I had a wonderful experience! The customer service was truly outstanding—special thanks to Angie, Jena, and Ibrahim from the Sky Lounge for taking such great care of me. They were all very accommodating, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast choices were also great with a nice variety to choose from plus a stunning view from the top! Everything was fresh and well-prepared. It definitely made my stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely love to come back again when I return to Saudi. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights 6 days. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room was facing the Kingdom tower which was the best part about the room. We had breakfast included so the first day the breakfast was the at the ground floor restaurant and was great. From the next day since it was Ramadan the breakfast was shifted to the 13th floor rooftop restaurant and it went downhill. There is only 1 staff member catering to everyone also the same person is clearing out tables. It was taking an approximately time of 15-20 mins to get a cup of coffee. Sometimes the order was forgotten. Also the items were limited. We also ordered room service sometimes and it was good so would recommend their food as well. The area where the hotel is situated is great and is nearby to most of the popular restaurants and malls.

Riyad’ın merkezi Al Olaya’da bulunuyor otel. Konumu gerçekten şahane. Odalarından Kingdom Center görünüyor zaten orası sadece bir kaç yüz metre ileride (foto bırakıyorum). Kahvaltısı ve yemekleri özellikle Türkler için çok ideal çok lezzetliydi yediğimiz her şey. Restoran roof katında olduğu için çok keyifli bir manzara ile yemek yiyorsunuz (foto bırakıyorum) Odalar oldukça büyük ve ferah. Temizlik tam puan aldı. Bir de müşteri ilişkileri müdüresi Rania Hanım’a büyük bir hassasiyetle misafirleriyle ilgilendiği için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Bu dönem bir kaç kez daha Riyad’da bulunacağız ve kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz Cantonal olacak. 🙏🏻❤️

We had a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious—well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff especially to Mr Adam & Ms Apple. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They were quick to assist, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Overall, it was a perfect combination of great food and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back!

Excellent Stay & Outstanding Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. A special thanks to Ibrahim at the front desk for his exceptional service. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, and made the check-in & check-out process smooth and welcoming. His positive attitude truly made a difference and enhanced my entire experience. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the seafood buffet! 🦞🦐 The selection was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — everything from the grilled prawns to the oysters was delicious. Special thanks to Jahirul, sahov and Mohip for their exceptional service. They were both friendly, attentive, and always made sure our table had everything we needed. Their warm attitude really added to the experience and made us feel welcome. Overall, a great dining experience — highly recommended for seafood lovers! 🌊🍽️

Its been an amazing service and delicious food. Jaharul is a very gentle guy with a lovly sprite and he servied us in very kind way. Very nice place very polite ppl and the view is amazing. Wish to come here agian soon.

الفندق نظيف جدا ومريح ومكانه مناسب ، وحقيقة موظفين الاستقبال طيبين وكذلك بقية الموظفين في المطعم والفندق بشكل عام .. انصح به سوء للعائله او المفرد وجميل فيه تحت كافيه واذا تحب تشوف الرياض تطلع على الطابق 13 معهم مرتب بعد .. ربي يسعدكم ويحفظكم ويرزقكم الخير والبركة والصحة والعافية يارب العالمين

Me and my family had a great experience in Cantonal hotel, the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Sultan almutairi. The view was stunning, the room was clean and well equipped, the service was quick. The breakfast menu has lots of options. The parks were a bit crowded and even the area around

The Cantonal Hotel by Warwick Riyadh is an excellent choice. The hotel is located in a very convenient and attractive area, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Guests are treated with genuine care and taken seriously, which makes the stay very comfortable. A special mention goes to the Guest Relations Manager, who personally followed up during check-out and asked for honest feedback about our stay, including what could have been improved. We mentioned two small details, but aside from that, everything was very well handled. Overall, this hotel comes with a strong recommendation. Thank you very much to the entire team for the great service and hospitality.

الوصول والمواقف لا يوجد مدخل واضح للمبنى بسبب أعمال الحفريات المنتشرة في كل مكان، ما يجعل الوصول مزعجًا وغير مهيأ للنزلاء. المواقف المتاحة تقتصر على المواقف الأرضية، ولا يمكن الدخول إليها إلا باستخدام بطاقة. في حال عدم امتلاك البطاقة مسبقًا، ستواجه صعوبة حقيقية؛ إذ يتطلب الأمر استلام البطاقة أولًا ثم النزول مجددًا، وهي تجربة غير عملية خاصة عند الوصول. الاستقبال والتعامل الموظفات السعوديات كنّ متميزات في التعامل، من حيث الاحترافية وسهولة الإجراءات. تسجيل الدخول كان سلسًا وواضحًا، وأخص بالذكر الموظفة رنا التي قدمت خدمة ممتازة. في المقابل، واجهت مشكلة واضحة مع الموظفين الرجال من حيث توحيد المعلومات. مثال مباشر: عند طلبي تسجيل خروج متأخر عبر هاتف الغرفة، أفادني أحدهم بإمكانية البقاء حتى الساعة 2:00، وبعد قرابة ساعتين فقط تواصلت مرة أخرى فأفادني موظف آخر أن الحد الأقصى هو 1:00. هذا التناقض يعكس ضعفًا في التنسيق الداخلي ومصداقية المعلومات، وهو أمر مؤثر على تجربة النزيل. الغرفة والتكييف الغرفة نفسها جيدة من حيث التجهيز والنظافة، وكذلك دورة المياه كانت ممتازة ومكتملة الأدوات. لكن المشكلة الجوهرية هي عدم وجود تدفئة فعّالة؛ الغرفة شديدة البرودة وغير مناسبة للإقامة في الشتاء. نظام التكييف لا يمكن التحكم به، وجميع الأزرار مغلقة، ما يلغي أي إمكانية لضبط درجة الحرارة. الإفطار الإفطار بمستوى متوسط؛ ليس مميزًا ولا سيئًا. لكن يُحسب للفندق ترتيب الأطباق، النظافة العالية، وجمالية المكان وطريقة تقديم الطعام. الخلاصة هل أعود للإقامة مرة أخرى؟ لا. الأسباب واضحة: • أعمال الحفريات وصعوبة الوصول. • تعقيد موضوع المواقف. • ضعف التعامل وتضارب المعلومات من بعض الموظفين الرجال. • برودة الغرف وعدم إمكانية التحكم في التكييف

The hotel all around is amazing, the rooms are wonderful and clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathroom functions properly while being clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The location is wonderful, being right next to the Kingdom Tower, with the rooftop restaurant having a wonderful view of it. Moreover, the staff are very welcoming and treat you with upmost respect, while making sure your stay is wonderful. In particular the staff at the breakfast, most notably Carolina, Julian, Angie, Minhas and Islam, were very attentive to not only me, but to the whole breakfast area. I highly reccomend you stay at this hotel. It is amazing

I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, (especially Sir Jahirul) and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, and I really enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

We visited the hotel with five friends on December 12, 2025, and enjoyed a lovely lunch buffet followed by coffee at the Sky Lounge. The Food and Beverage team provided excellent service, especially 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 & 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮, and we appreciated being greeted by the General Manager. Overall, it was a great experience, although the front desk staff (man) could have been more welcoming.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks especially to Natala, Guest Relations Manager, and Salman reception agent. I requested a late check-up as I had an important meeting and needed a reliable internet connection after 12:pm Salman were extremely helpful, attentive, and professional, making everything smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and their support made a real difference. Natala called me twice during my booking to see if everything is okey ! I pappreciate the checkup. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly appreciated it and would gladly recommend this hotel and i will come ba k next time with my family .

سكنت في المكان من قرابة السنتين كان ماشاءالله نظافه وانا شخصيا تهمني النظافه .. وكررت زيارتي له رغم اني من عشاق فندق نارسس ..هالمره قروب جديدوموظفات اكثر لكن للاسف النظافه ماحبيت اغلب الاماكن كلها غبار الطاولات والارفف وغبار واضح انه من فتره طيب دامكم بتغيرون النظام وع اساس ملتزمين نظفوا كويس وكنت بصور وبوثق كل شي بس زوجي قال لا .. طلعنا وطلبنا تنظيف رجعت المكان والبقع نفسها ماتغيرت فقط غيرت الفوظ ورتب السرير

Tried the buffet today and honestly, it was worth it! There were so many choices — from meats, pasta, salads, and desserts. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. I really liked how they kept refilling everything so nothing ran out. The highlight for me was the dessert section — the cakes and fruit were so good! The staff were also friendly and quick to clean up tables, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. Overall, I’d definitely go back again. Perfect place if you want to eat a little (or a lot) of everything. 😄

An outstanding experience from start to finish. The amenities were top-notch and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, but what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional level of service.
