Absolute Disaster – Worst Experience Ever! I had a highly disappointing experience at this KFC last night. The management and service here are a complete joke. First, we got stuck in the queue for 45 long minutes. The service was so incredibly slow that we actually wanted to leave without ordering, but we were completely trapped in the line and couldn't get out. To top it all off, when we finally got to order, they told us they didn't even have salad/lettuce! They literally said, "We can only offer you a burger with a chicken piece and mayonnaise." Serving a dry burger with just chicken and mayo because you ran out of basic ingredients is completely unacceptable for a global fast-food chain. Waiting for 45 minutes just to be offered an incomplete, dry burger is ridiculous. Terrible service, zero management, and a complete waste of time. Avoid this location! Very disappointing experience at KFC Khairan. I waited 45 minutes for a single order at the drive-through. The whole point of a drive-through is quick service—place your order and leave within minutes. Waiting this long completely defeats the purpose. In that time, even mutton karahi gets cooked, so calling this “fast food” feels misleading. Management seriously needs to improve service speed and order handling.

Today I visited KFC Kharain . I ordered 2 family pack III (which include 4 krunch burgers) and 2 krunch burgers separately . They give me the burgers without lettuce ( Iceberg ). And the mayo was added very little. In the pic you can see what they charged me and what I pay . In addition I ordered 1 Pepsi and 1 7 up which they said they have only Pepsi which was not cold .

Cashier always busy with other stuff instead of taking orders and although I was first in line, he made me wait 1 mins even before asking me. Long waiting queues being served very slowly. The food was cold, drink was flat and not cold. Mosquito/ flies were in the eating area, despite newly constructed upper floor. This was in Kharian branch.

Great taste as always! Fresh and crispy chicken with quick service and Food quality is excellent

Very pathatic behave of Drive through & Food quality was not its 2nd time not good experience don't waste your money & Time try to visit other fast food chain very disappointed chicken bleeded , drink with out gase just like Shakar cola behave of staff is also very strange .

Unprofessional staff. The fountain fresh machine was out of order. God knows from where they served the drinks from

Nice experience, nice place to dine in with kids play area. Very clean, washroom were super clean, taste of food was good . One star deducted due to low parking space. Staff was cooperative and welcoming. Vast place for sitting.
