Went for a Sunday Dinner Date to Kampot, and had their pork bao, crab fried rice, fish in claypot, mango sticky rice and two drinks - Kampot Cooler and Kampot Sunset. The baos were fine, so was the Kampot Sunset drink. What made the meal was the fish and crab fried rice. Both were yum, and the fish especially was fresh and delicious. The Kampot Sunset drink is unique and worth trying. We actually went to try the mango sticky rice, so we were a little disappointed when the dish did not really look as good as a mango sticky rice does - and the mango was also pale and not really sweet. The restaurant has a great ambience, the colours and decor is soothing. However, they do need to work on their slow service. Every dish took at least 20 mins, even when we had ordered everything at the start itself. We had to wait sufficiently between the starter, main course and dessert, with no response from the staff on how much time it would take. Since the main course was tasty, I would prefer to order from this place than dine in.
