JOVIAL (Mega Mall)

I have changed and buy a battery for my watch yesterday (6th of February 2019) on the MegaMall, Sharjah branch worth 25 dirhams when the watchman scratch deeply my watch while removing the cover. The watchman and the salesman doesn't do anything to compensate the damage they have done and they just said it is normal because they are doing it manually. Well, they just let me pay the whole amount and they didn't even say "sorry" they just kept on speaking on Arabic knowing thay there costumer is Asian.

Worst customer service ever. I asked the woman employee to replace my watch battery and she replaced it but didn’t close it properly i told her it’s not closed properly but still she still said it closed properly. Later i washed my hands with the watch as usual as its a waterproof watch (i was wearing and washing since 2 yrs) it started to get foggy when i went and showed her she told it was my fault cause i washed my hand with the watch how the hell can that happen since I washed my hands with the watch more than a year but she started asking weather I want to give for repair and charge me higher than the watches value.

They lied about the exchange policy and refused to exchange a watch even though all the conditions were met
