نسبت به یک هتل دوستاره امکانات و شرایط خوبی دارد پرسنل عالی هستند هتل تمیز و خوشبو هست صبحانه درحد هتل دوستاره خوب است مکان به مترو نزدیک است اما محله شلوغ است البته داخل هتل فضای آرام و خوشایندی دارد

هتل بسیار خوبی است. با کارکنان بسیار خوش یرخورد. صبحانه عالی. اناقها تمیز. دسترسی به مترو ۳ دقیقه اقامت بسیار خوبی داشتیم امیدوارم دوباره به اینجا بر گردم. Everything is very good with friendly staff.

We had an unexpected extended stay at this hotel after getting stranded in Dubai due to the flight disruptions, and we’re truly grateful for how well everything was handled. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional during a stressful situation, and they kindly allowed us to extend our stay until our rescheduled flight. Their support and calm management made a big difference. The rooms were clean and comfortable, housekeeping and maintenance were consistently good, and the facilities overall offered excellent value for the price. Breakfast was enjoyable each morning with a wide variety of food options. The hotel is located in a residential area, but it’s very convenient with supermarkets and shops nearby. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and a very positive experience. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays.

Very good hotel, highly recommended. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The building has elevator service, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. Customer service is excellent. They offer breakfast: if it’s included in your stay, it’s a great option, and if not, it costs 40 dirhams, which is worth it. The hotel is located in a good area, convenient for getting around and exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel war für eine Woche absolut ausreichend. Die großen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren etwas weiter weg, dafür ist es nahe dem Creek und dem Souk (Alt Dubai). Hier waren wir immer zu Fuß unterwegs. Die Metro ist auch fußläufig in unter 10 Min. zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist ruhig, kein lauter Lärm abends oder früh morgens. Das Viertel ist indisch/pakistanisch, aber haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht, leider wurde nie richtig gewischt oder gekehrt im Zimmer, da überall noch Haare und Sand/Steinchen lagen. Das Badezimmer war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und es gibt genug Schränke und Ablagen. Es gibt einen Föhn im Badezimmer sowie gut duftende Seife. Die Rezeptionisten sind nett. Leider war das Frühstück nicht wie angegeben um 06:30 Uhr fertig. Wir mussten aufgrund einer gebuchten Tour früh los. Das Frühstück war erst gegen 7 Uhr richtig aufgebaut und für Gäste bereit. Fanden wir schade, wenn gesagt wird, dass man ab 06:30 Uhr frühstücken kann, es aber dann nicht vollständig aufgebaut ist. Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei. Gibt auch warme Speisen (indisch/pakistanisch). Das frische Obst hat mir gut gefallen. Darüber hinaus war ab dem 3 Tag der Wasserdruck in der Dusche nicht mehr vorhanden. Das Problem wurde unten an der Rezeption gemeldet, aber bis zur Abreise kam es leider zu keiner Verbesserung - schade. Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut, wenn man keinen Wert auf Luxus legt, in Dubai zum Sightseeing ist und eine kostengünstige Unterkunft benötigt. :)

Das Hotel liegt in einem authentischen Wohnviertel, in dem vor allem Einheimische leben. Fernab von typischen Touristenrummel. Sehr praktisch ist die Lage zur Metrostation, die man bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Auch Shoppingsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung reichlich. Jedoch ist das Hotel recht einfach gehalten. Das Duschen war teilweise sehr mühselig, da der Wasserdruck sehr schwankend war. Beim Frühstück gab es leider nur orientalische, warme Gerichte. Und auch die Auswahl war überschaubar. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ohne hohe Ansprüche kann man dieses Hotel empfehlen. Ein Aschenbecher vor dem Hotel wäre wünschenswert

I stayed in al khooory inn for two days from 14th to 16th January and my stay in that hotel was amazing. The receptionists Niwanthin and Hruthik are very welcoming, professional and so kind. To be honest, in the beginning my expectation of service and room appearance from that hotel was just 1 star or max 2 star but the hotel surprise me in all the aspects. Just few minutes from the metro station, the housekeeping staffs are so polite and helpful, the room is so clean and well arranged, the hotel is calm and so quiet. Thank you for everything and I highly recommend the hotel to everyone who like to be in nice and quiet place. We enjoyed our stay and see you next time. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. Thank you NIWANTHIN AND HRUTHIK❤️.

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble. La chambre était mal insonorisée, on entendait vraiment tout à l’extérieur. Petit déjeuner varié, il y avait ce qu’il faut, parking souterrain. Quartier à 20-30 min du mall en voiture en haute saison. Le ménage était effectué chaque jour. Prix un peu élevé pour ce type de logement à mon goût.

Amazing place to stay in Dubai. I travelled to Dubai for the first time and you made me feel like I'm staying in My home. Front Desk staff specially Nimanthi and Cinetta gave a warm welcome and the way they handle clients is wonderful.. Rooms are Clean and tidy. All the facilities are in there . Sanjib and your Room service team was at doorstep anytime I need. Spices restaurant is a remarkable place Delicious food made by Chef Farhan and managed by Chuna and Tharushi. Hotel is situated in the heart of Bur-Dubai and easy to access any needy there.Room service at your doorstep anytime. with in 5 minutes walk. I highly recommend this Amazing place to all and Thank all the staff including Nimanthi, Farhan, Chuna, Cinetta, Tharushi and Sanjib for making my stay a marvellous memory..

Der kan forekomme lidt støj (ikke ubehagalige slags) udefra om natten pga byggearbejde eller affaldsvogn...ellers er værelse, ansat og location perfekt. Omr har rigtig mange slags Indisk restauranter... During nights we had a bit of noise vibration from outside due to trucks otherwise the location, rooms and staff were very polite. Got served by Hruthik at the reception during check out. The neibhourhood has easy access to many types of Indian restaurants.

The rooms were neat and clean. The hotel is close to Dubai historical places and BurJuman Metro Station, which makes it convenient. The area felt safe. However, the service could be improved as we had to follow up more than twice for our requests. Overall, it was an okay stay.

I recommend it. The hotel is excellent. The price is reasonable. The location is close to the Dubai Metro. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The only downside is that there's only one English TV channel; they should update it.Thanks.

It’s very nice in staying in this hotel n receptionist were cool specially Ms Niwanthi. Rooms are too good n excellent N cleaned. This is my second time visit in the same hotel I loved it. Very close to Burjuman mall. Thanks to all staff in this hotel

벌레가 나오기는했지만 다음날에 객실 바꿔주기는했습니다. 가성비 좋아요. 물도 매일 2병씩 주고요. HRUTHIK 직원분 친절하고 좋았습니다. 근데 보증금 싸인만 받고 안돌려주셨네요.. 일부러 현금냈는데 뭐 한국까지 퀵으로 보내주실건가요?

MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING: We had a girls trip and unfortunately, the location completely ruined the experience. It’s not a touristic area at all, it felt more like a residential zone for expatriate workers. The atmosphere was uncomfortable! People would stare and make comments in their own language as we passed by, which made us feel very unwelcome. At one point, a man even followed us back to our hotel and we had to rush inside. It was honestly frightening and made us feel unsafe walking in the area. That being said, I must say the hotel staff were extremely kind, respectful, and welcoming. They truly did their best to make our stay comfortable and made us feel safe once we were inside. The hotel interior itself was fairly modern, but unfortunately, our room floor was not clean, it hadn’t been mopped and had stains. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this area for tourists at all. The staff were wonderful, but the location and surroundings made the stay very uncomfortable.

Very nice rooms, cozy and comfortable ambiance. Very clean and well maintained hotel, staff are so professional as well. We will definitely comeback again. Thank you Al khoory, the best. Keep it up. 10/10
