Jolly’s approach for customers is really commendable. They care for the customers if customer faces any problem for product issue. Quick in response. Their technician Rajiv is really efficient and highly skilled in his job. Very humble, soft spoken and speaks solution oriented.

I got my door locks though of same model, but things were of different size when opened the packing. When this was reported to company, they responded very well, sent the technician on site and got the things replaced from company directly. Good service and Customer care which improve my confidence in Jolly Lock and their services.

I had bought Jolly Linea Mortice lock from a retailer in Kirti Nagar. After a few years of usage I had some issue with the lock handle. I approached the retailer but did not got satisfactory response. Then I visited Jolly's website and reported the issue to its support team. I got the prompt response from Ms. Megha in the team. She understood the issue and replaced the handle set. I did not had to visit anywhere, she ensured that the part reach me via courier service. I had some issues with a product and approached this company for help and with a prompt action by the owners and the staff the issue rectified with no time taken.I loved to see the owners direct intervention for this matter and really a big salute to them. We’ve installed around 12 Jolly door handles last year, They all look fabulous. Kids at my home mishandled one of them but internal brackets got loosened when I connected with Jolly team, they heard me politely and sincerely solved my problem without charging me even a penny. Special thanks to Biswajit da who was in constant touch and ensured timely delivery of spare required for repair (to keep a note, neither they charge for spare nor for delivery).
