I recently made a purchased for the first time here in Joyalukkas Madinat Zayed and I would definitely say I will go back again and the service given to us by Ms. Mabel is very highly recommended and appreciated. I was hesitant to go in at first because I was searching for some jewelries for my friend and I know it will take a lot of time on my part and a lot of patience on the seller because I need to send some photos to my friend so she can choose the designs she wants. But luckily, I saw Mabel and it was a very good decision. She was very accomodating and very patient all through out the time that I was there. She gave good recommendations as well and good discount. I was very happy with my first purchase here. Visited for a complaint registration. The floor staff were helpful and guided me on what to do, but the matter has not been resolved yet. Polite customer service, but the backend support and final resolution process definitely need improvement
