It was the first time I ordered from k- secret and i must say the service was amazing. They always reply on WhatsApp to all my concerns. My order was delivered to me within two days despite of bad weather conditions and war happening all over the region and the quality of products I received is so freaking good. Im still yet to use the products but so far it’s kinda wholesome experience

I was intrigued about the skin care product of K-SECRET. I always watched and read a good feedback about their products. so i tried some products that's compatible for my skin type and just for 3 days of using it i can see the deference, i liked how it's so gentle on the skin and gives a glowing effect. I ordered through online and i received some of the product packaging was deformed maybe because of how they packed. i hope maybe next time they'll use a box instead of bubble wrap. but over all it's AMAZING

I always super loved the products i bought from ksecret. They are super legit plus the service is always amazing. I recently bought skin 1004 products and one item is out of stock, the staff apologized for the inconvenience and inform me that they had ordered to restock the item but it might arrive only after 2 weeks, so i told the staff that i can still wait for 2 weeks as I still have some of the said item so i can wait. Honestly, I started using the blue one and I really noticed it’s different from other moisturizers that just get absorbed into the skin and that’s it. This one doesn’t just give my skin what it needs and disappear , it actually leaves a kind of hydrated layer on my face. It doesn’t dry out and lose the glow or moisture like other products. The hydration actually stays on my face, and it feels like my skin is genuinely moisturized, almost like it’s been refreshed with water.
