Very professional tour operator. I would definitely recommend. I've deducted one star for their wrong choice of houseboat. They booked for my family these things : 1. ✅ Cab 🚖 for whole program of five days : Toyota Etios : Mr. Chacko : Professional and of great help 2. ✅ Trivers Resort Munnar : Remarkable 👌 The resort is amazingly located and services are pretty well. 3. ✅ Keys Prima : Thekkady : Amazing 👌 It's quiet and cozy. Staff is too helpful. 4. 🤐 Amrutha Houseboat : Disappointing 😨 Just ask the booking person not to book this houseboat : Staff was good : Sooraj ji (Chef and Admin) and Nitin (Rider and Assist). The condition of boat is pathetic and needs a renovation or better scrapping. Lizards 🦎 , cockroaches, 🐜 : Power cuts at night many points ............ Overall it's correct way to book your Kerala Holiday. I generally hand pick every hotel but this time wanted to save my time and effort so I went this way. Only the end was disappointing but otherwise the experience was great.

I recently hired taxi for Munnar & Alleppey tour for 5 days.Car was in very good condition.Driver Mr.Ajesh was very helpful and was fluent in Hindi. He guided us very well in sight seeing. For charges also there was 100% transparency.I highly recommend Kerela taxi and Driver Ajesh.

My experience with Kerala Taxi was wonderful. The agent patiently answered all my questions and even connected us with our driver before the trip started. Our driver, Prameesh, was friendly and knowledgeable, suggesting great viewpoints along the way. He was also very punctual and always ready to start the day at the time we agreed on. Me and my two friends visited Kerala for 6 days, and had Shine from Kerala taxi as our driver. We really enjoyed our trip. Shine showed us many beautiful places and always had good recommendations on hand. We felt very safe and had lots of fun. We really really recommend Shine and Kerala taxi to all future travelers. Firstly, the welcome by our guide and travel agent(Mr.Dinu) was amazing as we had caught an morning flight and wanted to a lunch(which we thought would be a problem in the whole kerela trip as we are jain). The first lunch at the restaurant sealed it for us & there was no looking back or any concerns with regards to jain food. Mr.Dinu had a good idea beauty spots with their peak timing. His first impression secured our trip & gave us beautiful memories throughout the trip. He had thorough knowledge abt travelling to various places in kerela & he ensured that we reached the respective places safely. Humble & kind hearted by nature. Full marks to driving skills & hospitality we received from Mr.Dinu.

Driver libin rajan was very cordial and helpful throughout. His knowledge about the locality made the travel experience smoother and it was convenient at times. Highly recommend him if you and your family are on a vacation in Kerala.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and the vehicle (Innova Crysta) we got, a very decent one. It is very convenient for us having Senior Citizens and a kid among us. Especially our vehicle driving person "Prabin" is a very cool and humble towards us, took us to the new experiene during the entire trip moments with respectful manner. Ours is an Airport to Airport service (Trivendrum to Kozhikode). We recommend this taxi services to anyone interested visiting Kerala with family or friends.

We had a great experience with Kerala Taxi and specially with our driver Gopu Krishnan who was with us for 6 days! The ride was smooth, and the driver was punctual, polite, kind and very professional. We travel with sanjeev kumar chakradhar (driver) to munnar, kovalam, kanyakumari and kumarakom. He is very polite, funny and patient throughout the whole journey. Also showed pure veg restaurants to us. He speaks 4-5 languages. Awesome trip with him.
