We celebrated our anniversary at KAYTO, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We loved every moment and enjoyed our time there. U must try the raw tuna sushi 🤤 was absolutely delicious. highly recommended!

The food is absolutely amazing from starters to dessert, every course is paired with a creative matcha mocktails. The service is excellent; the staff are friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Plus, the view of the Burj Al Arab is stunning, adding to the overall ambiance. A fantastic Friday lunch experience, highly recommended!

Kayto Dubai is the perfect blend of elegance, sunlight, and Nikkei artistry. From the moment you walk in, the soft blush interiors, orchids, and glass lighting create an atmosphere that feels both refined and effortlessly warm. The dishes are a sensory experience—fresh, beautifully plated, and layered with vibrant Peruvian-Japanese flavors. Whether it’s the salmon tiradito, the crispy bites, or the delicate rolls, every plate is crafted with precision and creativity. With views overlooking the pool and the serene afternoon light pouring in, the whole experience feels like a calm escape wrapped in luxury dining.

Kayto is always a fave of mine, but this Matcha Fridays offer just took it to another level. For only 199 AED, you get 4 beautiful courses plus curated matcha drinks — and yes, it includes their legendary black cod! Honestly, that black cod alone is worth it. Everything was so well-balanced and full of flavour, and the matcha pairings were super refreshing and not overpowering. Such a vibe, stunning presentation, and amazing value for a premium dining experience. Absolute steal — I’ll be back! 🍵💚

We visited Kayto Restaurant for a special evening with a guest, and overall, it was a great experience. We ordered a salad, sushi, salmon, cheesecake, and hot chocolate cake, and everything was perfectly cooked. I especially enjoyed the design and the sushi; it was fantastic. The staff were wonderful, especially the lady at the welcome desk, who was very nice. We were given a comfortable table with a cozy sofa, which made the atmosphere even better. There were two things worth mentioning: first, the menu didn’t offer as many options as I expected. Secondly, our friends arrived 30 minutes late, and during that time, a staff member came twice to remind us that we could only keep the table for 2 hours. While I understand time limits, it would have been nice to give a bit more flexibility, especially when someone is delayed. In the end, we stayed longer than the allotted time, and everything was fine, but I do think it’s something to keep in mind for future visits.

The host that help us was horrible, he wasted about 20 minutes of my time. I just don’t know why. I spent 250 dollars for 2 people We had a reservation and told me my table wasn’t a high top so we couldn’t seat in the cover area of the rooftop. So we moved to the bar The food was good and I order Cold Sake Daiginjo so it was great

We came for the Friday matcha set lunch menu. You get 4 courses paired with a matcha mocktail. The food was very tasty, and the black code for main was a good size. I would say it would be nicer to have an option for a side rather than just give mushrooms they do have an acquired taste. I liked the first two mocktails, the 3rd with the main I felt was too sweet (a take on an espresso martini) it would have been better with a dessert. Dessert was delicious! But didn’t like the mocktail was soo flowery and almost soapy. Venue is beautiful, viewable Burj Al Arab. Staff were friendly but service was a bit slow and we had to ask for things (no initiative) ie what is this course, what’s this mocktail, what’s inside the mocktail etc. Good value for money and would recommend to try if you like matcha.

I am writing to formally express serious concerns regarding the performance and professional conduct of the new manager at Kayto, identified only as Mr. Roman, who has declined to provide his surname. Since his appointment, there has been a marked and unacceptable decline in both professionalism and customer service standards. Mr. Roman’s demeanor is consistently unwelcoming and unprofessional, which stands in stark contrast to the exemplary management of his predecessor. This concern is substantiated by specific incidents, including: 1. Misrepresentation of Availability: Staff, under Mr. Roman's management, falsely claimed the restaurant was fully booked. We subsequently secured a reservation online without difficulty, indicating either deliberate misinformation or poor internal communication. 2. Inconsistent and Discriminatory Door Policy: On multiple visits, my party and I have been dressed in smart-casual attire, including sneakers—a standard consistent with that of numerous other patrons who were seated without issue. Despite being long-term regular customers who support Kayto year-round, we were treated with undue scrutiny and made to feel unwelcome. This inconsistent application of dress standards is both unfair and damaging to customer relations. Given these points, the current management approach appears disorganized, inconsistent, and hostile toward loyal clientele. We urge higher management to conduct an immediate and thorough review of Mr. Roman’s performance and adherence to company service standards. The deterioration in customer experience is significant and requires urgent attention. We expect a return to the previous high levels of professionalism and hospitality that defined our longstanding patronage.

Absolutely delicious tasting menu with great mix of flavors. Portions were rather generous for the mains and dessert. Standouts are items pictured, and the cheesecake had a unique light texture that I’d definitely recommend. The setting was beautiful with great views. Service was excellent (thank you Margot!) Exceeded expectations.

Great night at Kayto. We had the tasting menu, which was extensive and varied. 5 starters, 2 mains and a 2 deserts between 2 of us. So much fun to try it all. The wine we wanted wasn't available, but they brought and worthy, and cheaper, substitute, which was a nice surprise. Staff were attentive, laid back, but professional. Exactly what i personally like. There are better restaurants around, but you have to pay a lot more. And the ambiance and views here are hard to beat.

A place I wanted to visit for quite a while. Definitely exceeded expectations. Greeted on arrival and shown to our seats. Our server was called Ralph he was absolutely fabulous. Booked this restaurant for my boyfriend’s birthday. The food was nice, but the service was disappointing. Our starters arrived after the main course, and we had to ask four times for something to cover my arms as the air conditioning was extremely strong—I was cold and uncomfortable throughout the meal. Although staff kept saying they would bring something, nothing ever came. There was also a mix-up with our order, which caused additional waiting time. Finally, while this may have been my assumption, I expected at least a small gesture like a candle or a simple “happy birthday,” as is common in many restaurants, but instead we were just wished a good evening. Overall, the food was good, but the service and attention to detail need significant improvement.

Fantastic location. The freshness of the fish is unsurpassed. I can't recommend the truffle items enough. The sushi rice is not necessarily the best so better to stick to the raw fish dishes which are absolutely amazing. The waygu is also the best I've ever had, just make sure the chef cuts it fine enough

Exceptional food! The shrimp tempura sushi roll with unagi sauce was out of this world! Got the grilled seabass it was beautiful and their Pina colada was so delicious!! The place has a beautiful view of the burj so their outdoors seating is amazing! Their lounge is cute but it’s too noisy with loud music so you might want to think about that when reserving a table.

Absolutely delicious!! I had a delightful lunch, with stunning view of the beach and burj al arab, the service is 10/10, food 10/10, beverage and cocktails 10/10, this is the perfect place where you feel in total comfort, if you visit you must try the Salmon starter, sea bass as main, miso soup, cheesecake, please don’t miss the opportunity of the nice spot for photos! Very nice restaurant located inside the Jumeirah Al Naseem hôtel. The staff is super attentive to each customers and very professional The menu features a lot of nice dishes and the business lunch is a very good option. I liked the quality for the price. The view over the sea, and the Burj Al Arab while having a lunch is quite pleasant. I fully recommend the truffle ceviche tuna and the salmon yaki The dessert was super good, mandarin sorbet and cheesecake brûle Congrats to the staff in the kitchen

Service was amazing, ambient was on point with soft music. The food was on another level especially the sea bass and the crab sushi. The staff are vey welcoming and friendly.

Very high quality food and service. The fish was very fresh and tasty. Low lights and music creates the perfect ambience for a date or a dinner with friends. A little overpriced considering we ended up spending 500 dirham each, but still worth it.

Perfection, all the way! Located in Jumeirah Al Naseem, Kayto serves delicious and super fresh Peruvian dishes , attentively by their staff, in a lovely ambiance. The views are simply stunning, overlooking the iconic Burj Al Arab. I loved absolutely everything about the place 🫶🏼
