Date: 7 July 2025 Today, I visited the KE KIMZ branch and was assisted by Mr. Raza. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service he provided. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the interaction. He listened to my issue carefully and took the time to guide me properly. Employees like him are truly an asset to any organization. I sincerely thank him and request Karachi Electric to appreciate and recognize such dedicated staff members Thank you!

K-ELectric, the old and famous name KESC (Karachi Electric Supply Company), it is obvious that by changing the brand name you can't change or improve your image. people used to say bad for KESC and the same has applicable for K-Electric in fact it has worsen and now people abuse K-Electric even even more. Their services are worst worst, simply worst. Even this office located at Qayyumabad, KPT Interchange is nowhere near it should be. The staff is not cooperative at all, no system, you have to wait foe simple works. No one has no idea as what to do for complaints, no idea of how to get new connections, billing is even worst. The government should take some actions to make K-Electric work better.
