رستوران کوروش : غذای بسیار خوب و با کیفیت در یک محیط صمیمی در اواخر یک شب بهاری به اتفاق دوتا از گلهایم ( پریسا و مهسا) در شهر زیبای سلماس به دنبال صرف غذا از چندین رستوران و فست فود و ساندویچی عبور کردیم تا چشمانمان به تابلوی رستوران کوروش افتاد. در بدو ورود با استقبال خوبی مواجه شدیم و این بوفه سالاد بود که مورد توجه ما قرار گرفت زیرا بصورت بسیار زیبا و کاملا پاکیزه و بهداشتی چیده شده بود. در طرفی دیگر قابلمه بزرگ سوپ جو که جا افتاده و بسیار خوشمزه بود به همراه سالاد فصل در محیط پاک و تمیز اشتهای ما را دوچندان نموده بود. غذای اصلی که در ویترین آشپزخانه و در منوی غذا به نمایش درآمده بود نشان از خوش سلیقگی مدیریت رستوران داشت و ما از بین همه انها جوجه کباب سفارش دادیم. به راستی کیفیت طبخ و نحوه سرو غذا بی نظیر بود و ما از خوردن چنین غذای نسبتا پرحجمی در نیمه شب بهاری هیچ ابایی نداشتیم واقعا جای همه دوستان خالی بود. به هنگام صرف غذا متوجه دختر خانمی شدیم که با رویی گشاده و تبسمی برچهره که با محجوبیت خاصی درهم آمیخته بود ، سر میز ما حاضر شد و از پریسا و مهسا کیفیت غذا را جویا شد او یک دختر خانم جوان و تحصیلکرده بود که به اتفاق والدین و برادرش رستوران کوروش را به خوبی و در حد استاندارهای بین المللی اداره میکردند . ما از تمیزی و بهداشت و کیفیت غذا در یک محیط خانوادگی و صمیمی بسیار لذت بردیم و من این رستوران در شهر سلماس را به همه دوستان توصیه میکنم. امیدوارم در ابانماه که به وطن برمیگردم بازهم بتوانم به اتفاق دخترانم در این محیط پاکیزه و صمیمی یک غذای خوب و باکیفیت را به یاد همه دوستان میل کنیم. Koroush Restaurant: Good quality food in a friendly environment. Late one spring night, together with two flowers (Parisa and Mahsa) in the beautiful city of Salmas, we passed by several fast food, sandwich and liver restaurants, until our eyes fell on the Koroush restaurant sign. Upon arrival, we received a good welcome and it was the salad buffet that caught our attention because it was arranged in a very beautiful and clean and hygienic way. The big pot of barley soup, which was very tasty and robust, along with the seasonal salad in a clean environment, doubled our appetite. The main dish that was displayed in the kitchen showcase and also in the food menu showed the good taste of the restaurant management and we ordered grilled chicken from all of them. The quality of the cooking and the way of serving the food was unique and we had no qualms about eating such a large meal in the middle of a spring night. While eating, we noticed a girl who came to our table with a smile on her face mixed with a certain modesty and asked about the quality of the food from my flowers (Parisa and Mahsa). A young and well-educated girl, who together with her parents and brother managed the Koroush restaurant, and we enjoyed the cleanliness and hygiene, the quality of food cooking, and the friendliness we saw in these people. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends and compatriots and I hope that in November when I return to my homeland again, we will be guests of Kourosh restaurant with my flowers.
