I've stayed here for the past 1.5 years, and it's honestly one of the best co-living PGs in Ayyappa Society. The owners, staff are very friendly, supportive, and always responsive to any requests. The food is good, and the PG is well-maintained with rooms cleaned daily. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!

Great place to stay. Cleanliness is good. Problem resoultion is quick. Safety and security is there as owner stays in the same building. Good south indian food. Pleasant stay no much restriction.

i use to live there, stayed for 1yr 2 months and had the best time, peaceful, kind , clean , spacious, great internet , well maintained met the nicest people there really the best experience

I have been there for a year but I have not had any problems. The management staff is very good, especially Madam garu, who is very supportive.If you want to PG near Madhapur, then K Grand co Living PG is very good, hygienic and safety.

The rooms, washrooms, and common areas are cleaned regularly. The entire hostel is well-maintained, and hygiene is clearly a top priority. I’ve never faced any issues with pests, bad odor, or unclean surroundings.

Nice ambience, feels like home, good food, high speed internet connection, good management, games facility, TV, quality maintenance.. Rooms are spacious, clean, new ac installed, arranged laundry machines free of cost, serving 2 times chicken, different varieties of vegetable curries, mazziga. I liked it and I recommend to my friends to stay here. Karthik is always available to address any issues, very approachable, immediately try to solve any problem tenants experiencing

I stayed here for 5 months. The best thing about this PG is the cleanliness and the systematic functioning of everyday mundane work. Highly recommend this!

Food is very nice The owner along with their family are closely observing the food quality on a daily basis.They are also eating the same food along with the customers .That was the main advantage. The ambience is very nice .Maintainance is very good .Rooms are cleaned daily. There is proper power and drinking water supply. The atmosphere is homely.I would suggest any one to join in this pg.

Homely food,the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet and cozy, with all necessary amenities . Awesome place for working employees and students.

Superb Location + Super comfy + Private entrance of its own with security 24x7. Air conditioned Bright bunk bed dormitory with total private entrance. Great breakfast complimentary each morning Centrally Located. The PG is in the prime location of Madhapur road . It has a positive vibe for IT professionals as hitex and banjara hills are 1-2 mills away.., recommend for super individuals and co living too .!

K Grand luxury co-living is best co-living PG in this vicinity. And very hygienic place to live in with very good facilities. Administration is very cooperative in all cases.

They over charge for electricity. They include the share of electricity charges from entire building that includes mess, every floors and other places. Electricity bill used to come much as 1500 per room with just 1 fan, 1 light.

Justify' s the name luxury living.. Really great a stay for pg for all 🙂🙂 Rooms are well maintained clean and hygiene, coming to food... Complety hygiene and homely... Fully recommended for a good and luxury stay🙂🙂

As the name suggests, it is quite a luxury co living space. The rooms are spacious with good ventilation. Food is also very good and owners are very approachable and considerate.
