Outstanding Stay at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam An exceptional hotel with beautiful Arabian-inspired architecture, outstanding service, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, the food is excellent, and every staff member makes you feel genuinely welcome. The location, beach access, and views of the Burj Al Arab make the experience even more special. A perfect destination for a luxurious and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at jumeirah mina al salam. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated how the team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The whole resort is so beautiful and peaceful that will make you relax. Housekeeping did a great job, ensuring everything stayed clean and organized. What really stood out was the level of service — every staff member I interacted with was professional, polite, and eager to help. Whether it was assisting with my requests or offering recommendations, they consistently exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing stay. Worth every penny you will spend, I will definitely be coming back!

In my opinion, this property feels more like a grand palace than just a beach resort. The architecture and the Abra rides through the canals are stunning. I also really enjoyed the variety of restaurants available. The only minor downside for me was that the room size felt a little bit small, but the overall experience was still more than wonderful. I really wanted to sit at the beachfront restaurant for shisha (I believe it was Shimmers), but it was fully booked which makes sense given the incredible view! Even with the room size and the restaurant being full, the stay was excellent. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience. The ticket booking process was quick and easy, and everything was very well organized from entry to seating. The concert atmosphere was incredible, the sound quality was excellent, and the performance exceeded expectations. Customer support was also responsive and helpful when I had a question about my tickets. Definitely worth it and I would book through them again for future concerts. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I just stayed at this wonderful hotel, and we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so hospitable and made us feel completely welcome. The service was outstanding, and every interaction felt personal. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was so comfortable. Plus, the location was fantastic—just steps away from so many great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

The Candlelight Concert in Dubai was truly magical. The atmosphere created by thousands of candles, beautiful live music, and an elegant venue made the evening unforgettable. The musicians were incredibly talented, and hearing famous songs performed in a classical style felt very emotional and unique. It’s a perfect experience for anyone who loves music, romance, and cozy vibes. Definitely one of the most beautiful events I’ve attended in Dubai. ✨🕯️

Absolutely fabulous, we got upgraded to the Royal Suite (606). What can we say other than it was the absolute best room we ever had in our lives. Infinite thank you to the team for making our last night without baby, the most exceptional experience. This will probably be the best hotel experience ever :D

We recently stayed at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam using a AED 1,000 voucher we had been gifted for our wedding, and unfortunately the experience at check-in completely overshadowed what should have been a special stay. Before booking, I specifically called the reservations team and explained that I had a voucher which I intended to use upon arrival. I also replied to the booking confirmation email a week before our stay again mentioning the voucher and received no indication whatsoever that there would be any issue. When we arrived at check-in, everything initially seemed fine until it came time to process payment. We were then told there was an issue with the voucher and that it could not be accepted. The voucher was a Jumeirah-branded voucher, yet the staff and manager claimed they were unsure where it had come from and asked us to contact the friends who bought it for us to investigate where it had been purchased from. What made the situation particularly disappointing was the way it was handled. My wife is seven months pregnant, and we were left sitting in reception for over an hour while staff went backwards and forwards internally trying to figure things out. During this time, the manager effectively gave us two choices: either pay the full room amount without applying the voucher, or leave the hotel. For a luxury hotel brand, this was honestly shocking customer service and incredibly uncomfortable, especially given my wife’s condition. If there was an internal issue with voucher verification, that should never have become the guest’s problem after we had already declared the voucher before arrival and received no objection. Eventually, after more than an hour waiting in reception, we were told we could stay and that they would sort the voucher issue internally the next morning. At check-out, the same manager informed us everything had in fact been resolved and the voucher was absolutely fine all along. So ultimately the voucher was valid, but we were still subjected to over an hour of stress, embarrassment, and the threat of being turned away from the hotel entirely. I’ve stayed at many Jumeirah properties across the UAE over the years and have always had positive experiences, which makes this even more disappointing. Sadly, based on how this situation was handled, this will be my first and last stay at Mina A’Salam.

We came here for the Candlelight Concerts! Everything was very good! Pianist was really good and he was so warm. The Organisation went perfectly, even in the end when everyone left the saloon my husband played the same piano for a little while 🌟 thanks to Anu for this lovely experience. All the staff was very welcoming and smiley 😇🙏🏻👏

We have just had a brilliant stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. A special mention to Amrit and Aradhana from the housekeeping team . They both went out of their way to ensure we had everything we could need and cleaned our room to a very high standard

Here’s a review of Jumeirah Mina A Salam — summarizing what we liked about our stay, along with a few caveats, based on our experience and what other guests commonly note. 👍 What We Liked — Strengths of Mina A Salam • Excellent beachfront location & lovely beach setting. Mina A Salam lies right on the beach, with a private shoreline, giving you easy beach access and beautiful sea-views (including views toward Burj Al Arab depending on the room). • Great room with beach/ocean/sea-view. Our room delivered on the promise: comfortable, nicely furnished, with a view — ideal for relaxing and enjoying the horizon. Others also point out that many rooms and suites “feature private balconies and Gulf views.” • Warm, helpful, friendly staff — good service. Throughout our stay, hotel staff were polite, helpful, and attentive. From what we saw and what many reviews note, service is one of the strong points here: people try to make things go smoothly for guests. • Access to resort amenities — pools, waterpark, facilities, easy convenience. Mina A Salam is part of a larger resort complex — you get access to amenities like pools, private-beach privileges, spa and wellness options, water-park access for families, good dining options, and overall a rich selection of services. • Good balance: relaxing but with convenience nearby. You get beachfront relaxation, yet you’re not cut off — the hotel has a mix of calm, comfort, and access to services, making it a well-balanced choice if you want a beach + city-convenience vibe. ⚠️ What to Know — Minor Drawbacks / What Could Be Better • The hotel shows some age; décor / rooms may feel a bit dated. While comfortable, some aspects of the hotel (rooms, common areas) reflect its age — it’s not the newest resort in Dubai. The ambience can feel a bit “classic” rather than ultra-modern. • Because it’s part of a large resort complex, some areas may feel busy or “resort-like.” If you imagine a boutique, ultra-quiet villa-style stay, expect some resort-scale hustle — other guests, resort amenities, shared facilities can bring a certain level of activity that may not suit those seeking total isolation. • Potentially higher price for what you get (depending on season / room). As often with beachfront + resort-resort hotels, cost per night may be on the premium side — but that comes with convenience, amenities, and location. • If you want super-modern minimalism or a design-forward hotel, this may not be it. The style is more classic Arabian / resort-style — cozy and comfortable, but not necessarily the kind of cutting-edge design some travellers expect. 🎯 My Overall Verdict — Worth It, If You Want Beach + Comfort + Good Service Overall, I strongly recommend Mina A Salam, especially if you’re looking for: • a comfortable room with sea/ocean/beach view • easy beach access and resort amenities (pools, spa, water-park, restaurants) • friendly staff and convenience (good service, easy access to what you need) • a balance between relaxation and staying somewhere easy and central for exploring It may not be the most “modern boutique” hotel in Dubai — but it’s a very solid, enjoyable stay if you value comfort, beach-front location, and good amenities. For a seaside vacation with views and ease, Mina A Salam delivers well.

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam is one of those rare resorts that immediately pulls you into its atmosphere—a blend of traditional Arabian charm, calm waterfront scenery, and understated luxury that feels both intimate and grand. From the moment our group arrived, Sarah, Omar, Lina, and I were struck by how warm and welcoming the staff were; Ahmed at reception greeted us with genuine hospitality, and Maria from the concierge team seemed to anticipate our questions before we even asked them. The resort’s design is stunning: winding waterways, wooden abra boats gliding past, and architecture that feels like a modern interpretation of an old Arabian citadel. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with balconies overlooking either the sea or the serene lagoon—Lina kept saying she could sit there for hours just listening to the water. Every morning, breakfast became a ritual for us. The variety was impressive, from fresh pastries to Middle Eastern dishes, and the staff remembered our preferences by the second day. The location is another major highlight; being able to walk along the private beach with the Burj Al Arab rising dramatically in the background felt almost surreal. We also loved how easy it was to explore the entire Madinat Jumeirah complex—Souk Madinat, the restaurants, the gardens, and the waterways all felt like part of one large, beautifully curated world. Omar especially enjoyed taking the abra rides in the evening when the lanterns lit up the canals. The resort is incredibly family‑friendly, yet it still maintains a peaceful, refined atmosphere. Access to Wild Wadi Waterpark added a fun element to the trip, and the pools were perfect for relaxing after long days in the sun. What stood out most to all of us was the consistency of the service—every interaction felt thoughtful, and nothing ever seemed rushed or impersonal. Even though Mina Al Salam is a premium property, the experience felt worth every moment, offering a balance of comfort, beauty, and genuine hospitality that made our stay memorable. It’s the kind of place you leave already thinking about when you’ll return, and our whole team agreed it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we’ve shared together.

Just want to thank everyone at Mina Salam for our fabulous stay, especially Yana, the manager, she’s an absolute angel and shining star, it’s like a family, welcoming us back again and again. Everything was perfect, beautiful smell when you walk into the hotel and into the bedroom corridors, beautiful gardens and lagoon and spotlessly clean beach. We were a family of 4 with my mum, cousin and her baby and they met our every need without having to ask. Impeccable service, the breakfast staff were lovely, the guys on the front door were extremely helpful and friendly. Everything I asked for they had, even a special hairdryer! We will always return
