Kids Fun house (Green Park)

This is a play area for kids located in level 3 of safari mall sharjah, it has a play area for kids which will access for one hour for AED 35 and on the other side there are some games and rides available. Both areas can be accessed through a card purchased from reception which is rechargeable as per usage. Been here couple of times and the play area is the one which is mostly being visited and used by kids, this is in good condition and can engage kids for one hour. The other area for rides and games are in pretty bad shape, some of the games are either not working or in switched OFF condition during my visit and there isn't much worth for money in this area to play. It was noticed that there is a limitation of staff also and there weren't enough staff to attend all the customers available. If you are looking for a play area for kids it is cheap and good option, otherwise it will be better to visit other similar places for gaming and rides. Safari mall parking can be used for people who are visiting here, it will be crowded during weekends, so better to plan the trip accordingly.

Very nice place for kids to enjoy their time Prices now is 35 per h and 60 for 2 h But as usual from kids fun house stuff attitude they are very rude and not flexible

Such a great place for kids! The playground is clean, well-maintained, and full of fun and safe activities. My children had an amazing time, especially in the slides and ball pit area 🎈 The staff are friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Khan, the manager, for his kindness and professionalism. He really makes sure everything runs smoothly and that the kids are safe. Highly recommend this place for a fun family outing in Sharjah! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💚

I had very bad experience here i just went today They only care about money Staff is very rude My daughter just went inside and she fell down from slide and her arm got two fractured no one was there to help I found her crying and when I saw her arm was bend No care at all They don't pay any attention to kids She is just 2.5 years old I can't explain what we are going through

Very good for children. You can also accompany children in play area by making extra payment of AED 10.

Huge price but not giving one glass watter for baby All baby crying always watter management urjent need make dision all baby need some watter , you charge one aed more no problom Staff before very bad habitt Now performing good habbit

All staffs inside the playground was rude and really no spirit of doing their job.. when we enter the entrance she just stick the paper bracelet at the back of my dress without saying anything and while we enjoy the playground my son throw the balls from the ball pit pool outside the pool (still in the playground area tho) and 1 lady there she looks not happy and smacked her mouth by making the sound and starring at us! Seriously none of the staffs are friendly. Please briefing them properly or when u hire them make sure they love KIDS!.. i was enjoy it every moment with my son there but seriously the staffs just destroy the ambiance!!

I had the worst experience for my Kid. I paid for 2 hrs and I left my kid there. When I come back after 1:45 minutes I found my son just seating in the middle , I rushed to him because he is restless unless something wrong he won't just sit, when I get to him I found him bleeding from his mouth or teeth like someone or something hit him but there was nobody to help him. Why can't you be just a human and help him ? Forget about your work responsibility to look after every child just be a human being and ask/help him ?? Why? They said lady "Asma" is assigned to look after that area. There was no one , no one , only kids jumping around next to my son . And I ask for clarity to Girl named "nicol" she was rude literally and ignorant the same as the other girl " Asma" I was forced to give bad review on this platform because I complained about this and they said they will contact me for update . They never did ,it has been around 2 weeks now.

I really love this place. Staff are very kind and accommodating. I will return and bring back my children for sure. Thank you so much for such good experienced. Be there again soon..

I have a multiple bad experience with one staff from muweilah branch as a mother of special needed child, iam really disappointed…….

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TOP UP WITH THEM . We recharge for 200 aed and used only two free pass and one game . The all money vanished when we checked in next time . Either the staff exchange our card or because of their technical issues the money we paid didn’t transfer to card . Anyway careful with them. They make rush and not show us the money enter or not . They don’t have any professionalism and just we spoil our money with them

Had a good experience and more than everything one can let their children play and they could shop while the kids enjoy the park.

The staff here lacks professionalism and doesn’t know how to communicate effectively with customers. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place. The service is poor, and it’s not a safe environment for children. Eventually, you may realize that this is causing you to lose customers.

Make sure you get money into your card when you pay, we lost our money 150 aed,after toping up from the staff they make mistake and exchange our card at some point, they didn't give any solution for recover our lost money

Poor service. Staff are not welcoming and do not help the little children at all. They are only in stand and watch mode. Compared to other similar play areas, they were the worst in terms of staff service

Very unhygienic place and no safety. Please do not take your kids there, they will get sick. And do not ask the manager about the hygiene unless you are ready to here his filthy and abusive language.

انا تجربتي معهم في المول سفاري مول البنات لي تشتغل داخل خدمة الأطفال سي جدا وماحد بساعد الأطفال وتكلمت مع المسؤول كان الرد ان الأطفال كتير مستحيل تساعد الكل خدمة سي جدآ

No option to give zero,otherwise I cant write a review.Such a bad experience, no safety maintained…when i started writing this, I felt bad with the staff only but soon after I was called by daughter that she fall down from the Tampoline..no one called from their side…Her hand is hurt and they put some oil…And the staff was so arrogant, he should show a sorry gesture but not and he again scolded us for the same…Paying money at the same time hearing their bad words-whats the heck?I was not at all cool and I can’t be anymore..This should come under the notice of Police and Government,that such institutions are working under them…So sad but next time we won’t come..any more🙏
