This restaurant is terrible, the order was incorrect, and the food, as you can see in the picture, is unclean. I hope the Health Authority, the Consumer Protection Authority, and the Municipality's Nutrition Department will take the necessary measures against these establishments that are indifferent to the health of citizens.

Best Karak Tea - Superb Taste with Service when we go in car their executive will come to serve you till your car and even for just 1 tea they specially come also and with smiling face

No delivery , whenever order !!! Nobody is there to deliver for almost 1 month now. Every single time replying same , delivery guy went to rest and blaa blaa...Im shocked their delivery rider's rest didn't finish till yet 😕

From fresh and delicious chicken with crinkle chips sandwich known as Shamma to refreshing tea, from shawerma sandwich to chicken zinger sandwich, Jenan cafeteria has it all to cater your snacking needs. Moreover, they have several branches spreaded through Sharjah and Ajman. Humble and cooperative staff. However, the price of karak tea has been increased. Two thumbs up.

Sorry to be very harsh on my rating.. but I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I was driving back from Ajman and remember seeing this cafeteria on tiktok and I decided to stop for a bite. I ordered fresh milk tea and a Sandwich they suggested. I was told the sandwich has chicken tikka, potato and cheese. To my surprise the sandwich had only french fries I could taste, alot of it.. few pcs of chicken maybe.. and the tea was definitely mixed with water and not a good taste.. I am not sure if the milk was even fresh.or long life milk. The price was aed17.85 (3dhs for Cheetos) .. WTH.. cheap quality food with high prices, looting customers... Very very unfair. Never going there again.. many restaurant owners think customers are fools and can mint money out of them.. photo for proof I went there..

Not good food now before one year very good taste

Midnight snacks craving satisfied !! Ordered the Zinger Paratha and Cheetos wrap for a late night craving. The paratha was crispy and flavorful, and the Cheetos wrap was a fun, crunchy twist. Food came quickly, and the portions were good for the price. Solid choice for a quick, satisfying meal after hours. Would order again!

I had a frustrating experience with a waiter named Shehaz who seemed arrogant and dismissive. Despite my previous incident of finding hair in the sandwich, I continued dining there, but after this encounter, I feel inclined to stop visiting altogether.

The food and service is just fine.they follow the common ground.its just a karak spot,maybe u can have some snacks or light dinner. that's it. Can't expect anything above that level. No exaggerations or complains. Free parking lot beside the shop is a plus.when u Park there,guys will come and hit u with Menu.when ready they'll deliver the order to ur door.we can enjoy our karak or favourite burger peacefully inside our car.But pls don't forget to make them smile when u pay the bill.
