Kamnath Zinc Journey by The Fern

I am staying at Kamnath Zinc – The Fern Resort in Diu, and it has been a very bad choice for my trip. They do not maintain proper standards. When guests arrive, they do not properly check the bookings and assign rooms carelessly. I had booked a queen bed room, but they provided two single beds joined together and claimed it was a queen bed. When I complained, the staff responded carelessly and said they never checked the booking properly. The staff is very irresponsible regarding bookings and customer service. The room is a tent, and it becomes extremely hot. The air conditioner does not cool properly because of the tent material and heat. Safety standards are also poor. There is no proper parking facility, and overall the place feels unsafe. In the morning, during breakfast, I found a mosquito in the kheer. It also seemed like the breakfast was prepared the previous day. This was a very bad experience for me. I personally suggest that no one should visit this hotel. He ensured everything was taken care of with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, Kamnath Zinc Journey by The Fern is a wonderful beach resort that offers tranquility, great hospitality and excellent service. It’s perfect for families, couples, or even a short rejuvenating break and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside retreat.

If you are visiting Diu, this resort is an absolute must. Only resort which has direct access to beach, all rooms hv Unobstructed sea access. My stay here was defined by incredible views and top-tier service. The Highlight: Unmatched Views The location is breathtaking. From both the rooms and the restaurant, you get a direct view of the sunrise over the ocean. A unique touch is the view of the "DIU" sign painted in the Indian flag tricolor—seeing that against the sea at dawn is a memory I’ll never forget. Excellent Dining & Hospitality The food is delicious and easily matches 5-star standards hence rates are accordingly listed in menu. The menu is exhaustive with plenty of variety. I especially enjoyed the live counters at breakfast. * Special Thanks: Parvesh and Pradeep at the Sea Lodge restaurant were amazing hosts who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Location & Surroundings * Cleanliness: I was very impressed by how clean the city is; Diu is exceptionally well-maintained. * Proximity: You have direct beach access and are just a 5-minute walk from water sports and a 4-minute walk to Mini Chowpatty for local street food. In Summary: Great rooms, amazing sea-facing location, and world-class hospitality. It’s the perfect spot to experience the beauty of Diu.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, truly a 5-star experience! The food was exceptional, with so many delicious options to choose from that I'm still dreaming about it. The ambience was so relaxing and elegant, creating the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful getaway. And the view! Waking up to that stunning vista every morning was simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable vacation.

Our experience was good, it was a fun time at the hotel. Food and service were good. Special thanks to Paresh and Pradeep for making our food experience awesome. Eye catcher location near to Beach - great view for sunrise and sunset. Live evening performance is added experience where you get opportunity to sing and dance. Best with family and friends who wants to enjoy Beach and cosy stay.

Rooms are good and well maintained. However, the water pressure in the bathrooms was very low, which was inconvenient. Our experience with service during yesterday’s dinner was very disappointing. The hotel staff did not allow us to sit in the beachside dining area, which spoiled the overall dining experience. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was good and satisfactory. Overall, despite decent rooms and breakfast, the poor service and basic facility issues made it not a good experience.

Our experience in this hotel was nice. The room was cozy. The location was very good as it was near the beach. We enjoyed the night singing event was wonderful. The sunset and sunrise was visible from our rooms and the view was great. The staff was supportive and helping especially Mr. Paresh and Mr. Pradeep. We also enjoyed playing voleyball and swimming. Thanks for making our stay memorable.. !!

We stayed at Hotel Kamnath with family and had such a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the staff was extremely warm and welcoming. A special mention to Neeraj and Koplaka, who were incredibly sweet and managed everything so beautifully, making our stay even more comfortable. The best part about this resort is that it has its own private beach – you can literally walk out from your room and enjoy the stunning beach view right from there. The atmosphere is so peaceful, comfortable, and romantic. Watching the sunrise and sunset from here was truly unforgettable. The food was delicious, and the place is also very kids-friendly, which made our family trip even more relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Kamnath gave us some of the best memories, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, beauty, and hospitality.

Had a nice stay at the Zinc - Journey by Fern. Excellent location, you get a fantastic view of the sea from the tents. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The in-house restaurant at the hotel serves great food. Special call out to Paresh and Pradeep for their warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend for families!

The resort best part is the location which is right by the beach. You can wake up to the sea and its an experience that cant be described in words. The staff is very good and helpful - Mr Pradeep took good care of us. The swimming pool is really small however with a beach nearby you can take a call. Overall a very good stay

Rooms are good, and the food quality is also very good. However, I ordered my food at 2:41 PM, and it took more than one hour to be delivered, which spoiled the entire experience. It is surprising how such delays are being handled.still waiting

We stayed at Kamnath Zinc by The Fern at Nagoa Beach, Diu. We pick The Fern often because they’re pet-friendly, and we really hope they continue the “pets stay for free” policy—it’s what makes The Fern an automatic choice for us. At check-in they were about to charge a pet fee, but we showed the booking page and they honoured the complimentary pet stay. Prices are on the premium side, but the location and hospitality make up for it. Special shout-out to the Bambora Fort property by The Fern—it’s truly exceptional and sets the benchmark and helped cement the Fern group hotels in our hearts. Paresh, Pradeep, Keval and Paul were standouts who made our stay extra comfortable and memorable. Overall, the staff and service were solid. The beach access and views are fantastic—you’re literally on the best beach view in Diu. A few negatives: stray dogs do wander in from the beach, so better fencing/access control would help. Some parts of the property could use renovation. Food and alcohol felt overpriced (alcohol was around 6x the wine shop rate), which makes guests skip dining in; even neighbouring resorts are more reasonable. We’d love to eat and drink at The Fern, but at these inflated prices it feels unfair. Overall, we love Fern properties and will keep visiting. Just don’t dilute the experience by adding pet fees or keeping F&B prices inflated—keep it fair and transparent, and Zinc by The Fern stays an easy repeat for us.

Lovely place to be with your loved ones.. not a party place but a peaceful stay just front of the sea.. amazing view.. amazing food.. shout out to Mr Paresh , Mr Mukesh and Miss Akila for amazing service at their restaurant..

Perfect setting for a family getaway. Nearest possible to the beach. The staff, especially Pradeep, Peter & Paresh went beyond extremes to ensure that the guests feel good. This was my 2nd visit to this property in last 14 months, & shall book it again whenever I plan to visit Diu. Extremely beautiful property!

Paresh and Heena were wonderful and provided great service at the restaurant for breakfast. Room was very comfortable and clean. Location is beautiful and convenient by all attractions.

The location is beauty. The sea facing tent villas are awesome. You won't find any place more peaceful than this property elsewhere in Diu.The food in the Sea lounge restaurant is delicacy. Staff and services are adorable. 10/10
