I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Trinity Metro Station, and there are a few restaurants nearby for those who wish to explore local dining options. Although breakfast was not included in the accommodation, I opted to have it at the hotel. The quality was very good, and it was priced at ₹300 per person. The only issue I encountered was a broken shower head. Additionally, after making my booking online, I did not receive a confirmation for two days. I had to contact customer care, who provided the hotel manager’s contact details, and the matter was resolved over the phone. I appreciate the staff’s prompt assistance in addressing the issue. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Horrible hotel Avoid unless you have no other option The only positive about Justa Hotel Bangalore is its location. Everything else is extremely disappointing. We arrived around 10:30 pm and were shocked to see that the entire hotel appeared to be run by just one staff member and a security guard. This alone sets the tone for the experience. The bedsheets were stained and the duvet was torn. After reporting this, the security guard—not housekeeping—came to change them at 11:30 pm. This is not a hotel managed by professionals. The rooms are in a state of serious neglect: furniture is broken, sideboards are falling apart, bathroom tiles are missing, and there is visible fungus in the shower cubicles. The property feels like it is literally crumbling. Wi-Fi is unreliable and barely usable. Overall, the hotel looks like it is in the final stages of total collapse and absolutely does not deserve to be called a hotel. Do not stay here unless you have no other choice.

I am shocked that this property calls itself a luxury hotel and charges 4K per without breakfast for a basic room. The property seems to be old and the upkeep is not being done. There are old and lumpy pillows and duvet. I have never seen such poor quality linen and bedding in any hotel I have ever stayed at before. AC was loud and control panel was broken and we received no resolution from the staff for the same when we informed them. No dental kit in the bathroom, towels were smelling. Water pressure in the faucet was high, toilet paper was of cheap quality. Coming to the service, the front office person on the night shift did help us with our late check in and parking our car. I appreciate it. But in the morning the housekeeping staff repeatedly were banging on our door and woke us up. When we opened the door, they gave us two water bottles that we didn’t even ask for and wordlessly left. It was quite ridiculous. Could be a very charming property with better upkeep and some more mindful staff. Location is amazing

Having an average *** hotel at MG road. Facing problem with wifi that may be occasionally but we have limitations of food items having breakfast. Will not recommend if you pay anything around 5K (INR) per day.

Location is perfect for anyone coming for business meetings for companies like Cisco as these are at a walking distance along with Metro and market just outside the hotel. Rooms are a bit small but well maintained & food is good, including breakfast buffet options.

L'eau chaude fonctionne bien! À améliorer : -le nettoyage des chambres - le petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleur. - la télé est à remplacer.

Loved the stay..!! Rooms were neat and clean and their service was exceptional. Will give 5/5 for the stay and 6/5 for the staffs behaviour+services👌(too good)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not up to my expectations. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration and improve the breakfast options for future guests.

The location is right next to your Trinity metro station, and is most accessible. However, with blue and sandal wall paints and yellow lights, the rooms seem a bit lonely, and shady, especially if you are alone. But, comfort wise the rooms are very good, the bathrooms are very cozy with fancy sanitary fittings. And they clean the room neatly everyday. Can definitely choose the place if you are not a stickler to bright and well lit rooms.

The location is great and the service staff is super helpful. The only 1 issue i had was that the card key of my room at random stopped working. I stayed with them for 3 nights and on returning back to the hotel of a day's work on 2 evenings the cars stopped working. The staff was quick to help out. I will take away the 1 star as i personally didn't find the food to my liking. That's just my personal opinion, but again the staff was very courteous and helpful at all times.

Giving this 1star is also worthless. Very small room. Doesn't have a mirror in the room, when asked they say it's not available. No dustbin, don't give towels unless asked for. They charge extra for food, if unnoticed. No quality of food kept in buffet. The person in reception is very rude and inconsiderate. No hospitality at all. They enter our rooms without permission. They say it's a queen bed but they attach 2 single beds which can easily be moved apart and cause backache. Bed is very hard. No lighting in the room. The room smelled so much and they didn't even change when asked. No hot water provision. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in, although they charge high rates the services are not even worth a quarter of their prices.

I stayed here for 10 days. Staff was very good. Thankx Avinash for giving us the lovely food. Superb room services were given by Nityam and Sunder . Special mention to Nityam for his outstanding behaviour. He is the best one in this hotel.

I came here as a part of Canadian Visa processing which is in banglore. Hotel is very nice with neat and spacious rooms. The staffs are friendly. I came here by 10.30 and they allowed early check in without any payment. It is located near to Trinity circle and Trinity metro station. Hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful. Overall experience was great.

Absolutely loved my stay at this property !!! Located in the heart of the city . Lovely ambiance, quiet rooms Very clean and hygienic interiors Room service was amazing The food was yummy and worth it. Worth every penny you spend . I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Right on MG road , easy access from road as well as metro, Trinity circle station is right above the hotel . Close to shopping areas like brigade road . Only gripe would be that the rooms and the bed are a bit small .

Property is at calm and central location and has very beautiful ambiance around. The Food is kind of good but not that great. Rooms have enough space but found stains one bedsheet and pillows. Good part is daily room cleaning.

Great hotel and fantastic staff. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food is delicious and breakfast spread though not great in variety is very well made and delicious. Location is good but getting there during peak times can be a chore. Very well recommended

I stayed at this property for 2 days and I must say, it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is situated in a quite yet accessible location and if you get the room with a balcony, you’ll have the most beautiful view. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive. Especially Mr Ajay at the front desk was very helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice place to stay in medium budget. Place was very neat and service also very good. Restaurant also available. Taste very nice. We have stayed for two days and entire service was awesome. No complaints at all. They are very patience and supported very much. I think parking night be difficult but pls check before If u r going in own car

Excellent hotel located just below the Trinity metro station. You can easily take a metro or walk upto mg road from here. The metro entrance is just a few steps away from hotel entrance. Nice, clean and well furnished rooms with all facilities including complementary water bottles. The rooms are comparable to any good four/five star hotel. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is good. Recommended for anyone wanting to visit and explore bangalore as this hotel is located in the prime mg road area.
