Super nice Korean food! The ramyun and tteokbokki were flavorful and had the perfect kick. Love the variety of side dishes too. Definitely coming back!

Place is small but Cozy, neat and clean. Food is really good and I will come back often and the price is very appropriate. Karaoke upstairs. Highly recommend the Cheese Tteokbokki. Tried the Jjajang Ramen, not bad but not my thing.

I ordered fried chicken, samgak kimbap, kimchi kimbap and pickle radish. It took 30 minutes to come. As they serve meals all together, you need to tell them prior if you want the side dish being served first (there's a reason side dish is free and self service back in korea). I have to thrice for bottled water. Dipping sauce of chicken wing is really bland and watery texture. The tuna samgak kimbap is OK, so does the kimbap and fried chicken. Nothing special and tasty as advertised by any influencer you saw online. First and last. Not gonna come again

It's my favorite Korean restaurant in Bahrain, the owners are really kind, food is delicious and the service is great! I come from time to time to introduce my friends to Korean food or to treat myself by a delicious meal!

I was craving a good soup, so I ordered one. The staff member didn’t even ask if I knew the soup would be spicy. That’s not customer service—it’s just taking orders! I waited 20 minutes (!) only to receive instant noodles drenched in spicy broth. They called it Ramen, but it was nothing like real ramen. I’m never going back there! It’s a shame because I live nearby and sometimes feel like having chicken. But definitely not from this place!

휴가차 바레인에 와서 한국분들 입소문 듣고 찾아갔어요. 한국에서 먹은 치킨보다 맛있어서 깜짝 놀랬네요. 소이갈릭과 스윗소스 반반했는데 둘다 최고였습니다. 한국 브랜드 치킨들은 튀김옷이 두껍고 기름져서 많이 먹지 못했는데 옷도 적당하고 기름지지 않고 소스가 정말 맛있었습니다. 한국인 사장님이 계셔서 맛이 잘 유지 되는 것 같습니다. 리야드에도 오픈하시면 좋겠어요!

Having eaten at Koolies countless times and compared it with more than 100 different fried chicken restaurants across the US, Korea, and the entire Middle East, I can confidently say Koolies offers the best chicken in the world. I regularly fly from Riyadh just to enjoy their chicken, and that's no exaggeration. The food is authentic, homemade, and genuinely cooked with love and care—exactly how food should be!

I highly recommend their fried chicken(soy)it is delicious and we enjoyed it a lot. If you are fond of eating Korean cuisine this place will fulfill your cravings😍their Kimbap is sufficient enough.

Located within Juffair Block mall, Koolees is a small restaurant with outdoor seating. I tried the Tuna Cupbab (rice with tuna and fried egg). Overall, the cupbab was not great, not terrible with a slightly high price point to food ratio. However, some of the other items on the menu do look pretty good so I'll come back and try some more of their food!

The "ramen" tastes like straight up indomie, it's also way overpriced for the quality of the food. I guess no one being in the restaurant at the time was a sign that it wasn't good but apparently they said they have no bad reviews. I do not recommend.

It's hard not to think of instant noodles with the ramen especially with the taste and texture of it but I am giving the benefit of the doubt to them. Reasonably spicy when mentioned and the crispy chicken in sauces of your choice is pretty decent. Overall would say it's a try it once and decide kinda restaurant. Price is on the higher side in comparison with the quantity

If you're into Korean food then this is the place for you! You'll love their Soy Chicken and Yang Nyum Chicken! Service is great and they have the best owner too! He knows how to mingle with their customers. I highly recommend going back the same way as I'm always doing! 😁

I have always seen Koolees Chicken ever since they were located in Al Raya Mall. However, it was only til they moved to the new location near the Navy Base in Juffair that I got to try it out due to curiousity. The owner kindly took my order on the phone and was helpful enough to recommend what would suit our taste the most. He even gave us the GPS location since he stated that they have moved. We ordered the Soy Garlic and the Spicy Yang Nyam. Personally, I think that the soy garlic was a bit too sweet for me. I did enjoy the Spicy Yang Nyam. Next time I would be curious to try out their Crispy Fried Chicken as it seems to be a hit with a lot of their customers.

The food was just Ok, Spicy Ramen tastes exactly like regular indomie. Spicy Ddeokbokki was average One time try restaurant
