Kanji kada

I have been going here for the past 2 years. The kanji, and choru thatbwe get from here, along with their homemade "Moru", fish fry and beef fry is just too good. The price is also very economical and the service/ care provided by the various ammachis there are top tier.

A very reliable place for anyone to have 3 days meal, especially for those who are living in pg homes or rented . Their kanji is the best and the price is shockingly very cheap whether it be a meal or a side dish.

Here is the best hotel in Kakkanad if you are looking fir reasonable price . Beef 60₹ only Kanji -40 ₹ Meals -50 curries starting from 20 . you will get homely made kind food here and today we have tried their biriyani (100₹)and its worth 2 piece of chicken with good amount of quantity and quality . its kinda sweetie but nice . and you will get liva dosa (ghee added) with free chutney & sambar

Very good food. Especially for meals. Very fast and friendly service. Very reasonable price. The only concern is the ambiance and atmosphere, still not that bad or uncomfortable. Parking is only for two wheelers and that is also concerned. Fish fries are also very good here at reasonable prices.

Fish is only 30 Rs , Beef and Chicken is only 60Rs, Biriyani 100. Cost is less , but very tasty and clean food delivered with love.. Best homely clean food , run by ladies (chechimaaru) . Food , biriyany curries are very cheap and very tasty as well.. You get chicken , beef, Poori, Fish etc..

Disastrous. May be this can be considered as the worst meals we had in kakkanad. Meals and even the plates used - had a foul smell. Cheap rate for like 60-70rs, but you'll get better option near kakkanad, even for this rate. Hygiene is a dream at this place!! Worst experience!! Food: 0 Service: 0 Atmosphere: 0

Good kanji and meals with option of fried fish like chala, kozhuva and also beef. There's chicken biryani as well; tastes fine but it is too oily. The rates are very reasonable.

Super food for people who goes to job in info park and pg stay also affordable and good quality in food, Im having every time from their 3 time. But late night is not possible shop will shut around 8.30.

Absolutely love their lunch meals and I am a regular. Service is top notch and quick. You will never get disappointed.

Budget friendly food

Awesome kanji with tasty side dishes.. It costs only ₹40.

A small village food model restaurant with good meals of kerala. Kanji is more special here. There are good cooked vegetable currys and non items like biriyani also availabe. The main attraction is the low cost in which they are asking just 100 rupees for a biriyani and 40 rupees for kanji and curry. They never asked more mony for refilling kanji and more currys. Mostly benefit for people working on daily basis jobs near the city. Although the interior can be modified well.

Good for their tasty kanji and meals, don't expect much facilities, its good for the price, sides are tasty too. Cheap and fast.

Good Kanji/Oonu for 40/50. Half beef was ₹60, half kozhuva fry ₹30. Wouldn't recommend chaala fry, it wasn't crispy and was too cold.

Good place if you like Kanji, Payar, Pappadam and some crispy fried Kozhuva.
