KAFD Grand Mosque

KAFD Grand Mosque is a beautiful and modern-looking mosque that fits perfectly with the futuristic vibe of the area. The design is impressive, with clean lines and elegant details that make it stand out among the surrounding buildings. I wasn’t able to go inside since I’m not Muslim, but it was still worth visiting to admire the architecture from the outside. It’s a peaceful and striking landmark and adds a nice cultural touch to the KAFD district.

يُعد مسجد مركز الملك عبدالله المالي (KAFD) أيقونة معمارية في الرياض، بتصميم مستوحى من شكل "زهرة الرمال" الصحراوية. يتميز الهيكل بتداخل هندسي فريد يجمع بين الحداثة والروحانية، مما جعله يحصد جوائز عالمية كأحد أجمل التصاميم الدينية. يمتد المسجد على مساحة واسعة تتسع لـ 1,500 مصلٍ، ويتوسط الأبراج ليكون قلباً نابضاً بالحياة في المركز المالي. يفتقر التصميم للمئذنة التقليدية، مستعيضاً عنها بالتكوين البلوري الذي يسمح بتسلل الضوء الطبيعي بذكاء إلى الداخل.

Несомненно необычная мечеть. Привлекает внимание. Прекрасно вписывается в этот деловой центр. Но, внешний вид впечатлил: такое ощущение, что она медленно рушится. Качество строительных работ даже мне, не профессионалу, видно невооруженным взглядом.

The King Abdullah Grand Mosque in KFD has an incredible design, brother. The entire mosque doesn’t have a single pillar inside, which is remarkable. It's such a beautiful mosque with an excellent architectural design that once you visit, you’ll be mesmerized just looking at it. It’s truly amazing and so beautiful. I felt really good to see it, and I had the opportunity to pray Jumu’ah there. It’s simply outstanding and worthy of praise—a truly amazing mosque! It is with a heavy heart that I must say this: it seems that the mosque has not yet appointed an official Imam or Muezzin. Currently, anyone random leads the Jumu’ah prayers, which is quite unfortunate. Most of the worshippers here are workers from within the KFD area, with only a few people coming from outside. The city is not yet fully operational, which is why there are still several shortcomings. An Imam should be officially appointed, as there isn’t one currently, and random individuals are leading the prayers. thanks

Very unique and different architecturual mosque in the heart of kafd.

What an Incredible design! It’s definitely an eye catching element of a whole North Riyadh district! I’m really proud of My Saudi Friends and how they run towards the Future yet staying connected with the past - that’s what makes them different from for example “plastic, hermetic and fake” Emirates… fusion in between the authentic and one of a kind history and modern/futuristic approach - that’s why I LOVE the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia! يقع المسجد في المركز المالي كجوهرةٍ معمارية تجمع بين روحانية المكان وحداثة المدينة. يتميّز بتصميمٍ أنيق يعكس الطابع العصري للمركز، مع لمساتٍ إسلاميةٍ راقية تظهر في الزخارف الهندسية الدقيقة والخطوط المتناسقة. تتسع قاعة الصلاة للمصلّين في أجواءٍ من السكينة والطمأنينة، حيث يغمرها الضوء الطبيعي المتسلل عبر النوافذ الواسعة، فيمنح المكان إشراقًا وراحة للنفس. أما المئذنة، فترتفع بهدوء شامخ، لتكون علامةً بارزة تذكّر بالعلاقة المتوازنة بين العمل والعبادة في قلب المنطقة المالية. المسجد ليس مجرد مكانٍ للصلاة، بل مساحة للهدوء والتأمل وسط صخب الأعمال، يجد فيه الموظفون والزوار لحظاتٍ من الصفاء والاتصال الروحي، فيتناغم فيه الإيمان مع نبض الحياة العصرية.

KAFD GRAND MOSQUE It’s was amazing experience! The KAFD GRAND MOSQUE Nestled among the other anchor buildings is what could possibly be one of KAFD’s best-kept architectural secrets, the Grand Mosque. Inspired by the desert rose native to the Arabian Peninsula and created by Omrania, the mosque has a unique geometric structure that dazzles from all angles. When viewed from ground level, it appears to burst from the earth and pierce the landscape, while the roof resembles a rose in full bloom when viewed from the top of the surrounding skyscrapers.

المسجد مرتّب ونظيف والمبنى واسع ومتناسق ، ويوجد به دورات مياه ، وبرّادة لمياه الشرب ، جزى الله القائمين عليه خير الجزاء .

جزاكم الله خير مسجد جميل جدا لدي ملاحظه بسيطه للمسؤلين عن المسجد اتمنى يتم تغيير فرش المسجد لانه خشن جدا تقبل الله من جميع المسلمين

10/10 drinking water provided in the water fountain next to the washroom. W water. Tastes soo good. Perfect temperature. Couldn't stop drinking. I will go back just to drink that water.

مسجد 🕌 أو جامع مركز الملك عبدالله المالي تحفة معمارية فريدة لأول مرة أشاهد مثلها لأن التصميم غريب وغير مشابه للمساجد والجوامع الأخرى ، هدوء وسكينة وإضاءة وتكييف على أعلى مستوى ، يوجد مصلى للنساء ، كما يوجد بقية الخدمات من دورات مياه ، اهتمام بأدق التفاصيل

This mosque in the new area of KAFD is amazing. I love its modern design. The women prayer room is so huge and located in the mezzanine. —- Cette mosquée située dans le nouveau quartier financier est magnifique. J’aime beaucoup son design moderne. La salle des femmes est immense et localisée dans la mezzanine.

Beautiful mosque, women’s section has been under construction for a while. Not sure when it will finish. There is a small section left downstairs for women’s prayer.

من افضل مساجد المملكة من حيث شكله العصري المودرن وتصميمه المعماري الراقي وخدماته المتميزة

يقول ﷺ: أيها الناس، أيكم أم الناس فليخفف؛ فإن فيهم الصغير والكبير والضعيف وذا الحاجة. المسجد مرتب والإمام صوته جميل ، لكن صلاة العشاء استغرقت حوالي ١٧ دقيقة وهذا وقت أطول من المعتاد. أتمنى يخفّف قليل حفاظًا على وقت المصلين. جزاهم الله خير.
