the dishes everyday. The desserts all had their own unique taste and were also so good. Lets just say u could taste that everything was freshly made. Ziad (the server in the restaurant w blue eyes) helped us out so much and was always so nice. The room service which I don’t know the name of was super nice too and always had a smile on his face. I wish the other pools were a bit bigger and that people wouldn’t put their towel on the chairs the night before which lead to never finding any chair free at the main pool at day time. We still enjoyed our stay a lot and will def be back next year. :) Be aware that when u arrive at the beach after 10, it will be pretty much full of people and u will not be able to find chairs to lay down. Other then that the beach was beautiful and just a quick 5 min walk from the lobby. There is also a big shopping mall just a 10 min walk away from the hotel. Also don’t forget to visit the cleo park, the slides are amazing and there was almost no one which we enjoyed. :)

Все нравится! Большой и красивый пляже. Отель еще лучше чем на фото и в описании. Анимация огонь. Особенно хочу отметить Алану и Маргариту за их вайб🔥🔥🔥. Будем рекомендовать друзьям и всем знакомым ❤️❤️❤️

موقع ممتاز و خدمه جيده جدا و تعاون من موظفين الاستقبال خصوصا مستر محمود . قمه في الأخلاق و التعاون .خصوصا عندما طلبنا تغيير الغرفه . و بوفيه منوع و لذيذ و كرم بالكميات. ملاحظه وحيده . الأثاث نوعا ما كلاسيك و يحتاج للتغير أو التجديد . و شكرا لكم على حسن الضيافه

Заселение прошло быстро. Номера достались хороший, но откровенно требуют реновации. На море и бассейне обстановка хорошая. Море очень понравилось. Кухня разнообразная - можно найти что поесть на любой вкус, причем круглосуточно. Классная большая территория. Активности и анимация, отличные, просто мы уже хотели отдыхать. Но и здесь была приятно удивлена, что ребята из анимации были ненавязчиво и дружелюбны.

Hotel con tutte le comodità, piscine e acquapark. Camere pulite e spaziose. I letti e i cuscini sono super comodi, quasi da portarli a casa. Un pò rumoroso il condizionatore. Dopo qualche giorno ho dato qualche consiglio alla responsabile delle relazioni e si sono mostrarti tutti super disponibili e aperti, mostrando tutta la loro attenzione al cliente. Buffet molto ricco con cibo buono, snack durante la giornata. Anche i ristoranti interni sono buoni. A disposizione spiaggia privata attraversando la strada. Nel complesso ottimo hotel in cui passare le vacanze a Sharm. Menzione speciale a tutto lo staff sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Ottimo resort posizionato a cinque minuti a piedi da Naama Bay, pulizia e staff eccellente sono stata lì la scorsa settimana con un gruppo di 25 amici .. personale sempre molto disponibile, tanta varietà di cibo, compreso cucina italiana e messicana. ..adatto a bambini e a persone con disabilità...ma l eccellenza come persona è il responsabile della reception Mohamed una persona eccezionale,calorosa, disponibile gentile e con un gran cuore..non lo ringrazierò mai abbastanza per tutta la sua disponibilità e cordialità..ci stiamo già mettendo in moto per la vacanza che rifaremo nello stesso resort il prossimo anno..e se mi sarà possibile ci ritornerò ogni anno. @Mohamed se leggi la mia recensione ti mando un abbraccio da parte di tutti i miei amici..ci vediamo l anno prossimo. Отличный отель! Анимация — на высоте: днём — аквааэробика и игры, вечером — яркие шоу и дискотеки. Интерьер стильный и уютный, всё аккуратно и со вкусом. Очень понравилось, обязательно вернусь!

Fin dal primo momento dell’arrivo, l’accoglienza è stata davvero spettacolare, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Il servizio all’interno dell’hotel è stato semplicemente fantastico, e tutto lo staff si è dimostrato professionale, cordiale e sempre disponibile. L’attenzione ai dettagli è evidente, sia nell’aspetto generale della struttura sia nell’organizzazione e nell’arredamento delle camere, che risultano eleganti e molto confortevoli, rendendo il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Anche la comunicazione e l’assistenza sono state eccellenti, soprattutto per gli ospiti italiani. Ero lì con un mio amico italiano e abbiamo ricevuto un’attenzione particolare, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signorina Dina El Sayed (Guest Relation), una ragazza gentilissima, sorridente e altamente professionale, che ci ha aiutato tantissimo durante tutto il soggiorno. Отель расположен в лучшей бухте Наама-Бей с песчаным пляжем и пологим входом в море — идеально для семей с детьми и тех, кто плохо плавает. Территория большая, зелёная и ухоженная, есть подогреваемые бассейны. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Отличное соотношение цены и качества для спокойного, размеренного отдыха.
