As soon as you enter, the restaurant feels spacious and the tables are nicely spaced out. However, the ambience still needs improvement — the outdoor seating has very poor lighting, with only a table lamp and no overhead lights, making it difficult to even see what you're eating. Upstairs, the sofas are quite low compared to the table height, so you often have to lean forward just to reach your food. On the positive side, a children’s play area is being built, which will be a nice addition.
Unfortunately, the food was below average. The Lahori Fish Sticks were extremely dry and tasteless. The karahi was bland, not very spicy, and honestly something I could have made better at home. The Hunzai kebab wasn’t juicy like the one at the Dodariya branch, and the Afghani Tikka was overdone. Overall, very disappointing food quality — quite unlike the Kolachi standard I expected.
Service was attentive and the staff kept checking in, though at times it felt a bit too nosy. The biggest concern, however, was the checkout experience. After giving honest feedback, I felt pressured to say I was “satisfied” and that I would “come again” before they would finalize the bill. It took nearly 45–50 minutes to settle the payment, which felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary. Customers should be allowed to share genuine feedback without feeling coerced.
I visited the Super Highway branch, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t prefer to return to this location. If anything, people may want to consider visiting the Dodariya branch instead.
