I would like to give the highest praise various amazing staff members at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur – First of all Rajendra,Samsudin and Zaini the amazing staff members at the main entrance of the hotel. Secondly I would like to praise to Sohel and Wakil for assisting me with packing my luggage as I was experiencing issues with packing my suitcase. Furthermore, Nijhum, Ardian, Pranav and Chanelle are the most genuine and kind people I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming across in my travels. Radiant smiles from all 4 of them and great conversational skills and all appeared generally interested in speaking to me without ever overstepping. All 4 of them are either well trained or just generally good with people. I suspect a combination of both. Do look after all 4 of them they’re gems and destined for greatness if given the right opportunities because of them, I now look forward to staying at this hotel in the future. Other than the amazing staff the room was amazing and the breakfast was good

Wonderful location, comfortable rooms and beds and truly the best staff ever! As frequent international travelers we stay in loads of hotels. This JW Marriott was truly an exceptional stay - made special by the staff - each and everyone made our stay so refreshing. First at check in Pranav took good care of us after a long journey and heard my concerns about the room we had booked. He was able to move us and delivered an amazing room which we greatly appreciated each and every day of our long stay. Next the very helpful Zaini - always smiling and helpful doorman- made us smile daily with his infectious charming personality! Third our concierge's, Hapiz and Prem helped us with all our questions and needs. And all of the housekeeping staff were great. A huge thank you to Sohel who was able to get my pants completely cleaned after a rainy muddy day walk! And another huge shout out to the behind the scenes man (Hanif) who coordinated the arrival of a replacement credit card. These large hotels see a lot of people and yes of course the hotel is lovely but the true measure is their joy at seeing and helping their guests. If you are visiting KL - we highly recommend this facility. Many thanks all!

Great Location, But Lacks Authenticity and 5-Star Service I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur. I chose this hotel because it was advertised as being close to restaurants and bars, which is true. However, it is located in a high-end district that feels like the main street of any major global city. If you want an authentic Malaysian experience, you should stay elsewhere. That said, using Grab to travel to other areas was very easy. While the hotel claims to be a 5-star property, the reality falls short. The staff work incredibly hard under difficult circumstances, but the hotel feels geared toward volume rather than quality service. The foyer is chaotic and disorganised, making it a nightmare just to reach the front desk. Housekeeping was also inconsistent; on multiple days, our room was still unmade by the afternoon, disrupting our rest when staff finally arrived to restock supplies. Breakfast in the main restaurant was an unpleasant, noisy free-for-all with unorganised service and lukewarm food. The pool area was similarly overcrowded and loud. Thankfully, we had access to the Executive Lounge. It was absolutely excellent, quiet, and peaceful—truly the only part of the hotel that resembled a 5 Star experience.

Had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur. The location is perfect in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great variety and the overall service truly felt 5-star. Highly recommended for families and travelers visiting Kualalalumpur. “Special thanks to Nijum for taking care of us and guiding us on time so we could reach the airport safely. I loved the stay at Marriot and the staff member Pranav was so accommodating and helpful and was very sweet to us. We accidentally booked the room without a view and he upgraded ua to a bigger room because my friend was claustrophobic. All the staff sure we had more than 6 water bottles at all times in our 5 day stay there. All employees were sooo respectful and helpful..definitely staying there again..

As a tourist from Indonesia, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding—staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. From the moment I checked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming, and any request I had was handled quickly. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent for resting after a long day, and the overall room design felt modern and well-maintained. I also appreciated the bathroom, which was clean and had a relaxing, premium feel. The location is one of the best parts. Situated in the heart of Bukit Bintang, the hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes. Everything is within walking distance, making it very convenient for tourists. Getting around the city is also easy thanks to nearby public transport options. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for comfort, excellent service, and a strategic location in Kuala Lumpur.

Checked in for a birthday weekend, was given a great corner room. Service at check in was speedy, can’t remember name of staff but most appreciated (then coming back after a long night to find a hand drawn/written card and cake arranged by Venice was complete ❤️) Breakfast service was excellent! We lost our table twice with the holiday crowds but staff, especially Jerome (& Aaron) ensured we had new tables and sufficient food/drinks/ warm croissants. Mr Sultan’s Roti Chennai, was the bomb (even with some unreasonably behaved guests) Kudos also to the Steadiest drinks lady in the world- Judy. Was truly a great experience all over. (Would be helpful if some of the staff walking around the lobby could’ve pointed us to the lounge/bar and knew about the happy hour offers)

She went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, demonstrating genuine care, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout. Despite being outside of her working hours, she took the initiative to respond to us promptly, which we deeply appreciated and found extremely reassuring. As our room was not ready upon arrival, she very kindly arranged complimentary access to the Club Lounge, allowing us to rest comfortably and enjoy the facilities while waiting. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference to our experience and reflected her strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Her accommodating nature, proactive approach, and willingness to go the extra mile truly embody the high standards of hospitality your hotel represents. My stay at the JW Marriott KL was marked by the team's professional hospitality. The staff is attentive, and the hotel's location makes it a highly efficient home base for navigating the city. The room aesthetic is clean and modern, offering a quiet, comfortable retreat. Great experience overall.

Great service, was upgraded to a suite. They let us leave our bags at the hotel and use the pool the day we checked out as we had a late flight home that night. Bed was very comfortable and the rainfall shower was a delight! 100% would recommend as the location was great to get anywhere in the city. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Booked a 66m² room and it was fantastic. Room comes with tub, a dining table, sofa and a huge huge bed. The location of the hotel is near to everything. If you want monorail, just walk alittle. If you want malls, they are just beside the hotel (just one road apart only). Staff are superb. As the room was not ready yet (room was readied at around 4.30pm), we were brought to executive lounge to rest. Will definitely visit this hotel again for stay.

Had a wonderful first stay with my family at JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur during our recent trip to Kuala Lumpur. Special thanks to Akari for her excellent service during check-in. The hotel was very busy due to the Rain Rave Festival event, and she initially suggested rooms on a lower floor with limited window views to help minimise noise. Although we declined, she was very patient and went the extra mile to secure rooms on a higher floor with much better views for my family. We also appreciate the ground staff and housekeeping team for their friendliness and good service throughout our stay. Overall, the team has provided a very pleasant and comfortable experience despite the busy period. Thank you, Akari and team. We will definitely be back again!

Decent two-night stay for a business trip. On the positive side, the location is top-tier and the rooms are a great size. On the downside, the mattress wasn't very comfortable for me, and the Wi-Fi went down for a whole evening. The front desk acknowledged the issue, but it took until the next day to fix it, which was quite inconvenient for work.

ブキビッタンの中心に位置する、JWマリオット・クアラルンプール。パビリオンの目の前という抜群の立地で、ショッピングや観光、食事、マッサージまで、どこへ行くにも徒歩圏内なのが最大の魅力です。ホテルは商業施設と並列しているため、雨に濡れずにショッピングできるのも便利でした。 建物自体はやや年数を感じますが、リノベーションされていて清潔感があり、美観はしっかり保たれています。今回はツーベッドルームを予約しましたが、とても広々していて使いやすく、複数人や長めの滞在にも向いていると感じました。屋外プールもあり、街中にいながらリゾート感を楽しめるのも嬉しいポイントです。 一方で気になった点として、部屋の壁がやや薄く、隣室の声やアラーム音が聞こえてしまうことがありました。静かさを重視する方は少し注意が必要かもしれません。総合的には、立地の良さと利便性を重視する方にとって、とても使い勝手の良いホテルだと思います。

Housekeeping was consistent and meticulous throughout my stay, keeping everything perfectly clean and well organized. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its prime location. It is directly connected to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur Mall, which is incredibly convenient. The mall offers endless dining options, from local Malaysian cuisine to international restaurants, cafés, and dessert spots. Whether you’re craving street-style food, fine dining, Japanese, Korean, Western, or trendy cafés—everything is just a few steps away. Shopping is also a huge bonus, with countless branded stores, entertainment options, and a lively atmosphere both day and night. The hotel facilities are excellent. The swimming pool area is relaxing and well maintained, perfect for unwinding after a long day of shopping or sightseeing. The gym is fully equipped with modern machines and enough space for a proper workout. The spa services were also outstanding—very relaxing and professionally done. Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The spread was extensive with a wide variety of local Malaysian dishes, Western options, fresh pastries, fruits, and live cooking stations. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly despite the busy hours. Most importantly, the staff at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur truly make the experience exceptional. Every team member I encountered was courteous, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Their attention to detail and sincere hospitality made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Overall, JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur is a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and unbeatable location. Staying at JW Marriott is one of the best parts of travelling in Kuala Lumper. The check in lobby is connected to a giant mall and close to Ritz-Carlton's check in lobby so yes it's fairly small and hard to find. I think u will have to wait in line for a sec if u check in at the lobby. However, if u are able to check in at lounge, I suggest u should choose it without hesitate. The frontdesk staff at lounge is caring and professional. They will provide suite upgrade for elite members without asking. The room is big and beds are huge. However I found the room itself and decorations showing a bit old and outdated. The location btw is absolutely the best reason to choose.
