I had a wonderful stay at this Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residence Room no. 506,312 & 212 and was truly impressed by the staff from the Housekeeping Team , they are friendly and Cooperative They manage their Time to make our stay more Comfortable and Memorable Special Thanks to Mr. Sandesh Aryal & Khemraj and i also want to mention Rajan,Sandesh,Faizal,Kismat, and the overall quality of the property. From the moment I arrived, the staff from Guest Service Team Ms. Erin, Ms. Zhanna, Ahmed & Anas were warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and Stress-free. The Quality of the Residence exceeded my expectations The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, and the facilities were modern and inviting. Everything felt organized and well cared for, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the Excellent Service from the Staff combined with the high Standards of the Residence made my stay Memorable.

Marsa Al Arab Residences are a truly high-end gem in Jumeirah 3. Beautifully designed with excellent finishes, the spaces feel modern, elegant, and very well thought out. The private pool and residents-only restaurant add a lovely sense of exclusivity, making it feel more like a boutique resort than a residence. A fantastic location and an overall great place to live if you’re looking for comfort, privacy, and understated luxury.

Beautiful place love the ambiance service rooms However some of the restaurants in the Jumeriah property were complete disappointment and did ruin part of our eating experience. Kira in Al Marsa Mei in Mina Al Salam The food was tasteless, didn’t have vegan gluten free options. The staff were extremely rude. And suggested French Fries as an option for us to eat as dinner. Really !!!!!! I don’t know why Jumeriah check out the restaurants before allowing these mismanaged restaurants to open in their premises.

We cannot emphasise enough how incredible the team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences made our stay. We had originally booked a one-bedroom residence, but upon arrival realised it wasn’t quite suitable for us. Despite there being no availability, the team went above and beyond to find us a two-bedroom residence- and it was absolutely perfect! From the stunning room to the excellent amenities and impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations. I have been staying with Jumeirah for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that the Residence is now my new home in Dubai. A special thank you to Ahmed and Ulises, who made our stay truly memorable with their warmth and dedication. We loved every moment and cannot wait to return again and again!

Прекрасная резиденция! Для тех, кто любит тишину и приватность. Вам доступна вся территория Джумейры для прогулок и перемещений. Все очень удобно, попросил багги, тебя отвезли куда нужно. Номер прекрасный, очень большой и уютный! В номере все есть, начиная от посуды, заканчивая капсулами для стирки. Большой плюс в виде большого холодильника и стиральной машины! Нет навязывания услуг. При заселении заплатила депозит в наличке, в наличке остаток забрала при выселении. Это очень удобно! В общем, для выгодных поездок смотрите промоушены, я осталась в полном восторге, правда!

I stayed at Jumeirah Residence to celebrate my birthday for three nights and four days, and without any exaggeration, this has been the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations, service, food, atmosphere, and most importantly, the people. What truly stood out was the Guest Relations team. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay unforgettable. They welcomed me with sweets, balloons, and a beautifully written card, and even went as far as personalizing my room each day with thoughtful touches, like a pillow embroidered with “Happy Birthday.” It was these small but meaningful gestures that turned my stay into an exceptional experience. Everything about this hotel is immaculate. You truly get what you pay for, and more. This stay not only gave me memories I’ll cherish forever but also convinced me to switch my loyalty from my usual hotel program to Jumeirah’s. Hands down, this is the best place to stay, and I cannot recommend it enough.

Wir hatten kürzlich unseren ersten Aufenthalt in den Jumeirah Residences Marsa Al Arab, die erst vor wenigen Monaten eröffnet wurden ☀️ und sind absolut begeistert! Die Residenz vereint modernste Architektur mit dem Charme einer luxuriösen Super-Yacht. Unsere Suite bot raumhohe Fenster und eine großzügige Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Yachthafen. Alles wirkt neu, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die großartigen Restaurants im Hotel, die wir bei mehreren Besuchen ausprobiert haben – jedes Mal aufs Neue ein kulinarisches Erlebnis auf höchstem Niveau. Ebenso beeindruckt hat uns der exklusive VIP-Pool Iliana, der mit seiner Ruhe, Eleganz und erstklassigem Service einen ganz besonderen Akzent setzt. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den hervorragenden Service: Von Anfang an wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen und bis zum Schluss aufmerksam und fürsorglich betreut. Auch ein herzliches Dankeschön an Managerin, die für jedes Anliegen sofort eine passende Lösung hatte und mit ihrer lösungsorientierten Art den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Neben ihnen waren auch viele weitere Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und engagiert 🙏 ein echtes Highlight dieser Residenz. Auch der private Strand mit Cabanas, die Poollandschaft und das Commodore Club haben uns rundum begeistert. Die Lage ist ideal, mit schneller Anbindung an Burj Al Arab und Wild Wadi Waterpark, sodass sich Entspannung und Ausflüge perfekt verbinden lassen. Für uns war dieser erste Besuch ein großartiges Erlebnis, und bestimmt nicht der letzte. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf die nächste Gelegenheit, in diese einmalige Welt zurückzukehren 🤗♥️

Marsaa Al Arab is a truly wonderful place elegant ambiance beautiful views and great attention to detail. It’s definitely a spot worth visiting However just a small note regarding the security staff at the entrance The behavior was unprofessional and not in line with the high standards of the venue Hopefully this can be improved because the place genuinely deserves better.

فندق متكامل ورائع جداً جداً جداً من نظافه وهدوء ومطاعم ومرافق جداً ممتاز وتعامل الموظفين محترم مع الجميع ولا واجهت اي اغلاط عندهم كانت ايام ممتعه الصراحه والنادي حقهم حلو ومرتب ومتوفر فيه كل العضلات اللي تحتاج انك تتمرنها

Hotel Rating: It’s a five-star hotel, but I would rate it even higher. A completely new, luxurious, and modern place that exceeded my expectations. Rooms: Spacious, with breathtaking views of the iconic Burj Al Arab and the surrounding Gulf waters. The high-end finishes and pristine materials make you feel like you’re in a VIP setting. Service: Exceptional service with a friendly and attentive team. You’ll find plenty of staff ready to assist you upon arrival. However, I noticed a limited number of Arabic-speaking staff. While I speak English and Russian fluently, Arabic-speaking guests might face some difficulties. Location: Situated in one of Dubai’s most prestigious areas, right on the beach with an unobstructed view of Burj Al Arab. The outdoor pool is impressively large, adding an extra touch of luxury to the experience. الفندق خمس نجوم و لكن استطيع تصنيفه باكثر من هذا مكان جديد كليا فخم و عصري و فاق توقعاتي الغرف : كبيرة الحجم ذات إطلالة على برج العرب الشهير و ماء الخليج الذي يحيطك من كل الاماكن فخامة التشطيب و نظافة المواد يعطيك شعور انك داخل لمكان لكبار الشخصيات الخدمة : خدمة استثنائية و فريق جميل و متعاون ستجد الكثير من الرجال ينتظرون وصول لمساعدتك . لاحظت عدد قليل من المتحدثين بالعربية رغم أني اتحدث الانجليزية و الروسية بطلاقة و لكن الناطقين باللغة العربية فقط سيجدون صعوبة الموقع الجغرافي : المكان في افخم الاماكن في دبي فهو على البحر مباشرة و مطل على برج العرب الشهير لا يوجد اي عوائق بصرية . المسبح الخارجي كبير جدا و يعطي للمكان المزيد من الفخامة

We had the most incredible time at Marsa Al Arab, everything was perfect! Our daughter Amelia had the best time and can’t wait to come back in a few months, the staff are excellent and we’re so warming and kind to our daughter, she absolutely loved them - special shoutout to Carolina, Jacob, Sam, Mitzi and the whole team! I couldn’t fault a single thing and we felt so comfortable. We loved all the personalised details and the efforts the staff went to. The hotel is stunning the the facilities are great, everything was so seamless and easy. Will definitely be back to stay again! :) thank you again for everything.

Coffee at The Commodore with salmon just wouldn’t be the same without them. Being from Argentina, when I think of greatness, I think of Maradona—and when I think of coffee greatness, I think of this place. Olga has done an amazing service both check in-out with Camila and Nazeem they have a presence and response to each person and thats my observation both to us and others-welldone team! Nadeem stood out in particular—always offering thoughtful insights, enjoying a good chat, and making us feel truly welcomed. It’s those human touches that make the difference. Why choose the residence? For one, its location—close enough to the main road for convenience, yet set back just enough to feel like a private escape. It blends the best of hotel service with the warmth of a serviced apartment. You get laundry assistance, daily care, and at the same time, enough space to enjoy your stay without compromise. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place you’ll miss. The doormen wear slightly different attire, and the blue abaya is a beautiful touch of elegance. I won’t compare this experience to the hotel—because it would be unfair. But I will say this: my one-bedroom suite here had true separation of space, with recessed doors between rooms, and hands down, the best view in the UAE. Highly recommended.
