We had a wonderful experience hosting my daughter’s birthday here. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organised and welcoming. Having the upstairs room was perfect, as it gave the kids easy access to the play area while still allowing the adults to relax comfortably. It also wasn’t busy at all during our time slot from 11 to 1 on Saturday, which was great and made it feel like we had the place to ourselves. The décor and overall setting were fantastic and really set the tone for the celebration. The staff were extremely helpful throughout, ensuring our guests were looked after and able to order their drinks easily. What really stood out was how engaging and friendly the team were with the children, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A great venue for a children’s party and a stress free experience for parents.

If you are looking for some new activity for your kids in Dubai then this fun interactive indoor playarea should be on your list. This place is perfect for kids 0-10. There are 3 zones. One is trampoline park, magic world which is an immersive game and fun experience for kids and softplay zone for toddlers and older kids with so many pretend play rooms like police office,kitchen,dentist clinic, supermarket, a music room. There is an actual salon for little girls for hair styles and face painting, nails etc. With additional charges. The best part about this playarea is that all the stuff is very well organised and clean. This is the best place in Dubai for kids age 2-10. There is a cafe with enough seating for parents to have snacks and their coffee fix. We always have a great time here and a perfect place for thoae long and boring summer days in Dubai.

We celebrated my little one's 2nd birthday at Koala Kids and I honestly still can't stop thinking about how perfectly it all came together. 🎉🍊 The theme was Twotti Frutti, completely new territory for their team. And that's exactly what I want to talk about. 🍓 Ghie, the party organiser who handled everything, was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She's calm, warm, genuinely listens, and has a level of creativity that speaks for itself. Look at those photos. 🎈 That backdrop, the balloon arch, the welcome sign. She brought a brand new concept to life in a way I couldn't have imagined, and she did it without me having to chase, stress, or second guess a single thing. What really stayed with me was how understanding the whole team was throughout the process. Every question, every change, every "can we just tweak this" was met with patience and a genuine desire to get it right. That kind of experience is rare and it matters more than people realise when you're trying to plan something meaningful for your child. 🌟 But the moment that made everything worth it? Watching my little one's face on the day. She was so happy. Running around, completely in her element, having the absolute time of her life in a space that felt made just for her. 🥹💕 That's the whole point of all of this. If you're planning a birthday party for a toddler in Dubai, Koala Kids is the answer. And when you book, ask for Ghie. Truly one of the best birthdays we’ve had for my daughter. Koala Kids created a warm, cozy princess setup that felt exactly right—not overwhelming at all BARDIS was amazing throughout the whole process: organized, calm, and incredibly supportive, especially when I started to stress. The theme, the screen, the crew, and the overall vibe were just perfect. It felt genuine, well thought out, and full of heart. Highly recommended.

I am disappointed with my experience. Today (Feb. 24, 2026) at around 4:00 PM, while taking a driving lesson in Al Quoz, I experienced a sudden and urgent need to use the bathroom. I stopped at Koala Amusement & theme park Al Quoz and politely asked if I could use the restroom. I was refused access purely on the basis that I did not have a child with me playing inside their amusement park. I explained and asked twice. The staff even consulted another staff member, yet both still chose to deny me access. At no point was any empathy or flexibility shown. I am pregnant, and frequent, uncontrollable urges to urinate are a real and unavoidable physical condition. However, pregnancy aside, denying a person access to a restroom in an emergency reflects a serious lack of basic human decency, all of which could have been easily avoided with a small act of compassion. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for basic dignity and humanity. Businesses should seriously reflect on the values they are teaching and strongly urge management to review both their policies and staff training.

Koala kids is a unique cozy yet spacious children’s play area. It was perfect for my 6 year old daughter’s birthday celebration. Lovely setup, spacious birthday room, attentive staff that handled everything carefully and very well. A screen displaying photos of the birthday girl gave a special vibe. A sweet lady called Bardis assisted us with the birthday arrangements and it ended up being flawless and fun. Thank you Bardis and koala kids staff members. 🩷

What an amazing playground experience! The space is super safe, clean, and packed with fun activities that kept my baby girl entertained for hours. From slides to creative play zones, every corner is designed with little ones in mind. A special thank you to bardis she was so friendly and helpful!

We visited koala kids recently and my kids had the best time! They have the best interactive and digital games . They have multiple role play rooms to keep the kids engaged. My daughter loved the cute little kitchen. The whole place is very spacious and well organized. The staff is very professional , constantly aware and supervising the kids for safety around the park. Highly recommended!

We recently celebrated my daughters 5th birthday at Koala play area and it was an absolutely great experience 🤗 The staff were so professional, making sure that everything is running smoothly from start to the end. The decorations was amazing , fun, perfectly matching with the party theme, and the play area itself was clean, safe, and packed with activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. The food was so yummy ( pizza) and served on time, and the team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The organization and attention to detail really stood out, and it made the day stress-free for us as parents. All the kids (and even the adults) had a great time. We recently celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday at Koala Kids, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the moment we started planning, the team - Badries, Ashley, Jiji, Kaye, and Laila - were beyond supportive. They helped bring the theme to life exactly as I envisioned it, and even added thoughtful extra touches that made the day feel so special. The Koala bear mascot was an absolute hit - adorable, not at all creepy (which, let's be honest, is a gamble with costumes sometimes!). The Koala danced with the kids and was so gentle and approachable - not overwhelming at all. The energy throughout was just right. The games were fun and perfectly paced, and the way the entire event was timed and managed was seamless. The food? Delicious and presented so beautifully. I was pleasantly surprised by how hygienically everything was handled - unlike the usual cardboard-box setup, everything was served in elegant, kid-friendly packaging. A big shoutout to the cleanliness of the venue - play area, party room, even the bathrooms. It honestly looked like it had just been opened, not like a space that had hosted excited little partygoers. That’s a rare find! What truly stood out to me were the small but meaningful allowances: being able to bring our own cake and cutlery, personalizing their already-lovely decor with our own touches - and without any of the over-the-top extra charges you find at many other places. The pricing was reasonable and transparent. The entire team remained happy, engaged, and incredibly accommodating throughout. They were present the whole time, making sure everything ran smoothly. Even though two parties were happening at once (one upstairs, one downstairs), the space never felt overcrowded. Kids played freely, and parents had peace of mind knowing the play area was safe. My only suggestion would be to speed up the coffee service a little - but honestly, that’s a tiny note in an otherwise flawless experience. Koala Kids made my daughter’s birthday a joyful, memorable celebration. We’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you!

Wonderful place! Super fun for the kids. We celebrated my daughter birthday for the third year in the row💜 she absolutely love it. The team is wonderful Bardis is amazing, she took care of us from the beginning to the end and we simply had the most memorable time there.

I don’t even know where to start. They have been so great, so organized, it was so easy to arrange with them and it was fun for both kids and adults. Everything was just so pretty, food was labeled and customized, place was very clean, kids were so engaged with the entertainment and the party host. Invites were created by them too, and to top it up they also had valet. 10/10 experience. Thank you koala kids for the great birthday for my little princess. 👸🏻

Koala Kids is an absolute gem! My child and I love it so much. The play area is filled with beautifully designed role-play rooms that cater to both boys and girls, sparking their imagination and keeping them entertained for hours. Everything is always spotless and very well organized, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome every time. Yesterday, for example, Bardis was incredibly helpfull and so nice with us! It's not only the perfect spot for everyday fun, but also an ideal venue for birthday parties—everything is taken care of with such care and professionalism.
