Please don’t go there.. I went there due to dizziness during my pregnancy.. Doctor checked my pressure and ask from the nurse that it that pressure is normal..

I would never recommend this hospital. The staff are extremely careless and unprofessional. I visited twice and had the same disappointing experience both times. There was no sense of urgency or proper care provided. The facilities were poorly maintained, and I felt completely neglected as a patient. This place seriously lacks compassion and proper medical standards. I strongly advise others to avoid this hospital

24 hours open, just walked in around 7pm suffering from the worst cough ever for OPD. Immediately welcomed, Almost 0 waiting time, Sofas are comfortable , can pay by card, doctor was friendly and respectful, provided me the option of taking the nebulizer , took it and immediately felt better, all medications handed over to me while I was on the nebuliser, next day almost cured. So fast, so convenient, refreshing experience.

This is a great hospital with excellent customer service. For a small price they give a good service with medicine that works very effectively and quickly. The doctors here are also very talented. Usually they give medicine for less price. When they give antibiotics or high priced drugs they will charge more then customers will put bad comment saying its not a good hospital. But it is a great hospital

Yesterday night I had to take medicine from this place for usual prevailing fever. Just for the OPD check up & medicine they have charged 2800/-. Same time one of my friend took medicine from Hemas Hospital for fever & paid only 1300/- which 800/- as doctor fee & 500/- for medicine. How ridiculous this ? Compared to Hemas what's they have ? No cleanliness, professionalism, equipments, ???. Do not recommend at all.

This was a better place 4-5 years ago. Now staff is not friendly and untrained. New nurses are not trained, don't know even the basic things. We are like lab rats here unless you treated with experience one. I have more doubts on the person who call himself as a doctor here, because he didn't even listen well to the patient before write the prescription. May be a training Doctor from somewhere. My advice is, do not go there unless you have somewhere else to go.

Got a very bad experience in hospital yesterday Nurses don't have much experience. When a disabled patient is taken, we ourselves have to lift them to bed. All patients are brought to the same room at the same time, and the tendency of germs to spread increases. Even the doctor doesn't take care of the patient properly. There is no medicine even for fever

Nursing staff එක නම් අනේ මන්දා.දවස් හතරක කලින් vog චැනල් කරන්න කෝල් කරාම ඉරිදා එන්න කිවා නම්බර් 15 දෙන්න පුලුවන් කියල.අපි කතා කරගෙන appointment එක දාන්නම් කියල සිකුරාදා කතා කරාම ඉරිදා 12.30ට ඩොක්ටර් එන්නෙ, ඇවිත් appointment එක දා ඩොක්ටර් චැනල් කරන්න කිවා.ඉරිදා ආවම් කියනවා ඉරිදට කලින් බුක් කරන්න ඕනලු අද ඇවිත් බෑලු.රිසෙප්ෂන් එකේ ඉන්න අය එක එක දවසට එක එක රිප්ලයි දෙනවා...පේෂන්ට් කෙනෙක් රෙකමන්ඩ් කරපු හින්දයි ආවේ.එයා කෝල් කරලයි appointment එක දාලා තිබ්බෙ.managemnt එකෙන් අවධානය යොමු කරන්න මෙයාල එක එක දවසට කට්ටිය වෙනස් වෙනස් උත්තර දෙන එක ගැන.අපි එහෙම ඔහොම ජොබ් කලා නම් ජොබ් වලිනුත් අයින් කරලා මෙලහට.

I went last night to hospital because of fever and shivering. I had to do a blood test. Nurse don't have much experience . She tried to do blood test in her first attempt . But she failed . So i ask for another nurse with experience . First nurse got upset with me and her service was bad after that. I wasn't in good situation to let her try few times in the shivering moment. She deliberately made a situation to wait for me for report at the middle of night. Report didn't came out till i ask from other nurse which was in the counter 30 minutes before.Bad service care. Lack of experience . Not quality one.Other nurse came and did blood test in the first attempt.That is the experience . Hospital is good. But not experienced nurses and doctors at every time.

Thank you, kauwela hospital yesterday my grandmom was suffering from gastritis the doctor who works there got an urgent ECG, and my grandmom was sent to Asiri Hospital as the doctor told my grandma having a heart attack because of all the staff members' quick diagnosis he saved my grand mas life

Service is good. There's very good doctors and you can channel here. Only security officer facing not enough for such place. He should changed.

No doctors available even if the hospital is open. Bad customer support. Don't reach here for urgent matters. With all these taken place I doubt if the staff here is trained well and eligible for nursing practices.

යන්න නෙවෙයි, හතුරෙක් වත් යවන්න එපා. විශේෂයෙන්ම ECG ගන්න. ඒ මැෂින් එකේ ලොකු අවුලක් තියනවා. මට සහ මම දන්න තවත් දෙන්නෙක්ට වැරදි ECG reports ඇවිත් තිබුනා. නිකං මිනිස්සු බය වෙනවා. අපරාදේ සල්ලි...

Worst ever customer service. Asked me to visit them to know the prices of investigations. Keeping the prices as secrets. 🤣🤣🤑🤑 Even Asiri is giving the prices by phone.... Better to go for a reputed place rather than this....

Service is too bad.Doctors not coming on time. Some of Doctors not coming as they comite. Most of the doctors in OPD, they don't have experience. I'm not sure how they run propper way. Not sure they have propper qualifications. I'm not recommend anyone else.

Don't go to this hospital ever again no kindness towards patients. Disgusting nurses no doctors available. Looking only for money bustards disgusting and unsafe place for patients don't go to this hospital
