I used their moving service in December, moving to a different compound in Riyadh. The process started well, but the final outcome was negative. After unpacking, I noticed that some items were missing. I cannot confirm exactly what happened, whether a box was lost or items were misplaced during handling, but despite being told that all boxes were delivered, some items were clearly not received. When I asked them to investigate, I did not receive proper follow-up. My request was passed between different people, and I only received responses after repeatedly calling. No real effort was made to help resolve the missing items. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.

The only international movers I'd trust. Anju is very responsive and helpful in all ways. They visited our place in Saudi Riyadh to canvass and gave us an affordable package. Everything went smooth from inquiry until our things arrived in Dubai. Anees,Boby, Jobin, Appu, Aboobacker were the men who carefully packed our things. They were friendly and they do their job really great. They sealed and labeled all the boxes which makes it easier for us to know where our things are when unpacking. I paid 3500 usd for insurance. They never gave me the insurance certificate, they never reimbursed for the damaged items. They never answered my messages. It seems they never paid the insurance I paies for. I thought I was insured but they just took the money from me!

Used their services a couple of days ago for a fully furnished house. The service was impeccable and flawless, nothing broken. Their team is polite and hard working. I will definitely recommend them

Anup and his team performed a flawless transfer of my personal effects from Saudi Arabia to the UK. My goods were treated well and with care and attention. The boxes arrived at my home in the same condition they left. Anup was brilliant, kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would no hesitate to recommend KIM International Movers to anyone. I used KIM services for my relocation from Riyadh to Dubai. A 10/10 service, they truly made our packing and moving easy as their slogan say. From the very first communication their sales rep cleared out the process, the fees structure and schedule, no hidden cost at all, they did a survey 2 times to ensure the quoted price are as accurate and competitive as possible, very polite and competent surveyor as well! Special thanks to Anju for ensuring all aspects were clear for me prior the packing day. On packing day they came right on time and left right on time, it took them 2 days to ensure my 3bd apartment is well packed and protected for international relocation, which was very critical aspect for me, the crew on ground was so professional and attended all our requests patiently, special thanks for the supervisor Jangish and the crew team leader Vinood for their outstanding service, they also cleaned all the leftover packing material after they finished. Highly recommended service provider for a smooth and headache free move!

Had a great experience with them! Pick up, from a remote location in Saudi, and delivered very efficiently to Oman. Helped with all the paper work/ taxes/ vat etc. Everything was done by them. Would highly recommend. Trully appreciate Mr.Anju’s support and guidance though out the whole process!

There’s no difference in there service and a local vendor who charge 3 times less than them. Highly disappointed paid SAR 5K from dammam to Riyadh and still service level was 0. Thats how they leave the house after shifting most items were still in cartons house was all dirty no cleaning. If this was the service i would have asked for a local transport vendor who was doing the same in 1200Sar
