Excellent for needy students in cheap price. Compared with other hostels this is relatively cheaper by 500bucks. Also mess is around the hostel area within 1 km. Made many new friends during my stay. Wonderful experience.

Had stayed for 1 month in this hostel. It has some pros as well as some cons, I am going to list them one by one. Pros:- 1) It is located in the Shukrawar Peth area hence, easily accessible to Deccan, swargate, manapa, Shivaji Nagar and station. 2) As compared to other hostels in the area, price is low i.e. 2700/month 3) Caretaker Kulkarni Kaka lives on the ground floor and he is caring as well as he helps when typical situation arises. 4) Lots of places to eat nearby. 5) Easily accessible ATMs nearby. In a nutshell the hostel has its location advantages. 6) The building has lift. Now about the negative facts of the Hostel. 1) The building is small but has long height , resulting in only one flat per floor. 2) I was on 6th floor flat which is 1BHK and has 1 bathroom as well as one toilet which is shared by 11 people (god I hated this). Other flats on the respective floors has worst condition than this one. So it is really very conjusted. 3) Lift is not maintained at all and it is in the worst condition. There was a incident many times men sticked in it. When you are going by lift it literally get shaken by your small movement. So it's really really very risky. 4) Cleaning is done only prior 15 days and includes only toilet and washroom. Your room has to be cleaned by yourself. 5) cot given to you is really very small and difficult to sleep. 6) Drinking water is available but it is in front of building which is municipal corporations water. 7) Mostly CA guys live in this building. So it's really hard to get acquainted with them for other guys. 8) Security is zero. In one week I lost my earphones and charger. 9) I have given the rent for 2nd month in advance but due to some family problems I had to depart from there, I talked to Kaka and he told me that he will return me all the money. But when I came back he didn't give all my money back. Out of 2700 he only returned me 1500. I mean charging 1200 for four days is insane. And the list continues.......... I would like to suggest if you are opting for this hostel please think as many times as you can, search for other ones in the area. Don't take it until you have no option.

Nit that good. Choose another one if you want sleep. 😂 because there are too many bugs which helps you not to sleep 😂 and you can study whole night also 😂👍. No cleanliness available in daily basis and in one room thee are too many people in one room. No privacy available. But the silence 🔇 is good for your studies.

Cheap and affordable. But no privacy , almost 14-15 people in single room. Compared to other rooms it is relatively cheap by ₹500. Problematic for people who don't want bed bugs around them.

No cleaning on daily basis..hostel flooded with lot of crowd and bed bugs.. Problematic situation arises at every morning.. average type of hostel

Cheapest available hostel in this Budget. Friendly atmosphere, Closest to most places around like swargate, Tilak Road, Ravivar peth, Laxmi road etc.

Rent is 3000, If u want to stay here go for 5th floor as it is most clean Floor.

This place is good for students, silent environment. Good supply of water and electricity. And situated in local residential place.

Too many people in a room, but they are very clear...no commission, no deposit. Well suited for students.
