We purchased an Adidas jacket from this shop. After reaching home, we noticed that there was 20 Chinese Yuan left inside the pocket, which clearly indicates that the jacket was used, washed, and then sold. There was no signboard or clear indication that the item was second-hand. We kindly request the Karakeeb management to display proper signage for used items, which will help customers make the right choice during future visits. We would also like to appreciate Mr. Eyad for his helpful attitude and support in assisting us to pick the right item during our next visit. His customer service was commendable. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The staff are very helpful and friendly ,better than before.i think they have changed the management.They have a lot of collection ,which is budget friendly.The only thing is you need to pick it up if you like something,or else it’ll sold out easily even you come next day.I would definitely recommend this place who’s looking for branded ,quality clothes
