The food at Khayal is excellent and easily deserves a solid 4.5 stars on its own, with great flavors and quality. That said, I’m giving a full 5-star rating overall because the service and hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. Faizan was exceptional very warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Samu and Sonam were consistently attentive, making sure everything was perfect and that we were comfortable at all times. A special mention to Ryan for the quick, skillful, and efficient cooking, which was impressive to watch. The ambiance is another highlight nice, calm, and quiet, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would definitely recommend Khayal to anyone looking for great food paired with outstanding service.

Very big iftar with many stations all around the world : asian, indian, Arabic, Italian, Japan, France... The dishes are tasty and varied. A lot of dattes, nuts, cheese... Ramadan drinks and Moroccan mint tea. Thanks to manager of restaurant to arrange us yesterday for dinner. Very hopeful and professional.

A unique and enjoyable seafood night at Khayal Restaurant. The staff were very attentive and service was fast. Special thanks to Jithu, who assisted us throughout the evening and made the experience memorable. Even though the restaurant was busy, the team ensured every table was well taken care of. We will definitely come back for their seafood theme night!

We dine in at Khayal Restaurant to celebrate early Christmas and it was a Great experience. The food and excellent service! Animesh went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and warm attitude really enhanced our dining experience. Thank you Animesh we are looking forward to dine in again because of you.

Had breakfast at Khayal during my stay at the Marriott Al Forsan and it was such a great experience. The place is super clean, spacious and with plenty of seating. The staff were amazing—really warm and welcoming every morning. They were also super attentive. The buffet had so many options! From Arabic to Asian to Indian dishes, there was something for everyone. I honestly didn’t know where to start because everything looked so good. Definitely one of the better breakfast buffets I’ve had. Would 100% recommend if you’re staying at the hotel or just in the area.

In Ramadan, one of the restaurant managers had us wait until 7 pm (fast break time is 6:27pm) despite that the restaurant is empty and we explained that we are fasting family with kids! I have no words to say to this person, but I have to say to the Marriott ...shame on you for not having the right people looking after your customers! Teach your employees what it means to serve people in Ramadan, teach them what it means to accommodate a family while you care less about your bookings and be courtes reflecting the spirit of the month, go above an beyond, not hide behind your laptop and bookings! From my side, I will not come back again, but for others who read this, feel free to take your business somewhere else where you will feel more respected and looked after.

we enjoyed an incredible Asian night at Khayal. Amazing atmosphere with Live music. The food was outstanding, with a variety of flavors and meticulous presentation that truly impressed us. The sushi selection was particularly impressive, offering fresh and delicious options that we couldn’t get enough of. We were also delighted with the kids’ station, which had a great selection and kept the little ones entertained and happy. A special shoutout to Chef Krongsapp- คุณทำอาหารได้อร่อยมาก! (You cook very delicious food!) We highly recommend Khayal for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience especially Asian night. Worth a visit.

Thursday Seafood Night in Khayal is back! Dive into the finest seafood buffet of the town with an array of freshest delicacies ranging from sustainable local fish to shellfish and crustaceans prepared by our Chefs. Take advantage of this seafood themed buffet and dig into your favorite catch of the day for AED. 275 per person, inclusive of soft beverages. The best part? With a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options in the buffet, it caters to all customers. The only downfall of this buffet visit was that service was a bit slow and I did not receive a pasta dish from the live counter. Apart from that, it is totally worth it if you've got the appetite to try Indian, Arabic, Asian, Italian, African, and other cuisines, all in one. There is also a lovely bread and cheese counter - so many of which I did not even know existed. Khayal is a great date restaurant with an indoor and outdoor seating, as well as amazing for a family or office gathering.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic breakfast buffet, highlighted by excellent service from Restaurant Manager Rolwin Rodrigues and his dedicated team. The buffet offered a great mix of options, including a Make Your Juice counter where guests could customize fresh blends. The Indian Specialties section featured flavorful dishes like naan, parathas, and masala dosa, while the Asian Breakfast counter served delightful dim sum, congee, and spring rolls. The Sustainable Counter showcased local, seasonal produce, emphasizing eco-conscious dining. Service was top-notch, with the staff always attentive yet unobtrusive, making for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, a memorable and delicious breakfast buffet that I highly recommend!

We were welcomed quite pleasantly and escorted to our seats by I'm guessing a Thai recepionist (sorry didn't get your name). Variety of food is not as much as I expected but were sufficient and all were tasting delicious. Ambience is very nice. Location and parking was easy to find. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful dining experience! Islam was very attentive and assisted us with everything we needed. Truly excellent service. Chef Maey deserves special mention for the delicious lobsters, they were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. And a big thanks to Justin, who was always there to assist us throughout our dinner. Their teamwork and hospitality made our evening extra special. Highly recommended!✨⭐️💫

Ambiance and services are top notch. But one thing we didn't like is the food. Some are bland and very cold already, the beef is very hard to eat its like rubber. And the options are not as appealing. For a 5star hotel their food is not worth the visit or try.

our go to place everytime we are craving for a buffet. we tried the asian night this time. they have wide spread of food choices but can be improved. some of the food are a bit dry or salty. what stands out is their staff Islam. he really knows how to own his customer. He can still remember us and our drink prefence even though we did not visited for quiet a long time. His service is exceptional and we knew that he is really working from the heart. He is a gem for their company. That’s the reason why we keep coming back. We feel welcome and home everytime.

We have had a few meals at Khayal. Today was really good. Food was really fantastic. The fish was melt in the mouth good. All chicken was tasty and we'll cooked. The pasta station cooked up a lovely cheese and mushroom dish for me. Also to all our surprise they also noticed it was my eldest daughters birthday and presented a cake for us after the meal. Such good staff to notice this as we did not mention it to anyone. Thank you Khayal team really great and memorable occasion thanks to your attention to detail.

We went to Khayal for their Asian night last Saturday, and it was an exceptional experience! The food was amazing, with every dish crafted with detailed precision and bursting with authentic flavors. We were pleasantly surprise by the delicious food served and the friendly wait staff and chefs. Special mentioned Nilam; thank you for your sweet smiles and warm hospitality made our lunch that much special. Did not get the chef names … thank you for your friendly service too … the laksa was delicious.

Came for the first night of Ramadan and met the chef Hamid. Wonderful spread. The soups and salads were flavorful. The lamb, stew and chicken were excellent. The desserts were amazing. Ate WAY too much

We have been visiting so many restaurants and cafes lately because we are self proclaimed foodies and we simply enjoy exploring new places serving quality food. Food is one thing which leaves its mark on my mind but the people serving and cooking that food leaves their impression in my heart which lasts forever. It’s the first time ever that I am going to put the names of the staff/team who has won our hearts by their innovation, skills, recipes, and warm hospitality. Chef Pradeep, chef Eleazer, Chef Hamid, Chef Pranov, Chef Chao, Chef Sue, our server Kalendra in fact every single person in this restaurant puts his/her heart and soul and has made it a place where we were forced by our heart to visit again within the same week. This restaurant is serving theme nights dinner throughout the week. My words will never be able to do justice of the deliciousness of the cuisines they are serving with passion. We have attended their sea food special theme dinner on Thursday and wallah what a stupendous dinner it was. Apart from sea food they were hosting Thai, Arabic, Indian and Japanese cuisines. One of the best dish which we had thrice during our stay over there was Chef Eleazer’s secret recipe of Thai chili hummour fish. It’s simple delectable. Dessert section was rich of choices as well. Every Tuesday night is a Street Fleet which covers street food of Thai, Mediterranean, Japanese and Indian origin. They turn the restaurant completely into famous Streets of India in particular, where they serve pani puri, gola ganda, keema pao, cotton candy, pop corn, shawarma bites and other countless options. It’s by far the best restaurant from all aspects. Definitely recommending this to my readers and I too am going there again and again. They have special discounts for kids buffet dinner apart from adults. It’s a must try restaurant and I bet you’d love to go there every week to try different theme dinners. I wish I could give them 6/5.
