به نظرم مزه مرغهاي اينجا يخورده فرق ميكنه انگار كه مرغهاي محليه به هرحال خيلي خوشمزه تر هستند

Yesterday, around 19:00, I visited the KFC at Durbarmarg. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet, with very few customers present. We placed our order through the self-service kiosk, and the food arrived within about 5 to 6 minutes. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became unpleasant. The dining hall had a strong and uncomfortable toilet odor coming from an area near the seating section. I am not sure what cleaning product was used, but the smell was overwhelming and made it difficult to enjoy the meal. We even changed our seats, but the odor remained throughout the dining area. The food quality was extremely disappointing. The chicken was excessively oily and appeared to be made from poor-quality meat. The bread of the chicken roll was not cooked properly and was still raw, which was unacceptable. On top of that, our regular chicken roll, which was supposed to be non-spicy, was extremely spicy and completely different from what we ordered. The fries were the only item that was somewhat acceptable. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I have visited many KFC outlets internationally, and this branch was by far the worst. The lack of customers made sense given the poor food quality and unpleasant environment. I would not recommend this location at all. They need to make serious improvements in hygiene, food preparation, and overall customer experience.

Unexpected encounter with foodie brother while roaming around Durbarmarg & had quick bite in KFC. Atmosphere was cool; food was fine & service was okay. Not happy with order & billing system.

First time trying the durbar marg location. Soggy buns for the burger . Plain burger meat, no spice at all. Wings were smelly the fryer oil seems to have not been cleaned. Had kfc in other locations which was not this horrible.

I had a veg gold meal, it was delicious. But the food was cold that's the only thing that I didn't liked. Outlet's Ambience is so beautiful best I have seen. Also you very large sitting area and the place is clean. You can place your order from counter and also from the order screens.

Waited in line for 30 minutes for the International Burger Day offer. Got raw chicken patties in my burger. :((

Got 13 pieces of chicken and leg piece packed for home but only got 11 pieces inside it while eating. Such brand should not do this type of negligence while packing and break their customers trust.It would be better if non such mistake happens again.

H&C Chicken were flavourful. Wasn't the juiciest but wasn't dry either.. But I've never been denied for extra Sachet of Ketchup in any other restaurants. Ordered from Bhoj Deals and they were the ones who requested for it from my side. They were told that there's a company policy of providing only 4 packets maximum lol. They did deliver on time and even called to inform about all this. So no complaints for Bhoj !

Nie polecam tej restauracji. Wszedłem powiedzialem że jestem z grupą zorganizowana i nie mogę czekać 15 min. Na zrobienie pizzy na wynos. Grupa ludzi na mnie czekała. Zamówiłem więc pizzę. Zapacilem i powiedziałem że wrócę za 15 minut odebrać. Pani jeszcze zapytała czy dać mi torbę. Wróciłem szybko biegiem po 20 minutach odebrać pizzę. Pizzy gotowej nie było. Pani poszła do kuchni i powiedziała że tym razem muszę znów czekać 5 min. Musiałem iść dalej bo cała grupa turystów na mnie czekała nie dostałem pizzy za którą zapłaciłam Nie polecam tej restauracji nikomu kto się spieszy.

We ordered food for dine-in and waited for almost an hour. However, during this time, the staff continued prioritizing takeaway orders while we were kept waiting. It was quite disappointing and reflects poor management and service coordination. We hope this can be improved for a better customer experience in the future.

Great experience for KFC. Particularly this branch is most superior compared to other branches in Kathmandu. Service time is minimal. Perfect quality of food. Only the proportion/size of "Smoky Hot" is not as per the mark. Over all great experience. Takeway provided with an white unlabeled bag which costs 13.5 rupees. That was odd. Overall good experience.

Total experienced is very bad like 1. Directly they ask us to use kiosk in a hurry no greetings no welcome 2. Phone pay not working so i order twice 3. They ask me twice to show my phone pay record so i need to walk again and again in the counter. 4. They took around 40min to make our order ready 5. They didnt serve the food with mayyonaise they ask us to pay further 40 ruppes for the mayyonnaise. 6. They didnt provide glass for water

First of all NO PARKING. The nearest I found was at Durbar Mall. Regarding food, I’ll say it’s fine. Nothing special. The chicken is crispy but for my Nepali tongue, i found it a bit bland. Overall, it’s fine for a occasional snack.

Great affordable halal fried chicken. The service was great!

Tried the burger and fries here and didn’t like it much. The burger was not juicy and the taste was just okay. The bun felt a bit soft and soggy. The fries were cold and not crispy. Overall, it was quite disappointing. Food came pretty late even though there were not that many people. And food came cold. I am not a chef but I know how a burger should taste for the price they have put in. Other restaurants with similar price have tastier burger than yours. If you guys don't know how a burger should be made than just stick to the good old fried chicken and just remove the burger from the menu.🙏

Very limited menu compared to other countries, not a good price for the quality and taste compared to elsewhere. They do take credit cards. Got a 9 piece meal for 899 then added a drink and fries for 325, not worth it.

I was not satisfied with the price. It’s too expensive for just 4 small pieces of wings.

Located at the center point of Kathmandu. The outlet is nice, spacious and big. Food taste is good. Only reason for 1 less star is the environment. It's hot, the ACs are turned off maybe. All the KFC outlets have the same issue.
