THE KANA CAFE BUSINESS BAY

It was so nice to visit here one evening! Just wanting to come for a tea and to play some backgammon. Visiting after dinner, there were a few customers who were enjoying a shisha. The football was on TV and the atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. The staff made sure we were relaxed and attended to. Thank you to all the team and I look forward to visiting again when I'm next in Dubai.

We had a wonderful experience at the Iftar buffet. There was a wide variety of food with different choices to satisfy every taste. The quality was excellent, the service was very attentive and professional, and the atmosphere truly reflected the beautiful spirit of Ramadan. A great experience overall.

This is my third visit to Kana Café in Business Bay, and it has become one of my favorite places to enjoy even a simple cup of karak tea. I’ve also visited the Motor City branch, but I personally love the Business Bay location for its spacious layout and the option of both indoor and outdoor seating, which creates a calm and comfortable atmosphere. While the food may not always be my main reason for visiting, the karak tea is what truly brings me back. I usually order food alongside it, and I really appreciate how accommodating the kitchen is. They’re happy to customize dishes when requested. For example, I once ordered chicken liver and asked for it to be prepared simply with onions and tomatoes instead of the sauce listed on the menu, and they kindly accommodated my request. This kind of hospitality and attention to detail genuinely makes me happy and encourages me to return. The staff are friendly, though ,I do feel a warmer smile and a more welcoming greeting would elevate the experience even more. A simple warm welcome always adds comfort and sets the tone for enjoying the meal ahead. Love, NARO.

After finding out the neighboring cafe had a minimum charge for their drinks & sitting, we decided to come to our favourite cafe in Business Bay. My friends had shisha, which they enjoyed as usual. I ordered their Pinacolada and my friend had sprite with lemon. They were delicious and not too sweet as I expected. Overall, we had a good time.

Amazing cafe and it is huge. Decent food and lovely ambiance. Their exotic salad was star of the show, tasted amazing and top presentation.

The food here is perfect as usual — soups, pasta, pizza, machawi, and of course the shisha. Unfortunately, the chicken burger was very disappointing. Kana is always a good choice with a lovely atmosphere.

Overpriced compared to every similar restaurant around it, with nothing to justify the higher prices. Indoor and outdoor areas are full of mosquitoes, which makes it uncomfortable to even sit and enjoy anything. No QR code menu in 2026, we had to ask for a physical book menu like it’s the 90s. The table was literally empty: no tissues, no ashtray, and even after ordering coffee we had to ask for sugar because nothing basic is provided. Very poor attention to detail and careless hospitality.

I recently visited Kana Cafe in Business Bay for the first time, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. It’s a spacious and well-known spot, but still feels cozy and welcoming. I ordered a cappuccino, a seafood soup (which was delicious), and tried the zaatar and kunafa — everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. The prices are very reasonable, making it one of those rare places in Dubai where you can enjoy high-quality food without spending too much. The location is also a big plus — right next to the water canal, which makes it perfect for a walk after breakfast or dinner. There is plenty of parking available — both paid public parking nearby and a dedicated restaurant parking area, which is super convenient in this part of the city. Overall, Kana Cafe is a great place to visit, whether you’re coming for a casual meal, meeting friends, or just enjoying the canal-side ambiance. I’ll definitely be back!

First time at Kana cafe for a friend meet up and while the ambiance is lovely at night, I was very surprised to see that the drink prices were all consistently between AED $5-$10 more than other more upslace cafes and restaurants that I’ve been to downtown. I ordered my cafe of choice - a Turkish coffee, lightly sweetened and found that it was an Arab coffee (entirely different) - and unsweetened. I drank if because the staff while helpful when I called where not very attentive on the table and each time I had to try and get someone’s attention. While the wrap I ordered was tasty and portion very adequate, I feel a bit turned off from the drink pricing and inattentiveness when there are several options that deliver better on both.

Kana Café is really very good. The vibes here are beautiful and peaceful. I felt very happy and relaxed while sitting here with a cup of coffee. It’s a perfect spot to chill, spend time, and enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely a good place to visit again. ☕✨

Pathetic service especially when there is any matches going on, they take you for granted. Ive been waiting for 50 mins and yet after multiple requests I’ve made no one to take order neither there is anyone to clear the previous leftovers from the table and also i’ve askd for the manager but 6 people I’ve informed and yet no response. Worst experience and i would definitely not recommend for the kind of response and service I’ve got.

Nice atmosphere, tasty food, and good shisha. The place is stylish and cozy, perfect for chilling with friends. Sometimes service is a bit slow, but overall I liked it.

Lunch time is not a good time to go, evenings are pleasant. Food is good, service can be better. Variety is decent. Music can be better too

I’m sitting at The Kana Cafe in Business Bay right now, and honestly — it’s a really nice spot. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, with comfortable seating and a calm vibe, perfect for just unwinding. I ordered some food and a cup of green tea, and everything so far is really good. The food is fresh and well-prepared, and the tea is exactly how I like it — warm and calming. The service is also very polite and attentive without being too much. I feel comfortable here, like I could stay a while. It’s not too loud, just the right background noise to enjoy your own company or chat with someone. So far, I really like it. A lovely place to just take a break and enjoy a peaceful moment in the city.

Great experience at Kana Cafe! Today me and my friends had food here — everything was really tasty and fresh. The place has a nice vibe, friendly staff, and clean environment. Perfect spot to hang out and enjoy good food in comfort. Highly recommended!

The aroma of simmering tomatoes and sweet peas filled the air in the elegant Dubai restaurant. My comforting dish of green peas in rich red sauce, served with fluffy rice, arrived alongside a flavorful soup and fresh green vegetables. Each bite was a taste of home, elevated by the attentive service and beautiful ambiance. A truly satisfying experience.

Everything about this place is great, and the fact that it's absolutely huge but with every table full is testament to how popular it is. The service is friendly and the shisha is good. The food isn't exceptional, but that's not that you come for. You come to snack on items and have a good time with your family and friends

Very disappointing experience at Kana Cafe. The service took far too long, even though the café was not busy. Staff appeared unhelpful and in a bad mood, which made the visit uncomfortable. Overall, poor service and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend based on this experience.
