The Carrefour side store is very convenient well stocked with fresh vegetables, fruits, groceries, and all daily essentials. The store is clean, organized, and easy to find items. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of products is good. Staff are polite and helpful, making shopping quick and comfortable. It’s a great option for regular and quick shopping needs.

Nice place with multiple options. Large variety of multi options. Daily groceries till ocational fruits and vegetables, Clothes, Electronic Items, Dry Fruits, Multiple varieties of fruits and many more.. Slite costy as complete to near by some super market. Recommended but see price tag before picking up.

💥I recently visited the Snooker House near Carrefour Market and really enjoyed my time there. The place has a great atmosphere and well-maintained tables. After the game, I also tried some food at the Carrefour Market food court — it was really good and reasonably priced. Overall, a great spot to relax, play, and have fun with friends!👍

Dear Carrefour Customer Service Team, I am writing to share my recent experience with your customer service. I have been a loyal Carrefour customer since 2010, and until now, I have always had positive interactions. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I mistakenly entered the wrong delivery address for my order and it was delivered earlier than expected. I called your customer service and spoke with Ms. Suzanne, who assisted me exceptionally well. She explained the process, took my new address, and assured me that she would request the retrieval of the items so the order could be canceled, and I could place a new order. She was professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the call. However, my subsequent follow-up calls were far less satisfactory. When I called again, I spoke with Mazen, who was rude and unhelpful. He told me that “if nothing happens, no one will call me after 2 hours,” which I found dismissive and unprofessional. On my third call, I believe I spoke with him again, and he confirmed that nothing could be done to assist me. As a long-time customer, it was very disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially after experiencing excellent support from Ms. Suzanne. I hope Carrefour can address these inconsistencies and ensure that all customer service representatives provide the same high level of service.

なんでも揃うカルフール。 店内はドバイだからといって特別な構成じゃなくて、ほんとにどこも同じいつものカルフール。 台北に旅行してる人なら一度は行ってると思うけど、あの感じそのまま。 駅から歩いていけなくもないけど、結構遠いので注意。 導線が用意されてないので、車でくることが前提だと思う。 Uberやcareemのピックアップポイントが変な場所にあるので、帰りが面倒。

I always purchase groceries and other stuff here since they have a lot of Filipino foods available. Today i saw the promotion for a big croissant which is 1.99aed. There is this one Nepali guy whose brain is in his foot touched the croissant with his bare hands and squished it like its a toy and returned it! Its obvious that he dont have any plan on buying it but suddenly took a plastic bag when i confronted him why he returned it after touching it! Obviously the staff will not change the display and continue selling all that croissant. 🤷‍♀️ I mean they talked this no brain guy but after seeing him touched, squished the croissant and returned it? At least change that display of croissant.

Hello, Recently I visited this branch, and I always come here because it is a very nice and calm place. However, I have noticed several times that many cashiers have a very poor customer service attitude. Yesterday, I politely asked one lady a small request, but her reply was very rude. I didn’t take it too seriously at first and thought maybe she was tired, so I told her I understand that her work is hard and apologized if I disturbed her. But instead, she continued to give me a strong attitude something I have never experienced before, even compared to other Carrefour cashiers. She was fixing her mood and acting annoyed for no reason. I appreciate the effort your staff put into their work, but I think Carrefour management should also focus on customer service skills and attitude. If I had shouted or behaved badly, I would understand that I was wrong but I didn’t. I simply made a small request in a very polite way, yet her response was unacceptable. Very bad customer service, the management is in total blackouts, i went today to this branch and i purchased 2 pieces of cookies and a towel from the one on sale. First when i tried to pay for the cookies the barcode was missing neither the bakery nor the cashier has the right barcode, i waited more then 15 minutes waiting for the right right barcode, then the towel was on sale it was 15 dirhams i doubled checked with the cashier and the sales guy just to make sure its not wrong then when i went home i checked receipt its showing 30 dirhams instead of 15. Honestly is this the right way carrefour deal with customers? Where is the transparency? This is not right and disappointing. The management should be aware of this, its really bad.

Very very big supermarket. You find pretty much everything you need. Prices are OK. Good produce section. Lots of cooled or refrigerated items! So many options. Pick up with taxi is a bit inconvenient though, because of how the streets are. But the mall is great. Can really recommend.

Daphine the Rude Girl Hey, just wanted to follow up on my experience at Alshindagha brunch today. Daphine Ugandan cashier, seemed a bit short with me 😬. When I asked about scanning my Shear App, she said she wasn't there to remind me all the time. Then, when I asked for a bag, she told me to get one from another counter rudely 😐. Just feels like customer service could be better, especially when we're all having a tough day 🤷‍♂️. Hope you can look into it and reply back

Carrefour online services is a disaster, specially when something goes wrong. I ordered a PS5 with 2 joysticks and paid extra for a warranty, and it came with a broken joystick, they took 1 month to pick it up and it’s been now 2 months and still didn’t receive the replacement after multiple emails and calls.
