Had high tea at Jetwing, Colombo 7 and it was a wonderful experience. We ordered the platter and every item was delicious—nothing was left behind. Everything was fresh, tasty, and up to standard. The rooftop ambience was beautiful, with cozy sofas, dining areas, and a stunning pool overlooking the city skyline. We went during sunset, and the view made the evening even more special. The price was also reasonable and definitely worth it for the quality and experience. It was a perfect place to relax with friends, enjoy good food, and take lovely photos. Everyone in our group loved it. Highly recommended for a nice evening out.

We stayed at Jetwing Colombo 7 to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and our experience was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well equipped, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was small, but everything offered was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The staff truly made our stay special — everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. A special thank you to Chathurika, who went above and beyond to organise a lovely birthday cake for our son and secure our dinner reservation at the rooftop restaurant. Those thoughtful touches meant a lot to us. We were extremely pleased with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Can't have been more satisfied with the choice of the hotel. Big large and beautiful rooms. Great breakfast buffet, wonderful roof top with pool and food. The service is of excellent quality. Every staff member is very welcoming and helpful. We had many last minute changes and requests and they stayed patient with us. Today, my two lady friends and I visited Jetwing Colombo Seven for lunch with our children, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and very family-friendly. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Ms. Swetha for her kindness and outstanding hospitality. She made us feel very welcome and ensured that we were comfortable throughout our time there. As someone who has spent much of my career in the luxury hospitality industry, I tend to pay close attention to service standards, guest touchpoints and the little details that often separate a good hotel from a great one. I've now stayed at Jetwing Colombo Seven twice, and it has become my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Colombo. What stands out most is the genuine care shown by the team. Kevin, the Front Office Executive, was consistently helpful, professional and proactive throughout both stays. Every interaction felt sincere, and he always seemed genuinely invested in ensuring guests were well looked after. You can also see that guest feedback is taken seriously. At breakfast each morning, it was common to have team members from outside the Food & Beverage department stopping by tables to check on guests and ask how their stay was progressing. It's a small detail, but it creates a strong sense that the hotel is listening and that guest experience matters. The breakfast buffet is very good, and the rooftop quickly became my preferred spot for dinner. The staff upstairs were always attentive, friendly and efficient. The rooftop itself is one of Colombo's hidden gems. The infinity pool and bar offer what must be among the best views in the city, with spectacular panoramic views stretching across the skyline. It's an outstanding place to unwind at the end of the day. Add to that comfortable rooms, exceptionally good beds and a convenient location, and Jetwing Colombo Seven delivers a consistently strong experience. A very solid hotel, well run by a team that clearly cares, and one I will happily continue returning to.

This is regarding the GYM. Wanted to get the membership, however discussing with the person in charge, if i could trial out one day for free. But he simply refused and wanted to pay first. He would have gain more memberships if that trial was given. Anyway i had got the membership in another establishment which is far more flexible and friendly. Key take away- Understand there are policies on hotel. However sometimes you need to be flexible and discuss with Management and offer the request. Goin an extra mile really helps retaining customers and attracting new ones. If not moght as well put some Robots and run the show. Guess Trainings should be given for these in charge people to think beyond and be flexible.

Super hôtel avec un personnel aux petits soins, avec un sourire constant et une prévenance remarquable. A la fois classe et authentique, d'une propreté impeccable et d'un service irréprochable - un vrai accueil Sri lankais. Mention spéciale pour l'équipe du restaurant qui nous a conseillé sur le buffet et surtout Fazil qui donne de précieux conseils pour visiter la ville. Et cette vue du rooftop !!! La piscine est géniale, la cuisine délicieuse et abordable. Mais surtout l'equipe du Ward7 est là encore très sympathique, souriante et très professionnelle, en particulier Sahan, Sathsara, Himasha et Thisathma. Un grand merci pour cet accueil remarquable que je recommande vivement !

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Jetwing Colombo 07 Restaurant & Bar! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The food was exceptional—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, with a great variety to suit every palate. A special shoutout to Prabudhdha and the team for their outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their service truly elevated the entire dining experience. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and cannot fault the quality of service and the rooms. The pool is delightful on a hot Colombo day and the breakfast, though limited, was quality. A particular note of appreciation to Amila, who took very careful care with our room.

That is a wonderful place. I went for a official event there and their service from the entrance is amendable. Their menu and presentation is too good. Highly recommended. Hope to visit with my family. From the beginning they stole the impressions one by one.... I gave 5 stars because something is there beyond the normalization..

tried their Hopper Night, which I felt was reasonably priced. Jetwing is usually known for good food, and this dinner experience was somewhere in the middle. For the price you pay, it’s definitely worth trying, but if I’m being honest, the taste of some of the dishes could be improved. More than half of the spread tasted good, while the rest felt average. The appetizers—especially the wade and crisps—weren’t great at all. Hoppers and rotis were okay, nothing exceptional. Desserts, however, were really good and probably the highlight for me. Service was a little delayed, but the staff were very attentive and genuinely tried their best. They also apologized courteously for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff so helpful and friendly. The food was great (both restaurant, bar and room service). I'd originally booked for 1 night, but extended my stay to 3 because I felt so comfortable there as a single women travelling alone. Chathurika was particularly helpful in ensuring my stay was very pleasant. I also enjoyed an electric tuktuk tour with Fazil, who was a great tour guide. Will definitely be back.

Had a truly amazing stay at Jetwing Colombo Seven. It's the perfect place for a peaceful city escape right in the heart of Colombo. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was served with great professionalism. We also tried their high tea platters in the evening, and it was filled with such tasty items that we left feeling completely satisfied, both heart and tummy full! What made the stay even more special was the calm and quiet atmosphere 🤍 No chaos, no rush, just pure relaxation. And the highlight? Pool time during sunset. It was simply an exceptional experience, something you shouldn’t miss. ✨

Everyone was full of smiles and happy to help. The room was superb, the food was delicious. We had a lovely time. However a small note on the pool, it did have quite a bit of dead insects. While hotel checkouts are generally difficult with a toddler and their naptimes clashing the team at cmb7 was very accomodating. A shoutout to the Ms.Chathurika and the rest of the team for beibg accomodating us and ensuring our stay was comfortable.

I stayed at Jetwing Colombo Seven for my birthday weekend with my family, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely put together, with a great view of Colombo. Everything felt well maintained and easy to settle into. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight. We caught the sunset and stayed on to see the city light up, which was definitely worth it. Food was easily one of the best parts. We had lunch from the à la carte menu and also tried the breakfast buffet. Lunch was amazing, everything we ordered was genuinely good. Big credit to Suranga, Visal, Sahan, Isuru, Chathura, and Kanishka. They have one of the best iced coffees also. Service was consistent throughout. Raj, Damini, Neluni, Vimukthi, and Ammar were all friendly and professional. Raj and Vimukthi especially stood out, they were attentive and picked up on things without needing to be asked. A special mention to Ms. Chathurika, she was an absolute delight making our stay memorable. Personally, I am a big fan of Jetwing Hotels, and this stay confirmed it. This has to be one of the best hotels of the chain.

The swimming pool is very nice, and the view is truly beautiful. That said, this is not a 5-star hotel. There was visible damage to the bathroom roof, and some electrical outlets were not working. Breakfast requires an additional payment. The listing mentions a spa, but in practice this means separately paid massage services, not a full spa area. Overall, the place has potential and a great view, but the facilities and service level do not match a 5-star standard.

Fantastic location. Nice and quiet but with a short tuk-tuk ride to anywhere you need to go. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are incredibly lovely and welcoming. Also, the breakfast was delicious! Clean and comfortable with a great view. Highly recommend!

We spent two wonderful days at Jetwing Colombo 7 and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. It was spotlessly cleaned and came with a well stocked mini bar. Staff were friendly and professional. Decent breakfast buffet with a spread of both local and continental. Very pleasant experience.
