The worst encounter with an agent i have ever had. He was very rude, impolite and ill mannered. He even hung up the phone before answering me or listening to me. Instead of telling me the details and advantages of the offer they have he immediately asked about how much i can pay and the range of the prices they have and if i can afford it which is unbelievably unprofessional. when i asked him why there are offers with lower prices for same property types in the same area, he said go buy from them then as we don’t have what you are looking for. Unskilled people, higher prices and worst service. I do not recommend anyone to deal with them. He deserves less than ZERO ratings

Very poor experience dealing with this company. I enquired about a specific property in Shajah many weeks back and made it clear I was only interested in that listing, even if it had already been rented. After receiving no follow-up, I called and was told by the person listed on the advert that she was “just an administrator” and couldn’t help, despite being the contact name on the listing. This made the entire interaction a waste of time. I then attempted to contact the company multiple times and even sent WhatsApp messages, but received no response. Weeks later, I received a call from another staff member asking if I was interested in viewing ANY property, yet she had no record of my original enquiry. Calling a client without even checking what they previously enquired about shows a complete lack of organisation and professionalism. To make matters worse, when I asked for her name and her supervisor’s details, she refused to provide either and abruptly ended the call. Overall, this reflects very poorly on the company. Advertising properties without proper knowledge, failing to follow up on enquiries, and demonstrating such low standards of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend dealing with them.

Very professional and trustworthy team. They made my experience so much easier by guiding me with great options. I appreciate their effort. Also they helped me with renting my property without taking any fee. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I've been ignored by 2 agents so far over whatsapp from keyspace, who I've tried to communicate with for villas in Al Ameera village through their bayut listings.. I tried to inform the company also over their whatsapp number about these agents, to no avail as its only showing 1 tick (messages not going through).

When I first saw the ad, I didn't regret inquiring, you are so helpful and polite and understanding of my situation. Anyways, I am excited to the handover.

I am looking to buy property in Sharjah. Their advertisements are intentionally misleading and deceptive. They are a series of pictures clumped together therefore you as a prospective buyer, are unable to determine which property the pictures are for. Plus the actual content are all copy paste from one advertisement to the other! Absolute crooks and complete waste of my time. How do you determine which property to go see when the advertisements are misleading and deceptive! Because of this reason, I'm forced to look at other options such direct developer as opposed to having the options of choosing from different sources.

Don’t waste your time. They are advertising Properties using different pictures that don’t belong to the actual property. They also list them for a price they are not selling at just to catch your attention. Scam!

It was a beautiful experience, especially the employees, how hard they try to make customers happy and understand their desires. Thank you very much to them .
