Kcal Restaurant - Business Bay

Kcal at Bay Square offers friendly and attentive service — the staff are polite and welcoming, which definitely improves the experience. However, the food itself is quite average for the price point. While the menu focuses on healthy options, the flavors can feel a bit bland and portions are on the smaller side. Considering the pricing, it doesn’t always feel like the best value. It’s fine for a quick, healthy meal, but there’s room for improvement in terms of taste and value.

I ordered the vegetarian chilli bowl with a side of steamed broccoli. The portion sizes are extremely small. The main bowl was the size of a side and I literally got 3 florets of broccoli. For the prize point, the portion size is extremely little.

I’m so glad I found a healthy restaurant where the food is fresh and delicious. I really liked seeing the variety of menu options. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for healthy food at a reasonable price.

We had a lovely fresh lunch here. Welcoming staff and very clean. I had the wasabi chicken which had chicken breast cooked to perfection and coated with sesame seeds. Complete with very large salad of shredded cabbage, avocado,edemame beans, pepers and wasabi dressing. Excellent.

I visited Kcal Business Bay branch and tried some of their healthy options. The food was so good! Even the drinks selection is amazing: real fresh juices, boosters, a very good coffee. The prices are very affordable and reasonable. The service was excellent too.

I had a great experience at Kcal. The food is consistently fresh, well-balanced, and actually tastes good, which isn’t always the case with “healthy” spots. You can tell there’s real attention to ingredients and quality. The menu is diverse, whether you’re looking for something light or a more filling meal, and it’s perfect if you’re trying to stay on track with fitness or clean eating. One of the best restaurant for health food I’ve tried. Over the years, I tried different meals and all been cooked so well with high quality food and good protein for one. They menu has variety options of starter, bowls, main dishes, sides, salad, soups, kids meal, dessert, snacks, and drinks, Indoor and Outdoor dining areas available. Service is good and staff are friendly. Fast service. Monthly meals planning is available. Prices are good and special discount for Fazza membership. Paid parking available around and the are giving one free hour.

I ordered a lean chicken burger and carrot, coriander & chicken soup from Kcal Bay Avenue, Business Bay. The burger was delicious, but the soup truly stole the show—it was absolutely incredible! Highly recommended.

One of the best places to eat healthy and delicious food in Business bay! We tried many options. Firstly we decided maybe it’s not enough but food was so good nutritionally balanced so we were full! But found a place for great deserts (thank you they were not big). Everything was really great! The phases where you can eat not only tasty but healthy food are priceless! Honest advices! Thank you for our dinner!

The team is very nice and the food is great. You can track your macros well with their menu and Harmanprit is always kind and she even choses the birds away outside so i can eat in peace.

Place is amazing,staffs were friendly and food are delicious without compromising your cravings, coz they are health conscious restaurant, Faham and Masum was there to assist.

Started with coffee which was great then healthy truffle pizza cauliflower bread base , katsu chicken and salmon raggot all was amazing put on. A quesdia chicken woww the staff is super nice the lady was very welcoming don’t remember her name had new iftar menu and super amazing

I always order this food and this time i went to the restaurant with my friend and the atenttion of two Filipino staff was very bad… I asked them kindly to warm a sandwich I ordered before and they didn’t help me at all. When we were calling them to order or something else, they pretended they didn’t hear us. So disappointed.

Me and my husband enjoyed our guilt free breakfast here . We decided to stop by at Kcal for a healthy calorie counted meal . Loved their coffee, we opted for espresso macchiato, absolutely recommend! Their banana and blueberry pancakes were fantastic. Would love to come here often for cozy yum meals .

The Food is good with a huge selection of different flavors. I got the chance to be served by Rein he is very nice and very hospitable

Very friendly people and tasty food. I tried many dishes and all of it was lovely. The WiFi is fast. I like the place. Nothing to complain.
