The butter and the rice Is too cold It feels like they bring It from the fridge, And they bring less rice and less fries the salt they bring it in this white plate, Even the out place Is dirty and smells bad, The services In the restaurant Is soo bad even the manager, Didn’t pay for their mistakes , Also they didn’t bring our soup and the garlic sauce + cold old bread . Hope who manage the restaurant email me back.

It's very bad experience with them..we order for Eid today at 1pm and till now we didn't receive it.. Will complain & we have all the ordered confirmation screenshot ... dont trust them in occasions... ماشي احترام للمواعيد والطلب طبعا ماوصل ..

I ordered from Al Fareej Restaurant through the application and had a very disappointing experience. I waited more than 20 minutes with no clear update. When I contacted them, they first said they did not know where the order was, then later claimed the order had “appeared.” This raises a serious question: why all this delay and confusion? this information was inaccurate and meaningless. There was no proper tracking, no clear communication, and no accountability. Delays can happen, but poor coordination and unclear responses are not acceptable. I hope the restaurant improves its order management and communication with customers.

طلبت ٣ كيلو ريش ، وااااايد ملح و حجم الحبه كبير جدا + سعره فالمطعم غير و فالبرنامج مسوين خصم على كل شي إلا الريش !!!!!

Its good if you are close and want something fast

الكاب والتكه تتبيله ممتازه لكن الريش لا انصح بالمره اسوأ ريش وب 84 والله مايستاهل

I couldn’t take pictures when the food was here because its soo good, but you could see that i ate 15 seek. I recommend the lamb lemon tikka meat!! Its soo good.

The food is good I don't have any problem with the food I love their kabas but the people who work there is my concern they need to check their website order not only talabat, they have their own website so they need to check carefully what people are ordering and where did the people ordering. Two time I placed the order on the website I need to call them to tell them to check my order because they don't check it. Second time the order came incomplete so I need to call them and explain to them how many times but after how many minutes Alhamdulillah they send my order complete. Alhamdulillah I have their WhatsApp number now :)
