Jaiman Toys, first time I ordered from them online and also my first set of Mini GT cars. Initially it was a cash on delivery but when I contacted their Customer support for a faster delivery they requested to make it prepaid to avail it and once I paid, they made sure I receive the product next day in Kolkata via DTDC Priority Delivery without any extra charge. What was worth mentioning that I had requested a different item than my actual order and they happily provided an extra effort to cancel the dispatched shipment and change the products. The lady who attended this throughout is really nice and humble. 5star service and Mini GT and other diecast lovers do try Jaiman Toys. ❤️

Ordered the Across the Spiderverse minifigures from them and received the complete set with no repeats. They answered all my doubts on call and WhatsApp promptly. I received my item to Bangalore in 3 days and it was packaged neatly with no damages. It's a really great store fpr all pf the diecast lovers. It has most of the brands like Mini GT , Time Micro, TOMICA, Hotwheels, etc under one roof. Also they offer great price for imported hotwheels premium.

I bought more than a few officially Marvel licensed 1:10 scale ZD toys Ironman figures from them. They pack well and ship on time. Highly recommend to collectors of official action figures and cars.

Very poor experience. Do not recommend. I had a bad experience with Jaiman Toys. They use courier companies that failed to deliver my order. The tracking showed “delivery attempted – consignee not present” multiple times, which was not true. The order was eventually returned. Delivery was also very slow, as they use road transport. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no response from Jaiman Toys. Even after the order was returned, no refund was issued. Overall, there was no communication or support. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

This review is exclusively for Hot Wheels enthusiastic. If you are going to the store to pickup some cool hot wheels you will be highly disappointed. The main store doens't have the collection they have store next to it that keeps the cars. The incharge there was least interested and when I asked if I can order something that I visible online he said that is only there not here. Then I checked with the incharge he said it's available on you can order and the delivery will happen in 30 mins at the store. When I reconfirmed with the guy at the car store he flatly said no. Then again I had to go back and this person in the main store ok you order i will get. By this time I had no confidence whether I will have to wait how long for it and I left. Really I haven't seen such a careless behaviour towards customers. Very sad experience.

Today I received the package within a week and this site is legit you suggest to check it out on this site no scam no cap. 🔥🔥 But the way they packed the diecast could have been better more as both blisters got some minor bend and especially the Porsche has some scratches on the plastic layer I know there are circumstances in the transportation but getting bend on both blisters could raise some question That's why I am giving 4/5 stars other than there is no issue regarding to the product or the staff I would have given it 5/5 star if packaging was better

I ordered a die cast formula one McLaren from this place, amazing price, amazing packaging, and it arrived in mint condition, it took 4-5 days to arrive which is amazing. Completely safe store, no scams, 100% legit. (This is coming from me, they didn’t ask me to say this)

Bought a mini GT lambo and received a damaged package, spoiler was broken, they refused to return it. Bought from here once, never again. Ps: this was my first ever minigt that i bought from here. Now i have more than 10. Bought from a better place with better packaging. :)

I went there for some dragon ball z action figures but wasn't able to find since their stock was out. Apart from that, they have huge selection of toys. The owner is really very soft spoken.

Just recieved the package , Thanks alot overall service is good but the shipping company is not that good as they delayed the delivery multiple times , I recommend users this platform is safe for shopping, kindly do change the shipping Company for their ignorance towards calls,other wise it would have been a 5 stars from my side :) The package also came in Good shape.
