Karambezi Cafe

해변을 바라보며 시간을 보낼 수 있는 장소. 레스토랑이기도 하지만, 음료만 시켜도 되는 카페이기도 하다. 밤이 되면 풍경이 잘 보이지 않으니 낮에 방문하는걸 추천한다. 아이스 커피도 있어서 좋았고, 역시나 탄자니아 답게 커피는 대체로 맛있다. 디너가 아닌 런치라면 가볍게 햄버거와 함께 커피를 즐기는 것도 추천한다.

Nice atmosphere. Ordered chicken schnitzel and salad. The schnitzel was oily and overcooked. Service was avergae waited 20 minitw before i gor a menu amd then another 20 bedore asked what food and drink. Servers were standing at the drinks station chatting the whole instead of monitoring tables. For the price you pay not worth the while except for the views.

Couldn't fault the food, breakfast is the best I've had in the 6 years I've been coming to Tanzania. The staff are fabulous a real credit to the hotel.

Nice place. Tried Nyama Choma Tray with Peanut butter & chocolate Milkshake and Mixed fruit Smoothie. The problem is I never tasted a worse Mixed Fruit Smoothie like the one I get here. It's extremely thin, with a lot of watermelon, and it's more like a cheap juice you'd find on the street.

Eccezionale e’ dir poco! Cibo freschissimo, porzioni abbondanti. Da provare cocktail mango e cocco. Panorama mozzafiato,un po ventoso la sera( consiglio di portare un giacchino se volete mangiare fuori).

I had a great experience at Karambezi Café! I ordered the Passion Mojito and it was absolutely refreshing — exactly what I was hoping for. The flavors were perfectly balanced and really hit the spot. The atmosphere is lovely, especially with the live band they host every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy good vibes. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because I believe there’s always room for a little improvement, but overall, it’s definitely a spot worth visiting!

Had dinner at Karambezi Café in — amazing ocean views and chill vibes 🌊. What I really enjoyed was the sound of ocean waves hitting the rocks. Love the sound of it. This place has a fantastic location and an even better atmosphere. We loved the vibe, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Samwel, who made sure we were well taken care of. That said, the food didn’t quite hit the mark for us. We ordered a mixed seafood plate and didn’t realize it would all come fried, would’ve been great if they’d asked our preference. It also took around 30 minutes to arrive. Still, for the view and service alone, it’s a place with real charm.

Great dinner when I was hosting a team of 27 Executives. Everything was Fresh and my Egyptian colleagues loved the fish platter for it was scrumptious & fresh. I would like to Thank Kevash, Abdul, Naiya & Daphney for the good service they provided to us.

This beachside café and restaurant is an absolute gem! The view of the ocean is stunning, especially during sunset, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The food is fresh and flavorful, with a great mix of local and international dishes. The atmosphere is laid-back and cozy, with a gentle sea breeze adding to the charm. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and service is prompt. Whether you're in for a full meal or just a coffee by the waves, this place is worth a visit.

They were too busy to hack it. Priority offered to those who communicate best with the waiters. Ordered one drink (mocha frosty) after dragging a waiter to our table and at least 30 mins later still waiting despite having urged the waiter. Decided it was better to leave than wait any longer...

Karambezi is a beautiful restaurant located in Masaki which provides delicious food and drinks as well as desert. The surrounding is beautiful because it is located on a cliff where you can see the Indian ocean beautifully. The staff are friendly with good customer services, the prices are affordable and worthy the services.

Amazing experience was had. The food was yummy and the portion was quite generous. The drink was refreshing as well. Highly recommend. Beautiful views and ambience. Asia was a very good to us, despite her being very busy with other tables. Mashallah! Coming back again!

Very slow service, we had to wait ~1,5h. The waiter was asked several times for the same thing as he didn’t help. There was a huge noise outside, they chose Saturday afternoon to do some routine repair of glass fence at the lower level of the restaurant (could have been any better time slot than this). Impossible to conduct a normal conversation, very unpleasant. Even after asking the manager, repair still went on. They don’t let children inside, but on the outdoors apparently it’s ok (doesn’t make any sense). Food itself was fine, even good.

The place has one of the best ambience in Dar es salaam. It offers a good dining experience with a view of the ocean. The design is perfect except for the bank markings which were out of place. The food was good but lacking a bit of flavor which is unexpected for a hotel of that caliber. Update: Returned here and the Karambezi burger was pretty good. Also they removed the bank marks that were everywhere

Lovely restaurant with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean - feels like you're sitting right atop the ocean. You can choose to sit upstairs (better views) or on the deck (more robust experience - especially if you choose open-air sitting). Service was good. Waiters were cheerful but things were a bit uncoordinated, perhaps due to the number of guests at the time of my visit. Also, the mashed potatoes seemed rushed as it really was below average for me. The pull-apart bread should be renamed, it’s definitely what they say it is. It's a place I would visit again mostly due to the fantastic location. I hear they sometimes have live bands too, and their platter options are usually a great deal for sharing. Oh, it could be a bit confusing to find for first timers who may not be aware it's located inside the Sea Cliff Hotel, behind the casino area. The environment is super clean and well maintained. The Wi-Fi works too!

Excellent ambience. Great location. Delightful live music on Saturday nights. The food, however, was very average but the service was good overall. It may also just be the dish I ordered, so I would definitely return and try something else. Worth a visit.
