Walking around here feels more like being in a global business hub than in the middle of Saudi Arabia. It’s clean, spacious, and nicely planned, with cafes, restaurants, and shaded walkways. The metro station adds to the convenience. While parts still feel quiet at times, it’s definitely worth a visit to see Riyadh’s modern transformation.

Прогулялись по деловому центру утром, пока было безлюдно и были закрыты общественные места. Очень понравились здания. Они разные, но вместе создают прекрасный ансамбль. Станция метро - отдельное восхищение! В духе Zaha Hadid. Узнаваемый облик. Обязательно посетите это место, когда будете в Рияде. Только пройдите его полностью)

My experience at Layali kafd was wonderful. The food served was amazing, and the services was exceptional thanks to the welcoming staff and our server ( John Fritz ). The overall mood was wonderful.

مكان جميل جدا مناسب للعوائل او بالأصح "للكابلز" اللي يبحثون عن كافيهات متنوعة و جلسات شتوية رائعة و الكثير الكثير من الفعاليات الجميلة ((الشكر كل الشكر للقائمين على هذه الفعاليات)) و انصح بزيارتة الموقع بشده .

يتألف المركز من 59 برجاً تتوسطها أبهى المساحات العامة، والمحلات، والمكاتب ذات التصميم الداخلي المميز، وكلها متصلة ببعضها البعض بطريقة تبعث على الراحة وسهولة التنقل فيما بينها،

KAFD is truly a gem in Riyadh! The newly opened metro station has made commuting to this vibrant district incredibly convenient. With an array of new cafes and restaurants, there’s always something delicious to try, whether you’re in the mood for a quick coffee or a gourmet meal. The district has also expanded its walkways, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll or a brisk walkathon. The stunning architectural and futuristic buildings are a sight to behold, especially when lit up at night. One of the best features is how safe and family-friendly the area is. Parents can feel at ease letting their children run and play, especially around the floor fountain in one of the piazzas, which is a big hit with the kids. For the best experience, I recommend visiting during the winter season after peak traffic hours, around 7pm-8pm. The weather is perfect for a walk, and the district is less crowded, allowing you to fully appreciate its beauty and ambiance.

Financial district, very nice place. coffee shops and restaurants are available there, great food and service. As it is Financial district prices are a bit higher. Taxi and metro station available.
