Great property Great views 2 to 4 bedrooms Friend is staying here make me visit went in and welcome with security if no id not allowed so my friend came.down personally to take me upstairs Clean and again views are great Room size are average but hall is way bigger then other buildings

Security is useless, disrespectful, impolite, The gym for such a fancy building is terrible for such an expensive residential facility. I expected much more. No public facilities here for residence no Wi-Fi in the lobby no special meeting rooms.

The guard who is on duty now... he doesn't want to give back to us our Emirates ID he told us to wait for long time.. without knowing any reason.. he's very rude and bad behaviour.. and he said he will not allow us next time to come... we just want only yo take our EMIRATES ID because we're done from our duty.

Great location, pity about the basic technology and fit out of these apartments. Noise a huge issue both internal (4 months hammering ) and external ( meridian, waste disposal during night, music from venues. When open). Poor basic and small gym, way below standard expected. Beach undeveloped. White marble floors stain easily. Building management unresponsive

The guard don't have consideration ... they don't let us to stay inside the lobby while waiting for our service car... they don't understand how hot is the temperature outside. And besides there's no residence setting there in that Time... if there is we will understand.

No way to complain - no hotline / phone numbers on dubaicm.ae or Dubai Holding websites. So bad customer service. The only way to complain is a small piece of paper with a Mail - nobody reachable. (Attached) Noise of Airbnb guests in many Apartments, pets on the pool area. A huge issue with noise of construction in the building since weeks.

We asked for their medical assistance for my mother (70 years) to cross the private property. And we were refused the medical assistance. Big up to the property manager - hope nobody will treat him or his Mather like that

The receptionist or security guard at reception table treatment was really so rude ruined all our holiday

Менеджмент работает очень плохо. На территории бассейна много домашних животных. В доме уже 2 года не чистят фасад и окна. На письма с жалобой, никто не реагирует.
