Great construction with spacious greenery and facilities. The approach is easy through the Hebbal to Devanahalli flyover with no signals except two tolls. Most of the education institutes are in the vicinity with lot of eateries and entertainment options close by. The two towers have both 2 and 3 bhk options which are well ventilated with no common walls. The hall is big and rooms are spacious too with attach option. The stairs and aisle space is really spacious for any kind of movement. Entertainment is non stop with Clubhouse facilities, swimming pool etc. Very serene environment that everyone is looking for in life. Recommend a good buy here with everything close by and a life to aspire for.

Very very disappointed, worst community I have ever seen...such a terrible management....house seems very good but no proper maintainance.....cleanliness is not Maintained properly....so much of water problem.....manager n other association members r unfit ....parking problem....they've not maintained a proper gym ...they'll not clean n maintain the gym properly....they're not ready to solve any problem...only they want money ... Money minded ppl.....due to attitude problem everyone r vacating the house. ...it has become hostel already.. Only for students it is good....but not for family ....not recommended for family....totally waste of money
