I ordered a cake for my daughter's first b'day. The model had a girl sitting with a cat. We had chosen the same because she loved cats. The cake i received had a girl with a rabbit😡. Also this fancy cake had foul taste like it was prepared days before.. We had ordered another cake of same flavour to be cut and distributed to guests.. That cake was ok.. Being from the same shop, with the same flavour, we expected same quality.. Totally disappointed.. On top of that cake arrived late at the shop due to some accident.. Altogether very bad experience

I wouldn’t even want to give one star — unfortunately, there’s no option for that! I’m so disappointed with their delivery. The customer service was terrible, the cake wasn’t delivered on time, and when it finally arrived, it was misplaced, leaking, and in awful condition. I had such a bad experience — I would never recommend ordering from here!

I had a very disappointing experience with this cake shop. I placed an order in advance and was assured of delivery. However, the day before the event, when I called to confirm, someone else picked up the call. He knew about my order but not about the delivery. They casually mentioned that the delivery boy was on leave. I told them that I was not at all informed about that. They said that they would look after it and would call back, but they didn't. So I called again, and they assured me that they would deliver the cake on time, and I had shared the location as well. I told them to deliver the cake before 10:00 AM on the very next day. So the next day, I waited until 10:00 o'clock, but the cake didn't come. When I tried to call, their phone was switched off. I was totally panicked; there was no access to contact them, and the cake also did not come, and the event was about to start. Everyone started asking about the cake. Out of desperation, I searched for nearby shops of Just Bake in Google and luckily got the number of a medical store near them. A very kind lady there helped me. She took the phone and reached the cake shop. Shockingly, even the staff at the shop were not aware of my delivery and started to give excuses that the delivery boy was on leave. Staff told me that she would just check the things and would call back and cut the phone without giving any other number. Again I was forced to call the medical shop staff. The medical shop lady took the phone and reached again the cake shop, and the staff told me that they had arranged the delivery boy and gave me another number. Finally, I got the cake around 11 o'clock. This is the customer service I got from the shop. Totally disappointing and unacceptable. If I hadn't contacted them by taking the number of the nearest medical shop, I wouldn't have got the cake. Totally unacceptable service and irresponsible behavior from staff members.

No matter how far away we are, if there is a team in our place that makes such good cakes, we don't have to worry anymore.I ordered a customized cake over the phone for my daughter's birthday.They did it exactly as I had envisioned.They also delivered and the cake was very good.. Very disappointing experience with Just Bake I ordered a German Chocolate Cake for my daughter’s baptism on 28/12/2025 and paid an advance amount to confirm the order. It was clearly agreed that the cake would be delivered to the given location by 11:00 AM, as the cake-cutting ceremony was scheduled for 12:00 PM. Despite reminding them the day before and again on the same day, when I called at 12:30 PM, I was informed that the cake was still at their shop and not delivered. This caused significant stress and disappointment on such an important family occasion. Although the advance amount was refunded, it did not compensate for the inconvenience and emotional distress caused. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. If they cannot manage orders or honor customer commitments—especially for special events—they should not accept advance bookings.

Great cakes at affordable price. Ordered Red velvet and it was really tasty. Everyone loved it. The customer service is also amazing. Replies within minutes and is always happy to help. The delivery was on time and also the cake was perfectly intact and beautiful. Really a great place for cakes, will order again ❤️

Recently, I ordered a Malted Chocolate cake and a Bento Cake from Just Bake Adoor. This is my second order, and it has a mouth-melting taste that's really good. I have now ordered a Vancho cake for a birthday celebration and am waiting for the day. The service was exceptional, with seamless coordination from Mr. Akhil making the process effortless. I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service. This is not my first bad experience with this shop. Once, they even delivered a damaged cake, and on another occasion, the delivery was delayed by 2 to 3 hours. How can we trust a store that can’t deliver on time and ignores customer feedback? They are not at all answerable to the issues we face. Extremely unprofessional — I would never recommend or trust their delivery service again.
