This is a nice old fashioned hotel, ideal for an organised trip. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were very polite with friendly. Overall was a good experience, especially the location that was ideal for the excursion experience

Finger weg! Schlechteste Hotelerfahrung überhaupt! Obwohl wir im Voraus reserviert hatten, behauptete das Personal bei der Ankunft zuerst, dass keine Reservierung vorliegt. Nach langer Diskussion wurden wir in eine andere Filiale geschickt, die überhaupt nicht dem Standard des gebuchten Hotels entsprach – sehr ruhig, abgelegen und nicht einmal richtig fertig renoviert. Wir mussten fast eine Stunde warten, bis das Zimmer endlich gereinigt wurde. Das Personal war unorganisiert, unfreundlich und sprach kaum Englisch oder Deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr schwierig machte. Insgesamt eine absolute Katastrophe – weder professionell noch vertrauenswürdig. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!

TLDR: EXCELLENT location, clean rooms, nice staff, meh breakfast. The location of this hotel could not be better. Situated across from the citadel and on the edge of the old town, there is constant activity in the event spaces and it is a very short walk to the historical buildings, shops and restaurants. Uzbekistan send like a very safe place and the location here is no exceptions. We never felt unsafe and when the events were happening there were gates to get into the area, metal detectors and police every few meters. There is a nice courtyard in the middle of the building and it looks like they work hard to keep the place clean in the common areas and the rooms. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping, but two negatives: 1. The safe does not operate the normal way, so good luck getting your stuff in sand out. We had to have the front desk open it with a master key, so we gave up 2. There is a doorway threshold between the bathroom and the bedroom that is quite high and seems like it was designed to stub your toe on. The staff are super nice, a bit shy and quiet but very nice and their English is pretty good. The breakfast buffet is just okay, but there is enough there to get you through until lunch.

Ottima posizione vicina a tutto e centrale. Camere pulite, moderne e dotate di tutto il necessario. Il servizio è eccellente e i proprietari sono estremamente gentili e ospitali: ti fanno sentire subito a casa. In un paese dove non è sempre facile incrociare persone con un inglese da conversazione, è stato un vero piacere poter chiacchierare con il personale dell’hotel, che ci ha dato anche ottimi consigli. Gli spazi comuni, inclusi i cortili interni, sono curati e molto piacevoli per rilassarsi la sera. La colazione è abbondante e il personale è attento e premuroso: si ricordano spesso il nome degli ospiti e addirittura che tipo di caffè hai chiesto il giorno prima, nonostante l’alto numero di persone. Consigliatissimo. A breve aprirà anche una terrazza con ristorante e vista sull’Ark di Bukhara, che renderà l’esperienza ancora più speciale.

Hotel céntrico. Habitaciones completas aunque el agua caliente y fría no está bien solucionada. El desayuno bien pero si eres celíaco pregunta porTursunpulat que es muy profesional y muy amablemente te consigue pan de maíz que me ha solucionado el resto del viaje proporcionándole una barra entera. Hotel bien situado en el centro de Bujará. Le falta bastante mantenimiento. Los interruptores están sueltos. Hay cafetera pero sin café en la habitación. Algunos compañeros han visto cucarachas. El desayuno es muy justo y pequeño. Personal es atento.

Fine værelser, der er dog lidt udfordringer med vandet, der kommer ikke meget vand til toilettet og håndvasken, bruseren virker fint. Sengen er hård.

Отель находится рядом с Арк, что очень удобно! Отель красивый, чистый, номера уютные и со всеми удобствами! У нас завтраки были включены, все было безумно вкусно! Персонал супер вежливый, также хочу выразить отдельную благодарность Равшанаке! Однозначно рекомендую!

Чудесна локация в началото на стария град на Бухара. Стаите имат нужда от реновиране .

Personal súper amable y atento e intentan siempre resolver cualquier problema o petición que les hagas. Lo malo es que en nuestra habitación no tuvimos agua caliente disponible dos de tres noches, y apenas circulaba agua. Tendrán que revisar este punto. Ubicación excelente y el patio precioso.

旧市街のアクセスのいい場所にあり雰囲気のあるホテル。ウエルカムのおやつが種類が豊富で美味しかったです。エアコンのリモコンがなかったりタオルがゴワゴワだったのが残念。 中庭の雰囲気がよく素敵です。 朝食もどれも美味しくアットホームな感じでした。 見送りに手を振ってくれたのにびっくりしました。

Caravan Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, just steps from the historical center and with two beautiful patios. It’s cozy, welcoming, and full of life! Why? Because of the amazing people who work there. Farrux, the manager, is generous and supportive, always ready to help with a smile. His wonderful team: Mekroj and Abdu, quickly became our friends thanks to their warmth, good humor, and kindness (we had so much fun with you, guys!) . And don’t forget Farrukh, Mohammed and the rest of the crew! You’re not just staying at a hotel, you’re becoming part of a family. We walked into the hotel restaurant to have a quick lunch and tea. After orders, I asked for a restroom. The lady at reception told me that all restrooms in the hotel are in reconstruction. Could you imagine that? I am sure that there is just no culture and unfriendly behaviour of the staff in hotel.

Medium lower class hotel. Rooms are pretty small. Breakfast is low level. Staff is friendly. Only plus is the location which is at a five minutes walk to old town. We have been there in August 2018. On the opposite site of the hotel there is work in progress producing massive dust and other anoyances.

The hotel is just beside two historical places in Bukhara. 5 minutes walking distance from the ancient city heart. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff very kind to help but knows English very little. Breakfast is tasty and with many options.

The best hotel in town! The staff was extremely polite and professional. The location is just perfect. You are in the middle of the city and have access to all sights of the old town!
