This establishment offers a pleasant environment for families, featuring a dedicated play area for children. While the culinary offerings were satisfactory, we noted some disturbances during our visit. Specifically, ongoing construction on an upper level resulted in intermittent noise and vibrations, which created an uncomfortable and somewhat unsettling experience.

I'm really disappointed with KFC's new standards. My recent order of a Crispy Duo Box and 3 Crunch Burgers from the North Nazimabad-2 Branch was a letdown. The chicken in the Crunch burger was scarce. Check out the images I've attached for proof. Order No. 56064732.

First time ordering online from KFC. I usually go to KFC and eat there, and it’s always fine. But this was my first time getting delivery, and it was a bad experience. I had clearly mentioned in the special instructions that everything should be fresh and hot, but still the zingers were cold, and the fries were not only cold but also not fresh. Even the cold drink was warm—completely warm. Very strange experience. I’ve decided I won’t order delivery again. And on top of that, the order arrived after 1.5 hours, and this was the condition.

KFC provides an outstanding balance of flavor, freshness, and hospitality truly deserving of five star... And a menu date never fails to impress.

The worst kfc experience ive ever had. In what world does fast food take 50 mins to prepare? The service was so extremely pathetic, staff hospitality was awful, they will not even listen to you. Even the quality of food was way below par as compared to other kfc branches. I wouldve been better if i had stayed home and had daal.

The food was very useless and cold. There was no sauce inside the burger and a small quantity of chicken and the food was delivered cold. I had a very bad experience with KFC for 2/3 times.

Very disappointed with KFC home delivery. The order arrived very late, and by the time it came the food was completely cold. The fries were cold and soggy too. Really pathetic service and not what I expected from KFC. Hope they improve their delivery and food quality.

One of the spacious outlets, not converted to the new KFC interior theme yet. Clean and maintained, fast order taking and serving, good customer service and well behaving generous staff. Plenty seating available, play area for children, no parking issues.

Very very slow service waiting for order for an 1 hour still didn’t get lazy staff . Not coming again

Ordered it at my house. Order came in late as well as completely burned and cold. Called their customer service 4 times and nobody called. Extremely unprofessional behaviour and lack of responsibility. If the option was not give a star at all. I would have chosen it. No compensation at all.

KFC, a place of joy, taste, quality and cool way to enjoy it. I love to eat family festival and also I took duo box. My kid enjoy alot as it has kids play area as well. Simply a best place to visit your family to spned quality time, but prices are now going high.

The North Nazimabad branch messes up orders almost every time. This is the second time in a row my food was served ice-cold. To make matters worse, their helpline and head office numbers are always out of reach. Avoid ordering from here—it's completely unsupervised

Heard alot of bad reviews but personally I had a bad experience. I had their zinger stacker 2 times in a month and still love it. It's just so yummy. Big, saucy, cheesy , crunchy DELICIOUSSS!! Fries were not hot like they should be but whatever the burger was yummy. 😋

Waiting time is unnecessarily long. Poor service

Well overall experience was good If we talk about it food it was served cold fries were like what we buy from street vender's drink's tasted like cold water. Now the most important thing was food and that was not good.

Never order on Sunday, delivered after 1.5 hours. Dinner rolls were missing, fried chicken was overly salted. Will never order KFC again from this branch.

Ordered delivery on new year's, all burgers were fine but Kentucky's bun was not fresh n super old as if it was reheated and corners were dry and hard. Very dissapointed. Didnt complain over the phone as the delivery took 1hr 30min.

Although they had ready chicken in shelf but we're not serving. Has to go to them twice to get my order. The food they served was warm not hot because was sitting on shelf for long time.
