I’m sure when they made this place they did not have “dine in” on mind. This place is very congested and crowded. Ambience is very noisy and people always pass by you. Service was great though. Quick and easy but the taste was bland. I went to KFC for chicken not for French fries. Cuz they were better than the chicken. LOL

They increased the prices for no reason other than they can. Honest to god as consumers with limited options in Ruwais we should react by not giving them a single dirham.

The food is very good and also customer service and i get from satisfaction from kfc Ruwais mall.Happy Ramadam.

للاسف طلبت وجبات اليوم عن طريق طلبات .ووصلت باردة جدا كما كان التاخير في توصيل الطلب لمدة 80دقيقة .مشكلتي لم يكن حد لدفع .لكن بعد ربع ساعة اتصل المطعم يخبرني انني يلزمني ان اطلب 100درهم لكي يوصل الطلب الى منطقتي هذا تعامل سيء للغاية .

I never expect a special taste when I go for a hamburger. I'm hungry and just expect a hamburger that normal hamburger tastes. But this is too salty. It's really salty. It looks like one side of the bread is tossed with salt. They make to order, but you have to consider how it will taste. Because the money I paid and the time I spent visiting here are precious. I don't plan on coming here again. I didn't eat it all. 비싸고 짜다. 소금 덩어리를 빵에 발라둔거 같음.
